Decent automatic car wash. Doesnt get everything very clean because it uses a water pressure system vs brushes. It would be nice if the vacuum hoses were longer so they can reach each side of the vehicle. I had to move my car to get the other side vacuumed, then conveniently had to put more money in for more time. For the price, I believe the amenities could improve.

Love this place and so does my dog! Plenty of trash cans, self bay and touchless bay work perfectly. Best of all, the associates are extremely nice and always offer to help with anything. I own a 2018 BMW M3 and only use Water Works in Annapolis. In fact, I’m headed there today. Thank you for offering such excellent service!!!!!!!

There are two options at this car wash self wash or automatic wash. This is a review of the self wash. You pay with your credit card or a billion quarters. There is a machine with about 10 buttons for different cycles such as engine Wash, tire wash, foaming, high pressure wash, and even a drying function with a hose that does a remarkably good job of drying off your car at the end of the wash. I actually found it to be really fun to go through the different cycles to wash my car. It was very self explanatory and the machine worked perfectly. I dont live in Annapolis but I think I will make a point of stopping by this car wash whenever Im in town.

This is the best drive through car was in Annapolis! The car wash is touchless which is hard to find and the service is always phenomenal! There’s usually someone here to greet you with a smile and thank you. Pretty above and beyond for a car wash. They also offer add-on services like wheel scrubs. The equipment is well kept and actually cleans your car. Only place I’ll go.

Largely a self service car wash, there is also a touchless automatic wash bay. This is nice since a working one tends to be hard to find. They offer packages for frequent washers which yeild significant savings. A nice place to touch up your car if you are headed downtown for the day, with its location being perfect for that. Open 24hours so its ready when you are.

Its always an older white guy that offers 2 clean your tires while you pay..hes always friendly & helpful..car wash always turns out great..cheap & reasonable pricing

Great car wash. Good selection on manual wash stalls. They do seem a little short for a bigger vehicle. Also has automatic wash stall. Will go again.

The high power soap had no soap in Bay 2.

I wanted to hand wash my car. I found their location with relative ease. I spent about 30-40 minutes there. I used bay #1. Overall, it was a good experience. I plan on returning on a monthly basis.

Its clean and its like $3 minimum and $1/minute I believe.

Used it a few times over the past years. Always the same issues. Low/no pressure. Half the options dont work.Never anyone around to help, so you eat the minimum $2.50.The touchless car wash is hit or miss. Sometimes works, sometimes doesnt. You lose your money when ever theirs an issue... Which is often.

Wasted 5 dollars on a wash that had no soap come out of the sprayer for almost two full minutes. The foam brush had no soap, so wasted another minute of time. Only setting that had any sort of soap was high pressure wash. I spent twice as much for a wash as necessary.There’s no trash cans anywhere. Want to clean out your car? Throw away a cleaning cloth or trash from a floorboard? Nice try.Prices are steep for the type of wash you get. Overall, avoid this place and go elsewhere.

No trash cans, barely any time on the vacuums, soap pressure wash didn’t have enough detergent. It was clean and presentable so that’s why it got two stars.

Rough wash

Has not been crowded anytime Ive visited. There are a lot of vacuums, very convenient. Also, you pay for the time you use, in other words, you are not automatically charged 10 dollars for example, when you scan your card.

Worst car wash ever. 1st visit used automatic car wash. It started beating the side of our 2018 Ford Explorer before any suds of water we’re out on truck. Scratches down BOTH sides of vehicles. 2nd visit used self service bay. Dish sink quality water pressure. Zero to no suds. Short hoses only good for cars. No 1 minute timeout alarm. 3rd visit. Tried a different bay to be sure I wasn’t crazy —- nope, while car wash sucks. Not surprised it’s for sale.

Cheap easy place to wash yo ride. High soap and chemical content. Clean well maintained pits. They do have engine degreaser. Vacs on site and a drive thru touchless.

Horrible! This is my second try with this auto wash. Only 1 side of the washer works. Car is still dirty and now has bird poop sealed on since I purchased the Ultimate wash. Dryer is only 45 seconds also, not enough time! Water makes all over my car.Twice was enough. Never again!

Oh may! Oh my! Have you EVER been to a car wash where you wash your car by yourself?! There was no counter, so I dared to ask a staff member, but he didnt speak English!!! The signs were misleading and made me spend more for not as good service! Worst carwash experience of my adult life! I left wet, sweaty, and generally annoyed! No thank you!After I wrote the original review, the owner came to comment about the employee! 😂😂😂😂 I mean, seriously! Why is a Loyola graduate working at a carwash? Not knocking that individual down, but why didnt the employer create a better opportunity for the guy?! Plus, if only the employee bit was off, then its the right place, and its still not the best place to wash a car! How can ONE employee attend to all 20 cars which were there while I visited? LMBO

Has the curb appeal but vacuums suck, no trash can and after 8 dollars in the car wash untwisting the hoses, my truck came out just as dirty. Do not go!

Love to wash and clean my car there. They keep it clean. Coin machine present. Wash it and vacuum at your leisure.

The air for tires is a bit over priced and the whole place is a bit run down, but they are doing renovations so expect it to get a bit better. One of the few self car washes around town.

Was really pleased with the car wash and free vaccuming. Would be nice to have a worker or 2 to help out with that though

Terrible place!!! Paid $7 for the automatic car wash and it left a LOT of dirt on my bumper and roof of car. Tried using the self-wash to finish cleaning and it took my money without letting me use the stuff!! No contact details available to complain either. Find another place to spend your time and money!!

I was very sckeptical about the touchless carwash, but after trying it the first time i loved it, it left my Vehicle spotless. I love the dryer to the end so you dont have to get off your car to cloth dry it. Ive been to sooo many other car wash places and none will leave it like Shepherds Carwash. The attendant is super sweet he is always open to help the customers and it is on top of directing incoming traffic and is around all the time to make sure everyone has the best experience ever. He is amazing. Love this place, i live in Glen burnie and drive to annapolis just for this, belive me its worth every cent.

It is a great place to wash your car any time you 2 in the morning open 24 hours.

Its a ok car wash but no trash can if I go to a car wash to clean my car the point is to clean your car inside and out not to clean the inside and take any trash you have with you

Beat self service car wash in annapolis (they also have a touch less wash if you dont want to do it yourself). Many vacuum stations and fair prices, my husband could not live without this place!
