What a pure and utter to off. If you like waisting money, and not getting work done right this is the place for you. Im still finding bolts and wire connectors that was left under my hood by the windshield that they took off and didnt put back or fix the problem. Not to mention I now have curb rash on my brand new rims. Stay clear of this place.

The absolute worst service Ive ever had before. The receptionist and mechanics was the rudest and disrespectful people Ive ever met. I was told not to call to check on my vehicle after it had been at the location over a month. The lied about when my vehicle would be done and when I would call to check. I got cursed out and was told not to call and that when its done its done. Not only was my vehicle there since August 3, when they finally finished September 25, the check engine light is on. $3000 gone. Unprofessional

I called and spoke with Craig and he made sure that I got the services that I needed. He was very honest with me about pricing and the time frame that it would take to complete the job. I was here for three hours instead of just 1 like they told me and I had to pay 150 dollars for them to tell me they couldn’t find out exactly what was wrong and it would 750 for the whole fix. It was a waste of time

I have called Saturday the 11th and spoke to a woman to make an appointment for Saturday the18th at 8 am to get alignment on my vehicle then today I was there and the technician said that I have to drop my vehicle because they were behind with other vehicles and I will have my vehicle back by 5 pm, so I said what was the appointment for, Since you are not going to have my vehicle fixed? So I walked out there and I will never come back. This business lie to people with appointments they can not do, terrible place to take your vehicle with very irresponsible employees working there. Please do not take your vehicle there you will regret it.

Not only did I not receive quality work but the owner, Israel, lacks customer service skills. I spent over a $1000 on AC repairs in July 2020 only to experience the same problem August 2021. I’ve tried to get my vehicle in for repairs only to be told they’re extremely busy each time I’ve tried. It’s been almost 2 weeks and my vehicle is still without air. Craig seems nice but unfortunately he has to run everything through Israel who declines any solution to resolve my issue. I requested corporates number and Israel states that he didn’t have it and Google doesn’t show it. I guess this is what happens when companies franchise their businesses. I would not recommend them to anyoneUPDATE:After receiving a response from the owner on August 20th I reached out to Meineke again later that same day hoping to be able to come up with a resolution for my issue. I spoke with Craig. Craig, who normally seems very polite had changed his tune/story. Needless to say Meineke wasn’t trying to help resolve my issue but rather place blame on me. He was extremely argumentative in telling me what my problem was as a person. Not once did Craig offer any suggestions to resolve my issue. I’m not sure how they’ve managed to get a rating over 1 with that type of behavior.2nd Update:After several weeks of being without air I still wasn’t able to get my vehicle in to have the AC inspected. I felt like they gave me the run around, lied several times, and gave me such a hard time that I decided to call Meineke in Hurst, TX. on August 20th. Anthony immediately apologized for my experience with the Arlington, TX location (Israel and Craig never once offered an apology) Anthony got my vehicle in very quickly. He did a thorough AC inspection. He was very honest and upfront, very professional, and helpful. I recommend anyone dealing with Meineke to go to the Hurst location. Oh, and the lobby was well lit and clean unlike the Arlington, TX location

Usually I don’t do reviews but this just rubbed my husband the wrong way! Made online appointment for 9am sept 4 arrived 15 min early waited for counter person to come from the back another 8 min, spoke to him said here for my 9 o’clock appointment he asked was I dropping it off never checked computer, because all my info was pre entered. I said no he said get in line it will be awhile, one person sitting in lobby! Why make appointment if your not going to honor it is the way you handle your business will never return and will pass it along to everyone that I know and work with!

They are always very nice, they get me in and get me out, and if theyre too busy to do that, they tell me when I should come back. They have a very comfortable lobby, too.

Although the Staff are all capable of Expert Work, I have had my share of Snaffles. Do to the location of the facility, my vehicle was subject/victim of a Break In / Theft while in the facilities Possession. Unfortunately, Meineke did not take any Liability Responsibility for the additional Damage that my Vehicle suffered.Local Arlington PD have not narrowed down the individuals who committed the theft. Although the owner of the Shopping Mini Mall, has cameras around the building. The assigned Investigator can not observe a clear identification of the subjects. Prior to this, the Previous establishment Manager attempted to Overbill Me for services by Four (4) times the expense.After contacting the authorities, demanding my vehicle to be released & Emailing Meineke Corporate office.The manager was released & replaced by a younger manager & the return of the previous assistant manager/front desk representative for the company has made continued repairs a Positive Experience.I continue to depend on this Meinekes service do to the location, staff & professional service that the Mechanics provide. The management also continue to provide Positive service, however sometimes the amount of Customers at one time can cause a deterriation of the expected courtesy that a Loyal Patron is use too.All in all, I rely on this establishment since the state is so large convenience is a blessing. I am also very comfortable with communicating concerns with the entire staff without feeling as a problem Patron.

Our truck had a ball joint that broke. We visited this location on April 25, 2018.I brought my truck in for an oil change and fuel injection service.Pros: the staff was really friendly. I had questions about the services and they answered them without making me feel like I was bothering them. They gave me a time frame on when my truck will be ready and it was ready on time. The store was nice and clean.Cons: NoneOverall my visit was great, price was good and the staff was very nice and I would come back if needed.

