One of THE worst places to get tires from. I bought brand new tires right before the weekend because I was going a 600 mile round trip to visit family and the whole ride to and from was completely terrible. The tires themselves are good but just the balancing was very terrible. And when I called them to see what they can do they told me to bring it back when I got back and they would look into it. I been sitting for 3 hours now without any update on how much longer and as soon as I ask about how much longer because I needed to leave, they decide to pull my truck in and now I’ve been waiting on them to start accessing what needs to be done for an hour already…place wasn’t even packed or had many cars when I came…if I could give 0 star ratings, I would rate this place of business 0 stars.

They made sure I have the best experience, excellent customer service also got my truck back the same day.

Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone who plans on getting air suspension done we brought our truck over here in March to finish getting the air suspension all wired up and new compressors 8 months later no one has been able to do the job it got wired up compressorss installed after that we kept getting told they had to send off for new compressors return the ones they ordered we were told that for months yet this is when covid 19 had just hit so we were told they would get the job done and right since it been slow we said ok take yalls time dont rush we want it done correctly since its a custom truck in the re making Cowboys Customs was well known for their good work we trusted them and had very high hopes of them getting this job done ...No nobody was experienced in air ride the guy who started the job quit and we werent notified of it until we stopped calling and just showed up to see the progress since we were told by a friend that drove by and seen our truck outside in the parking lot and said it was sitting so low it was on the frame and yes it was they said they couldnt get it to hold air and wer looking for someone new to work 1st report we made to them was our window was left halfway down one weekend when it had thunderstorms 2 whole days so water was entered and soaked up driver side seat n carpet tailgate has been cracked on clear part WER tv screen sits and have also scratched and dented up left side tail light from tail gate hanging off and swung to the left we are picking up the truck since we have been told by management that they cannot finish the air suspension or install drive shaft so this place does not have any experience in air ride suspension so do not bring anything in here that you are wanting any custom work done they obviously just hire anyone and they are not no where near professional

They get it done, whether its getting parts quicker than others, or beating competitors prices they will work with you on whatever you need. I had a great experience working with David at Cowboy customs! David is a truck guy so he knows what truck owners want in lifts, rims and tires! This time he hooked me up with really great tires for my Tundra and some tires for my wife’s Lexus SUV. Best prices in town...

So I bought a brand new lift from them and a couple weeks later my truck started to shake a lot in the highway. I would try to take it to them to see if they could fix it but they just left it the same. So instead I took it to another lift shop and they inspected it and they told me that they put used lift parts on my truck. So instead of putting the new parts on my truck. they would put on extra used parts that they had laying around in the shop. Be careful and always make sure they put on the lift that you order. They do such a bad job. And bunch of liars they only want your money.!

I went here to lift my truck I couple of moths later my truck started shaking and making humming noises took it back to balance the tires it still kept shaking ended up takin to another shop to figure out what the noise and shaking was and while they were checking that I told them to check my lift kit to see if it was installed correctly come to find out it was missing a front and back bracket they didn’t put it makin my differential move side to side hidden the frame were the didn’t cut enough the driver side parts were installed on the passenger side and passenger side parts on the driver side I’m missing nuts and bolts and now I need a new differential I’m never bringing my truck back here again I finally saved enough money to get it lifted now I’m waisting more money to fix their mistakes I don’t know what type of mechanic they have but he don’t know nothing about lifting trucks and if you can’t find me in the system like all the other people y’all respond to I have the receipt since I can see y’all like to make excuses I never got my original parts and my original rims were damage to begin with I figure y’all needed the money more so I didn’t make a big deal but now that I have to put in more money to fix it I want people to know so they won’t make the same mistake by taking it here

Bad customer service, they charge to much for not improper installation, they have YouTube know everything installers, that alway fast forward videos skipping the main parts. Hopefully they realize they need to hire professionals. Now we are talking about recent. “Red Chevy truck” they know.

I went to 5 other places to get quote’s & when you get to Cowboys Customs, as soon as you drive into their lot, you can see the difference! Chris was my sales guy, he took his time to explain each product I wanted. He also to the extra step to walk me through what all I was getting replaced. Got a 4 inch Fabtech Lift with 20x10 Fuel Assaults on my 2018 GMC Sierra. Mauricio was very helpful and got my truck looking exactly how I wanted it! I drove 2 1/2 hours to bring my truck to the best in the business, well worth the trip!

I bought some amp steps from them the module went out about three months ago and they haven’t fixed them yet, you would think that if your selling the product you would have the parts to fix it if something goes wrong. But it’s been three months and still haven’t gotten those steps fixed yet. I was told the part was on order, still no part. This will be my last time purchasing from there. The guys do good work, but if a part breaks or needs repair, you won’t get it repaired unless you go pay the money somewhere else and the steps are still under warranty, and I’m still paying for them, well maybe the part will be in next year...🤔 🤔🤔

I 100% recommend cowboys customs. I was sitting in my room calling multiple companies asking for prices then I ran into cowboys customs and with out an appointment I was led in by a man named Omar. Omar got my car up and running in 3 days. Omar promised me it would take up to 3 days. He was a very honest and kind man he was making sure I got what I wanted as quickly as possible. This is the best experience I have ever had. My worst experience was with Texas tires they were all rude but the only thing you’ll find at cowboys customs is kind men and positive attitudes.

