I used to go to Chesapeake but Autobell is closer to my house so I decided to give it a try. Autobell is more professional, and takes better time, care and attention to your vehicle. They’re flat out awesome. Never taking my business anywhere else in Annapolis again.

I have actually never gotten any service done at this car wash but my son works there and apparently when it rains the business does not close and and the employees must stay there, which I understand but they are not provided with even a chair to sit in during this 5 to 6 hour shift! So they are expected to sit on the floor… I repeat the floor until customers come in in the pouring rain to get their car washed. I wouldn’t care of my car looked brand new when I left there, treating your employees that way is unacceptable!

I got the everything option and I got the everything option and my car looked absolutely brand new not a spec of dust on the dash and everything out of the carpets the worker there spent a good amount of time on my car but it was well worth the wait

The beat carwash ever. This peoples are pro.They really take the time tour car are clean in and out like brand new !!! If you are un Annapolis this is the place to go.

I visited the autobell on west st today. Someone was spray painting when it was windy out and the wind carried the white paint on to my black Camaro. I tried to do a ride through and it did not work. I asked one of the employees james if he new how to remove it. He offered to help wipe it down. It all didnt come off but he was able to remove alot of it. Great customer service thank you james!

Did not clean my car well and the flow for cars coming in and out is ridiculous. You have the option to have additional cleaning and they stop you right outside of the exit and theres no way to get around anyone and everyone just stares at you. Very silly and bad for business. Not worth the price

They were so nice and they vacuum perfectly i would recommend to leave everything that’s in the car at home that’s what I did and perfect they cleaned everything they were very respectful I left a 10 dollar tip I would totally come back🤩😎

Staff was friendly! Car wash quick! I paid for the rain repellent deal $40 which included the wipe down, vaccuming etc of the inside. I wasnt very pleased with the way my driver side mat was done, it looked like it had not been touched. My console/cup holder was still dirty, I had to ask the guy to come and do it, he only wiped out the cup holder, nothing else. He did vaccume the floors but it definitely was a run through job, if he had taken the time to take the mats out of the car and then vaccume, Im sure he would have done a much better job, he only vaccumed on top and around the mats. All the reviews were so good for this place, thats why I went, unfortunately I will not be going back.

Had my car washed at auto bell yesterday and the young man spent a decent amount of time on my car but clearly not so much on my interior. Although my floors were spotless, my dash, radio area, rear view mirror and rear window are still dirty and or dusty. I love the exterior wash thats why I gave 3 stars...interior needed more attention.

Paid for a monthly service and NOW they are trying to charge $3 EVERY time I come to the car wash. You cant change the price in the middle of a PAID subscription! Poor Customer Service 😡😡😡😡😡 Just went again, and my middle console wasnt wiped off, nor the top of steering wheel shaft or the the part where radio is. Ive complained about this before to the young manager on duty🥺🥺🥺. I posted the pictures as well

I went to Autobell Car Wash for the first time yesterday. I got an exterior wash and interior vacuum. My car looks great! They must have powerful vacuums- Ive never seen the interior so clean! And the employees I spoke to were all very nice. Thanks!

I payed $9 for drive thru wash, drove home and saw scratches the length of the roof. Returned to wash and manager filed. a damage report. He claimed the autobell was not liable because I refused to run my car through the wash to see if it would duplicate more scratches. Find another car wash.

Went up a couple dollars since i was last there but when i come down to annapolis i like to stop there and car looks great after i run my car thru even the wheels and rims get clean😜👍

They did my car faster then I expected and where pretty through. I was impressed with their work ethic. They also never look twice at any of my possessions. Looks like its run great. You dont get this kinda service from a bad owner. Worth supporting a local spot. (Will update with more visits)

I took my 2 cars to be washed, I asked for the monthly plan and the guy told me an offer the $50 for both cars, thinking it was the monthly plan, then my husband went to ask and make sure it was the monthly plan they said no was just 1 time we ask to update $75 for each one and the guy in front said NO YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID SO IF YOU WANT THE MONTHLY YOU HAVE TO PAY AGAIN THE WHOLE AMOUNT.unbelievable they couldnt just update and have me pay the difference!Then I came out and the vacuum was so poor.After all I am happy they didnt update i just paid one time ($50) and not the monthly plan $75 each one!

Made the mistake of allowing the attendant to drive my car through the tunnel. I watched as the car violently lurched along the track as he left the car in Park. If that wasn’t bad enough, he had the wipers on and the drivers side wiper was later discovered to be completely separated from the wiper arm the next time I used them. If you have a car you care about, do not go here.

Got the 40 dollar and they didnt vacuum the back or do my back window

I got the managers special, but Im not happy with the job done. The staff were all nice and very polite. The outside looks good. However, the inside was barely cleaned. The vacuum was poorly done and the panels were dusty. I expected a bit more for $34.99.

You get what you paid for basically.

Not happy. I was the only car there, but it looks like a rushed job. I paid for the Super but was not offered choice of fragrance until I asked about it. Outside still dirty on some spots. Inside was not cleaned properly, is still dirty (mostly on one side). They need a better vacuum or someone that knows how to use it. Will not be back and will not recommend.

Very surprised at how thorough this wash was. Ive been many places that just lightly dry the car off resulting in water spots or rush the windows and interior leaving lots of streaks. Not this place. The floors and mats were thoroughly cleaned and when the car exited it was fully dried (exterior, jambs, windows) and carefully windexed. Prices were about $5 more than what Ive paid elsewhere but the attention to detail made it worth it. I felt awful for not having the cash to leave a good tip.

Did the 35 dollar car wash my rims are still dirty they did not even open my trunk to dry them cup holder are still dirty i want to like the place because they treat you good but the job they did today in my car was disappointing.. even the tire protectant is not even 🤯

I usually dont post reviews but Ive gone to autobell car wash two times. Both times the exterior car wash was okay but they have consistently missed half of my car vacuuming and wiping down the inside. They just straight up didnt vacuum or clean most spots. Frustrating for paying for the one of the 2nd top service for $35 only to get 50% of my car cleaned. I will not give them a 3rd try. :(

Saturday I stopped here based on the reviews and rating, as I was already in the area. Paid $34.99(Managers Special plus Front Mats), car windows, rain guards, wheels, dash and interior were still covered in dirt. Windows were barely wiped down, interior was not touched at all. This wash was also supposed to include a fragrance, but I was never offered a scent, nor did the car smell any different so I am sure this was not done either. I did not have time to make a complaint as my friend and I were already on a tight schedule and really needed to go. I pay $5-$7 dollars less for washes in my area that include all of the paid services and more, and they consistently provide great service. Not so much at AutoBell. Highly disappointed! First and last time for me, I would not visit again...

Service was good, wash was good but still had water spots around the truck that should have been dried and wiped down better. Interior was ok but could have been better for the console.

Spots from tree sap left on my windshields. Also, they did not put my windshield wiper all the way down...left it caught on my antenna.
