Excellent job at TLC. Made a 1000 appointment the day prior for their platinum package (exterior and interior), got a non auto generated email confirmation from the manager that evening. Dropped the car off and 3 hours later got a call that it was ready. They did an outstanding job, car is better than when I bought it new. Would highly recommend, excellent job for a fair price.

I choses TLC due to the high ratings. I would have given them five stars also, however, they damaged the window tint on my drivers side window. Also, they did not admit that they did it or offer any remediation. Other than that, I was pleased with the work they did and would use them again. I was also pleased with the amount of time that it took. I do recommend them, but if you have tinted windows, remind them to be careful not to scratch them.

I took my car to have the inside-outside detailed. My car looked brand new again. I had tire marks on the inside of my roof and they were able to remove them. They did a terrific job and the cost is very reasonable. Its located at the top of a parking garage, which may seem odd, but they have a great service set up there at the mall.

These guys are AMAZING! We brought my ex’s car that my daughter drives in to be detailed. There was a funky smell and 10 years worth of gunk and grime built up inside. The car is now SPOTLESS! I don’t know what kind of magicians they are, but there isn’t a speck of dirt, nor anything but new car smell when you get in the car. I would 110% recommend this place.

Amazing! I have never had a car wash/car detail like I did today at TLC Wash N Shine 2 at the Annapolis mall in Annapolis, MD. My car looks like it did the day I bought it brand new from the dealer. I was blown away when I came back to pick it up. This establishment is truly the best. In the past at other car detailers I have paid nearly twice what TLC Wash N Shine 2 charged and didn’t get close to the results I got today. My only lament is that I don’t live closer. However TLC Wash N Shine 2 is worth me driving from Philadelphia and I will! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I was only in Annapolis for the weekend and didn’t have an appointment, but they made time for me. I will be back! Seriously, best ever!

TLC has saved two of my cars from the gates of dog hair hell. They took a couple cars that were absolutley covered in dog hair in the back seats, and made them into showroom condition vehciles. Both cases made me extra money, one was totalled and the adjuster said I got top dollar because of the condition of my car, and I was selling the second car and got full asking price. THanks!

$150 and the car looks brand new. And this was not your average dirty car!! No trace that a dog has ever been in the car when in reality a long haired 120 lb pooch routinely rides in the back.

I have a 6 and 4 year old. That should be enough said...but to drive the point home. We had not given a thorough cleaning of our Acadia in at least 8 months. We had spilled milk, left over pizza and Chick Fil A sauce everywhere and in every crack of the car you could think of. We chose the diamond package and we were not disappointed...3 hours later, my car looks and smells like new. I recommend this place to anyone. Wish we would have taken a before.and after photo. Amazing, we will be back in 4 months.