The guy at the current situations and many of us being financially displaced, the owner was willing to with me on some other services I needed for my car. Took my car to have a new catalytic system on my car installed and I forgot to tell them that I had modified the system by making it a double muffler rather than a single mufflerWell they were able to installed the system that they order by doing a few modifications and the system was installed with no set backs and with a quick turn around timeThe check engine light came on so took the car to Meineke to see what the problem was (misfiring on cylinder #3) problem was pinpointed and fix. I was impressed of the knowledge that Pavel the Tech has for trouble shooting an engine and finding why it was miss firing I will keep bringing both of my vehicles there even for routine maintenance

This place is close to where my parents live so I have visited over the years. First time I came for state inspection & oil change. Was told the person who did that wasn’t working that day. Came back another time to get a quote on changing out struts. The person with expertise on that wasn’t working that day so again I left. Came back a 3rd time in Jan 2019 about replacing a starter. This time they mentioned they were under new management & got the service done. No issues. A little over a year later my car was struggling to start again & it turned out to be the starter according to another Meineke but I would have to go back to the location I got the original service at or contact the corporate # to see if they could pull my warranty information. I called this Meineke on a Saturday at 11am to check if the part might have a warranty. The guy who answered the phone said I needed to call back Monday for a manager as they were getting ready to close. So later that day I called the corporate # around 2pm and asked if the warranty could be looked up as the shop said only a manager could do it and he wasn’t there on the weekend. They said they would connect me to someone who could & then I got transferred to the exact guy who told me they were closing earlier that day. He was clearly annoyed & again tried to get me off the phone by saying they were busy but I pushed back so he looked my information up & then told me that they only offer 3 month warranty so there’s that but also management has changed since then so they wouldn’t honor anything either way.. so basically stay away from these franchise locations.

Creg and Bane were amazing! Great customer service and is my go to for anything wrong with my Toyota highlander. I went in because of noises from turns and breaks. Had issues in the beginning but Bane found it right away and Creg was just amazing at explaining things to me kept me updated and worked with me. Id recommend it to anyone.

No, I did not use this business, though I attempted to.Signed up online for an appointment, and was offered a coupon for a $17.95 oil change. This is a common promotion ($19.95?) that Ive used before, at this location, when the shop was under different management.When I showed up at the appointed time, I was told, We ran out of the oil for THAT promotion 3 weeks ago. When I asked what they were offering in its place, I was told, the $29.95 oil change special.Not playing that game.If you run out of a particular promotion, then you should disallow customers to be able to sign up for it online. Or at the very least, have something reasonable that you offer in its place. This bait and switch tactic is old, infuriating, and illegal.Be warned.

They gave me a good deal on an oil change. I arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time and my car was handled right away. The work was done quickly and then I was told that my car needed some new tires before I took another long drive. I was already aware of this and thanked them for letting me know. I appreciated not being heavily pressured to get the new tires. I found the technicians to be friendly and honest and I will definitely come back in the future.

Best experience Ive had at any auto repair shop. Staff was honest and friendly. They will not try to pressure you into getting additional work done on your car. They offered me a deal much cheaper than what was estimated by a nearby shop. Work was done fast and they were flexible on the pick up time of my car. I will be coming back to this location again.

This is not an auto repair shop. They dont have a full time certified mechanic on staff. This is a muffler repair shop only. They do not have proper diagnostics here and guess on what is wrong with your vehicle costing you money and time. Had to take me vehicle back there 2 times and they wanted us to bring it back a third time, while each time cost us MORE MONEY AND TIME! Went for a some AC recharge and would have been out of thousands of dollars flucking around with these bozos. Take you vehicle here at your own risk!!! This is not a legitimate auto repair shop!!!

If you have a foreign car DO NOT go here. I had my oil changed and they could not reset the oil change notification. I went back and they attempted again now it says 125,000 miles passed needing an oil change. I AM LIVID and I will NOT be back nor do I recommend them. This is ridiculous. I will have to pay someone to reset the notification. The manager was completely unhelpful. Im filing a complaint at their headquarters.

Craig was AWESOME! We’ve been coming to this location on & off for a little while. With the addition of our teen drivers, there are more cars needing maintenance. That gets real expensive. This location gives you quality service at an affordable rate. I just had 2 cars go in, one unexpectedly. At the same time needing to move my kid into his new school dorm. They promised to get both cars fixed by the time I got back to town. They absolutely delivered! Both are running smooth and good as new.

My father in law called them on Wednesday morning and my car that I travel with my baby in was fixed by 2:30. I was very happy I was in and out the same day. They shot me straight and got it done. Everyone in the building was very nice and sympathetic to getting my car fixed.

