EcoXpress has very good customer service and their car wash prep guys are detail oriented. They helped remove the antenna on my wrangler so it would not hit the windshield pillar and rinsed off the jeep thoroughly before it entered the car wash. Free self serve vacuum bays are a plus.

I like this carwash because it have free vacuums with good suction. It is in a good location and the property is always maintained with attendants on sight. Today while getting my car washed, I expressed concerns to the attendants about an area of the car that was not cleaned properly. Being that I had taken all of my items out of the trunk I had nothing to use to touch up my car. He said he would wash the car again. I thought it a bit much because it was a small area, but agreed. Jackson moments later came over to me with a brush and rag and took care of the issue. He was very mannerly which some of the younger generation lack these days. One of the best carwashes I have ever been to. Efficient and reasonable. Great area to vacuum the interior self-clean the inside windows, and wipe down the exterior. Wish there were more professional businesses like this one.

This place did a considerable amount of damage to my truck 3 weeks after buying it with less than 2,000 miles on it. The assistant manager on site never even apologized or refunded my money. He told me the owner would call me same day and it wasnt until I called back the next day that I finally talked to someone. While the guy apologized he couldnt take care of it without getting his insurance company involved, so now I have a brand new $75k truck that is going to have the entire right side repaired with a deminished carfax and its not even broken in yet.To add insult to injury, the assistant manager woulndt let me back out of the wash and instead made me drive through damaging the rear of the truck as well.There are far too many options in the Annapolis area to take a risk here. I did and I paid.... twice.

If you need a car wash - this is the place. It’s not your ordinary drive thru wash, they hand wash off all the bugs and bird poop before sending you through all while you stay in the car. Free vacuums for self use will be available again once the city enters phase 2 of covid reopening. The price and quality of the wash are the best!

Reasonably priced. Free vacuums. No frills. Option for unlimited, but you have to stick with one tier and cant get an upgrade on a single wash (i.e. add other services that you dont usually get with your membership just for one wash).

Great costumer service at all the times that I have a question or ask for something, the guys working there are some great guys “they need a Tip jar“Reading some of the reviews it make me upset I never had a issue at this place.I been a member almost one year,when I sign the agreement they explained me everything I was told that the payments were going to be automatically taking out of my bank account.For the ones saying that the vacuums are free they are not. The use of the vacuum comes with the membership or when you pay for the car wash. Too bad the owner of this place don’t do nothing for stoping outsiders for using the vacuums they spend too much time on the vacuums and leave trash even nails on the floor is a bad reputation for this place but the guys working there are always picking up the trash

Easy wash

Im happy with the car wash in general. However, I signed up for a 1 month unlimited a few months back and just found out that I was being auto renewed and charged $19 for the past couple of months. From these reviews it doesnt seem that the manager is going to work with me so I guess a trip to my bank is in order. Again, I do like the place but only wish that I would have been informed of the automatic renewal.

Heres whats important IMO for a car wash: It is fast/it cleans my car/the price is reasonable/and there is NOBODY with a dirty towel wiping off my car at the endpoint who just happens to be standing next to a tip jar. That is why I happily rate this as a 5 star review. Also to be noted is that if you have a monthly subscription and need to make an adjustment in your plan, they make it easy... they responded to my email within a couple of hours.

Came here over the weekend because I was in that part of town and passed by. I get my car washed every weekend and I saw they offered free vacuums, so we took a little detour through the wash. I opted for the $19 wash, which is the Ultimate (I think). I have to say, I was not pleased with the wash, itself. It didnt even remove a dead bug from the front of my van. There was a spot on my window that I had used my wiper fluid on, but I knew it would come off in the wash...but no, it didnt budge. Once I got home, I had to go back over and hand wash all the spots that were missed. Mind you, I get my van washed every weekend, so it is never heavily soiled! Their vacuums were good, though! Great suction and got the grass and dirt residue out from my back floors (I have 4 boys, so theres ALWAYS some dirt back there lol). I dont think Ill be returning here though...Ill be looking for a hand wash or an automatic wash that offers hand drying at the end.

Definitely the best of the automatic washes in town. Doesn’t always clean the back of my SUV but the rest of my car is spotless. Love the automatic towel dry at the end. It’s better than blowers swirling the water around and you don’t have to tip a Mexican.

I LOVED this car wash when it opened, now... Not so much. The past 3 washes I got were upgrades to the $19 wash, so that I could get some extra attention to details like bugs and bird poop. The past 2 times especially the prep guys barely touched my car with the power sprayers and hand brushes, bugs and bird poop were still very much on my car this past Saturday when I exited the wash. The prep guys just dont care anymore.

Used the wash for the first time the other day on my lunch brake, my poor Audi hadn’t seen a good washing in a few months. The worker on staff was more than friendly and helped me through the process being which was my first time! He did an amazing job on the tires and the wash had my car looking brand new.!! Came back through Friday morning before work with the wife’s car and got the same treatment, friendly staff member with glasses took care of it quick and great!! Friendly staff will make this my go to wash for sure!

New, but basic, automatic car wash that is entirely self service. Really only getting the same kind of wash offered at a gas station. Only nice option is free self-serve vacuum. Honestly its not worth the price. There are full service car washes nearby, I recommend Chesapeake on Defense Hwy, who charge about the same.

What a great concept. Drive through but full clean including under carriage wash, protecting... And with the air dry so good there is no wait for human finish and long wait.

We took our car through here on Saturday. It as fast and easy, which was nice. The vacuums are free and powerful, and the wash itself was fantastic. Our car was honestly sparkling afterward, and I think the tire-shine on our wheels is the best I have seen. We tested out the RainX on the drive home last night when we hit some bad weather and it was great, didnt even have to use my wipers! I will definitely come back, and would recommend it to others!

Quick, reasonably priced, and does a good job washing your car. Wont get your car entirely spotless though so bring a towel. Convenient area right outside of the wash that allows you to easily vacuum your car.

The monthly subscription is amazing, and you get unlimited access to the carwash. Super cool when the pollen gets bad! The vacuums and air guns are great for cleaning out your car after the wash. Highly recommend!

How does one get excited about a car wash? Well I am. I like the way you pay once and get everything done. The membership is a reasonable price. This is the best place I found in Annapolis. The staff is friendly to which is always a plus.

Best wash is the $19. You vac yourself, but has plenty of bays. Bring detail supplies to do so on adjoining lot.

Horrible experience. I signed up for unlimited washes when they just opened up. Today I went to wash the car after a couple of trips tp the beach there were bug guts everywhere. I wasnt happy after the first wash so I just figured I would go through again. And they wouldnt let me. Said that I am only entitled to 1 wash per day. Doesnt sound like unlimited to me. He showed me a form that I mush have signed with the disclosure, but they couldnt show me anything I had signed agreeing to this . So in short, dont trust them.

The car wash it’s self is awesome I have no complaints I have been going here since they opened the only thing that is frustrating is the fact that when you come out of the car wash some people think the vacuums are free to all .... they haven’t even purchased a car wash which leaves none of the vacuums open for the people that paid the price to get their car washed to be able to use the free vacuums, very very frustrating

Be very careful because I just purchased a many Van 2 weeks ago and I have Scratches on both of my doors. No one mentioned to me that a minivan is too tight to comfortably fit in there.

For a wash it is much better than the crappy car washes at gas stations. The staff takes the time to hand pre wash the car and does a good job of pressure washing before you go through the automatic system. Maritime used to be my go to but has gone down hill ever since they were bought by a larger corporation.