I had a slight problem with my car so I stopped by the shop on Abrams and Abbas helped me out. He was very nice and professional and communicated all the way. Great service and I definitely recommend.

They fixed my car with hood customer service

I leave the truck in the morning around 9am and after 5pm I went to pick up and nobody begins the job in my truck and I find it with the check engine light ON, After check with a mechanic, they leave the gas cap open. Someone take my truck to make personal activities and don’t make the job required. I request the camera recordings and nobody want to show me what happened with my truck the all day.

Went in for tire and rims , David was professional andCourteous, saved me over $500 from another dealer for the exact same rims / tires . Definitely recommend them on your rims/ tires / or anything else you might me.

Being a women is tough especially when it comes to finding a honest tire shop, but Chris treated me like I was his only customer and went above and beyond. He drove to my job to pick up my car so I wouldn’t lose time from work and brought it back to me! To top it off I had only purchase two tires from him! Left me stranded twice! Tried to have me pay for a tow after a bolt and control arm came loose. Had to keep going back to get my lift fixed after they installed it. After the third time, I went with my family mechanic and told me that whoever did my lift did a horrible job. Even had a used part from another truck installed on my truck! Fixed it once with my mechanic for a fraction of the price that CC charged me and never had a problem with it ever since.Over priced, bad communication, nothing but under qualified kids installing kits, and not on time.Save yourself some money, time and frustrating and find a better place to go to.

This place is great! David and all the other guys were super helpful. I must’ve called about 10 times with several different questions and they answered them all thoroughly and detailed. I even learned about the CV axle on my truck. David the manager is a wonderful guy I went to Discount tire to get a sensor programmed they was going to charge me 40$ I called Cowboy customs he said come on over and let me take a look when I got there he checked all my tires and said hey your sensor came programmed already I said omg the discount tire store knew that and tried to charge me I don’t like the fact Discount tire tried to get over a woman But David was very nice and handle the situation and saved me my money I was so thankful for him Cowboy Customs are the best and I will go no other place else I love how they treated me thank you David

Been in a few times, as i purchased my tires here. Ive asked multiple times in person how much it would be to get a light bar installed. Each time they quoted me a price it was the same as the last time i asked. Now that im ready to have it done i called to set up an appointment also confirmed an estimate of how much it would be and was told a outrageous price. Car Toys will do it for almost half the price as i was just in there before i called Cowboys. Wont be back in not even for the new set of tires i need!!

I had my 19 F150 in for a lowering kit, it was installed about 2 months ago. Today I had to remove the kit they installed and install a Belltech kit. The workmanship was horrible, stripped nuts and bolts, bent brackets causing a squeak from left rear shock This squeak is the reason I started looking in to the suspension work along with vibration at highway speeds from drive shaft.. The tech that installed it didnt adjust the drive shaft correctly causing vibrations at highway speeds. I have not called in to inform them of the horrible work as I find it hard to believe they would refund me my money. Maybe it was my mistake to take it to a place that specializes in lifts only. I would not recommend this shop for lowering kits based on the stripped nuts and bolts found when removing the kit they installed and bent brackets.

It’s been twice that I been told my truck would be ready on a certain day or time and I never get a call to be informed they won’t be finished so I have to drive up there since they don’t answer the phone wasting my time having to wait days on results.Lack of communication and service repeatedly.

Had my truck worked on. Had a few issues. It seems after doing some aftermarket mods. Theirs a few issues. Sales man explains that a few other things had to be ordered. Took a few more days than expected. But what can you expect when modifying a stock truck. Can’t get mad at the shop. They did a great job. Got my truck a few days later than expected. But was well worth it. Well worth the wait. Thanks. Read some other guys got mad for taking so long. But the price you pay for modifying your ride. Got to be patient. Thanks again.

Great experience with these guys! I brought in my own rims to install on some existing tires that were on the truck. They did the work for a reasonable price, but what was really impressive i forgot to take the new Lug nuts up there and the factory ones were not going to work. Without even having to ask they installed a new set of lugs without even charging me more than the original quoted price!

They charged my credit for tires I didnt want then when I told them I didnt want the ones they charged me for they pretty much said well your getting those regardless wanted my keys and for me to sign the contract which I didnt I got a hold of the finance company and told them what they had done they told me to ask them to cancel the sale which of course they didnt want to do it, it took over a week to get them to cancel.

Horrible experience. I was told during the initial lease application if I wanted to add any extra service to let them know so they can roll it to the same lease application. I said yes and asked for a few other things to be added. David accepted and said he will run everything under the same application. 2 days later I came to pick up and was told the additional services were not added and that I have to pay out of pocket or apply for another lease. Leasing company charges for every application and on top of that Cowboys custom charges another application fee. I was charged 3 fees equal to $180. The work performed was about $500. My issue is not about the job done, as that was ok. My issue is the lack of communication and not owning up to a mistake. Why would you misinform on adding services to the same application when you well know once the application is set it cant be modified. I contacted David and he was unaware I wanted to add additional services. Who did I ended up speaking to the whole time then? No further jobs should of been looked at if thats the case. David then promised to look into the issue and adjust a fee. 1 month passed and nothing. I asked again and the answer is nothing can be done. I got two separate leases and payed $180 in fees to apply. As a business I believe that if something is said, honor it. Dont try to upsale all you can and forget how your own services work and if you do forget, then make it right for the customer. Thanks for the experience.