Genuinely can say Im a huge fan! Ive come to this shop multiple times throughout the years and have deal with multiple associates from here and for they JUST care. I am in no way affiliated with this shop but Ive built up a sort of wall against mechanics because I would always go into a shop and expect the worst. One shop (Firestone) even damaged my fuel pump one time and offered to give me a ride to the gas station because they swore it was out of fuel and ended up smashing in my back end while trying to push me to a gas station with one of their trucks (like I said, Im scarred) but this shop has been nothing but truthful. I even went one time and they told me my oil life was good even though I walked in for a full synthetic oil change. I mean who wouldnt take our money if it didnt matter to them. A truthful shop, thats who... all in all. Meineke will forever have my business and word of mouth because in this day and age, a genuine business is rare.

Came to get a oil change. When I got my car back they didn’t reset the oil life and my car is still saying I need an oil change. I called to inform them and apparently no one knows how to do it properly.. I ended up going back to this particular store three times this week for them to reset my oil life on my car and no one was ever able to reset it. The manager Craig told me his self that they should’ve informed me that they were not able to reset the oil life on foreign cars he told me that he would give me a certificate to come back and get a complementary oil change due to the hassle of them not being able to reset my oil life and he never gave it to me LOL he’s a freaking CLOWN!!!!!!!! do not go to this place!!!!!!!

This particular location in Arlington was honest, helpful, and affordable. We were quoted a $1400 repair by multiple mechanics in the area for my Honda Civic (not including diagnostics). When we reached out to these folks, they not only ran the diagnostics testing for free, but they also saved us more than $500 dollars. And they were able to fix it same day. These guys give the honest goods and prove it with their diligence and respectful business practices. We are sticking with them exclusively.

I came in almost after hours when they were closing. My truck barely made it.. I was upset cuz I need a vehicle to make it to both of my jobs, but they had me back on the road by the next day! Great Customer service and great quality of work💯

Weve been coming here for a few years for our oil changes. The last couple of times were horrible for one reason or another. This is after management change happened. Yesterday I went online and made my appointment since I cant just drop in on my schedule. I showed up about 10 minutes before my appointment and was told by the gentleman at the desk that it would be a much longer wait. I said but I have an appointment and he said he hated those appointment things that they just dont work out. I wanted to give them one last shot and it ended that way. If you have appointments you shouldnt take walk-ins at the same time as someone elses appointment. You missed the chance for 2 oil changes and a complete flush and a complete brake replacement on 2 cars. Our family will never be back.

I had been planning for months to have my oil changed and when I notice my temperature gauge rising to the HOT level I knew I could not procrastinate any longer! I didnt know for sure what the issue was and Craig offered to run a diagnostic check, but when he told me the price, I was hesitant. He suggested that they would check all the fluid levels first because it could be the coolant level. It was just that, in fact his words were the reservoir was bone dry and there wasnt much in the radiator. He stated that he was happy I hadnt given him money to complete a diagnostic check. He said I should always start with the simple checks first. My oil was changed, I knew I needed new wiper blades and air in my tires, so everything was completed and I was out and back on the road in record time! I passed by another Meineke and a number of other places I could use to have my oil changed, but I have used this location for years(when I lived just a little more than a block away), and I trust this center so I make the extra drive back time and time again!

Arlington (Green oaks & Matlock).I was nervous because I have never trusted anyone with my vehicle except for the dealership (Nissan Altima).However, everything Craig diagnosed me for on prior estimates were all on point! I felt that he and his staff of mechanics used a very collaborative approach to my needs of which I appreciated very much!Craig ensured that all items repaired/replaced were inspected upon completion & prior to my vehicle release. The lobby area was comfortable and convenient to nearby food places which was nice, as I opted to wait for the car. His expertise is matched to, if not more to my dealership! I now trust my car with him and his mechanics. Plan to use him again as his professionalism is above and beyond! We are from out of town, 5 hours from our home. Our 2011 Chevrolet Silverado started running rough Saturday on the way into town. Looked up and reviews were good. We got there and they started to see what was wrong. The problem was solved as best as it could be. The guys were FANTASTIC. David Banes and the Manager went above and beyond for my family. May God bless them both.

Yesterday I ended up taking my car to Meinke. I was referred there but was hesitant because of the reviews I had read online but decided everyone deserves a second chance. I also noted that this location is under new management. My experience was awesome. Craig was very professional and got me in right away to find out the problem with my car. I was offered rides to and from, which they did not have to do. My car was fixed within the time frame that I was told and a few dollars below the estimate that I was quoted. On top of that I received a free oil change. My regular mechanic is in Dallas and I did not want to continue making that drive for service. I will be back to this location again and will not be making the trek to Dallas anymore. I am very satisfied with my experience.

I love this location! The employees consistently carry themselves with a courteous attitude and I always feel valued as a customer during our interactions. They even fixed a flat tire that I had due to the error of another shop free of charge! Lois in particular has an excellent attitude about her and is a rare example of high quality customer service. In summary, this place is worth the money!

I had an emergency problem with my vehicle. Called meineke and they scheduled me right in. The service was great, excellent communication, the cost was reasonable but then again I did not shop around. I chose this business based on customer reviews and I would definitely recommend this business. One thing though, I did not receive a copy of a detailed bill, receipt, repairs that were made or a copy of the warranty.
