Been following Thang auto body for over 15+ years now, he has worked on my car inside and out. I am always pleased with the detail, perfection and overall results of the work and reasonable price.He explains it like it is, whether I like it or not and not just take my money (he is upfront), if he doesnt think its a good idea he will tell you or show you so that you will understand.I appreciate his honesty and quality of work. They do good quality work.Also used his mechanic to fix my car, and is very pleased with his work also. His mechanic will explain the best option for the overall results.I dont have any complaints at this point but just wanted to share my experiences.

Thangs Auto Body and Mechanical have the best service. I’ve had bodywork done here and was quite pleased, I’ve also had dentless paint repair and was even more pleased and had mechanical work done on three of my cars. I live in Frisco Plano area but it’s worth the drive to Arlington to get top-notch quality service.

Terrible experience. Brought the car to him because it was having trouble starting. He called me and explained everything that should be fixed but I only wanted to fix the required stuff as of right now due to the pricing. That being said I expected him to fix the problem with it starting. I paid $300 and he never did anything with the problem for starting the car saying its the fuel pump but he accused me of saying I told him I did not want it. Which makes no sense because why I would I not want to fix the main problem for why I came to him in the first place. Will never ever be coming back and will be sharing my horrible experience with my peers and my community.

We have taken our two vehicles for the past 4 or 5 yrs. They do a great job. Very friendly. It might not look like much...lots of cars. They are very busy. The waiting room needs a bit of an over haul...its abit in the rough, but thats ok...its my vehicles that Im more concerned with. We have recommended this place to many people. It is a little hard to find. But its worth it.

Not only does Thangs Auto do professional work on my Jaguar XK, but they are also very customer service oriented. It is difficult to find this combination when trying to find a mechanic and body shop here in Arlington.

I have so much to say but wont. Do yourself a favor, take your car somewhere else. A whole lot less headache.
