After getting my hub assembly fixed i noticed that my car was still not driving right so i took it back and they said i needed an alignment and tires. So i paid for that and still my car wasnt driving right. I took it somewhere else where they explained to me that they didnt do the work right. I explained to the owner what another mechanic had said and he said he would correct it when the weather was better. Unfortunately the cold and snow didnt let up for days. When i returned he refused to do what he said he would do instead asked me for more money to do more work. Im not a mechanic so he kept asking me questions that i couldnt answer i simply wanted him to fix what his employees didnt do right the first time. He got loud with me and then said my car was old so it really didnt matter. Well it does. I have an 18month old baby my car has to be safe and taking it to a professional should give me peace of mind. Do not take your business to these guys. Thanks to them i have to spend money i really dont have when they should have done the work i paid them to do.

If I could rate a 0, I would. This place is horrible-take your money elsewhere! They had to replace my oil twice because the owner stayed on the phone and wasn’t paying attention to my truck. He failed to tell us they didn’t accept cards until AFTER my truck was serviced and then told us to walk across the street in the rain to pull from an ATM. Was rude and brushed us off until we gave him his money.

I been coming here awhile and got disappointed on my last visit because after my oil change which was alot faster than normal. My vehicle was leaking oil. I couldnt take it back for a week now it drives differently to me... Not as smooth of a drive.

I always come here for used tires for my car. They are super nice, professional and always friendly... Ive never had anything to complain about with anything I get from them!! Great prices and fast too!!!

They gave me a raggedy used tire. I came back 3 times because my tire light was still on. I had to go to discount tire and pay $40 for the problem to be fixed, after already paying them $56. They over aired my tire to 68. My back right tire never got looked at after I asked, the son was too busy flirting! My tire had a nail in it. I only came because they opened up early. I would never come here again.

Ive been coming to auto seven since my first born child I 2002 I get all my work done the owner abs is vary friendly Robert always take pride in his work the oil changes are always good I get the mobile one witch usually it runs for 55$ but they give it to me for 50$ and their new tires come with a 2 year warranty but thank God I dont have problems

A locally owned and ran shop .anything to do with tires and light mechanic work.Competitive priceing. They are fast and helpful with vihichal inspection.

I bought them two new from tires and apparently they didnt have my tired size so the put two tires that were a little bigger and my car has been driving bad because of it Ill be suing them if I get into an accident because of that because they refuse to replace it they dont give an f about costumer service

Drained my old oil before informing me that they didnt carry the filter I needed. Tried to charge me $20 for an oil change with the original oil filter. Was there for 45 mins just for them to put the old oil back into my vehicle before I could leave. How hard is it to look at the truck your servicing before you start taking it apart? Cheap place if your looking to get a shady inspection done, dont go for actual mechanical work. Watched a kid who worked there almost destroy a Tahoe bc it wasnt balanced b4 he raised the lift.

These guys are all super nice and always fast! I go here for my yearly inspection and oil changes. They have the best prices too, and they even put my sticker on for me.

Got my oil changed here.. the next day my oil light came on. And Ive never had that problem, ever! Do not go here! Take your business to a place that is more established like Jiffy Lube, NTB, or Firestone.

Went to get transmission line repaired and transmission pump inside my transmission. because I had a plug and not the dipstick. Went in at 8:00AM left out at 4:50 PM just to tell me he dont have the pump to put inside my transmission. A whole day wasted

I got the car inspection 4 months ago.. they did report the millage wrong to the dmv. At that point I did not go over the paper. Because my car pass inspection. All I care to get my tag and wait for my tittle, but when my tittle came home which said mileage report wrong. I came back to tell them correct it, but they said it is expired. I know it is expired but that is from their unprofessional work. It ruin my car historyIt should be a very easy way for them to correct their mistake. Or if they can’t fix the paperwork which I need a explanation.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Got an oil change once here and they tightened the drain plug so tight that I almost stripped it the ext time I tried to change the oil. Took it back and they said it would be $20 to remove the bolt. . . $20 and the guy even admitted it was on way to tight. They definitely do not care about customer service. As when I was there someone was already complaining to manager.

I bought a used tire for $35 on Dec 1 by Dec 2 5:45 am for work it was on flat. I tried to get off cooper st it was messed up by time I got to the gas station. I called them explain to them what happened they said they cant replace it I drove on it. I told him Im sorry I didnt want to get hit. Can u just replace it I dont want money. He said No...do not spend your money there!!!!

I almost always get my auto inspections done there.. even thought they are more or less across town from me. Been doing that for a decade. They always treat me right and usually dont have anyone waiting for inspections. so its usually an in an out in under 10 minutes deal. Then the Krogers in the same parking lot. can issued tags at their customer service counter once the inspection is complete.

My son went there to get tires and the idiot tire foreigner put the jack under his gas tank and cracked it. My son is hard worker and when your trying to get a business off the ground or expand, you dont need people taking advantage of customers, which they obviously dont value. Autoseven is incompetent and very unprofessional. Shame on them. THEN THE OWNER REFUSED TO FIX IT AND MY SON HAD TO SPEND OVER $ 300.00 TO FIX THIER MISTAKE.

$55 for Castol oil and filter.They doesnt have filter, make the order, waiting 30 minutes for find filter, more the 1 hour for arriving, total more than two hours for oil change and they charged me $11 extra because they are unprofessional and they dont know what they have on stack.Im not recommending this place to anyone and this is my first and last time to stop on this piece off junk shop.Of course everything going to BBB complaint, not because off money, because off respect for customers.After all that waiting, car doesnt wanna start because they live lights on during they work.

I got a used tire from this place because it was closest to home and the only place open late. The tire was no good. It wouldnt hold air in it so I called to talk to them about it and they guy said they do not offer warranty on used tires but I was welcome to bring it in to see if I ran over a nail. My husband took off the tire and it had a plug already. So they knowingly sold us a used tire that was no good for $35 and there is no warranty! !!!!!

Most unprofessional and incompetent business in Arlington! I swear, they break things on your car just so you have to come back and spend more money on fixing their mistakes! When you bring that fact to their attention, the owner screams and yells as if its your fault they busted your fuel tank with thier jack! I would not EVER recommend this business to anyone other than the Better Business Bureau for fraudulent business ethics.

This place succs they sold me a tire the next day it was going low so I got a plug 4 days later then it went right bacc down the tire end up haven a 2 inch cut in the tire called them he told me to theres nothing they can do Ive only had the tire for seven days not to mention when I was getting my tire fixed there there was a brawl in there parking 4 pal were fighting SMH thats not how you handle business

Good price for oil changes

Went there for an inspection and he decided to tell me that my car failed after I had already swiped my card and paid $25 for it. At other places if a car can not pass they would’ve just given you back your keys. They stole $25 from me. I never went back to that place again.🖕🏾

Was out early this morning and my brakes locked up on left side. Thought possible caliper problem. Pulled in there and got right in. Tech got it rt in and cked it out & discovered left Caliper locked up. Called to get parts and they should be here by 3p, had to get from warehouse.Got me a set of tires at a great price to.

Do not get serviced here, these people have no knowledge of mechanics, and have a major problem with disrespect. They damaged my vehicle and refused to repay my expenses of over $300.00. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. Latinos off cooper is a smarter option.
