After going to several dealerships on the eastern and western shore, I was not impressed with any of the cars available, nor the salespeople I interacted with. All the cars he showed me were clean, nicely taken care of and were specifically the brands I was looking for (Mazda and Honda) even though some were a little out of budget. He stepped away to give me and my boyfriend the time to discuss the terms of the deal, something unseen when buying a car. Because of the experience he provided, I knew I wanted to buy my car here. When I came to pick up my vehicle, Chris was nice enough to stay after his shift to give me my keys, sign paperwork and show me how my radio and other buttons worked. He was the only sales person out of all of the dealerships that I have visited that was friendly, that did not show me low quality vehicles, and made the car buying experience special. I contacted this location as I was looking for seatbelt extenders for my 2018 Mazda CX-5. I first called on Monday around 630pm and they told me that parts and service close at 6, but they could take a message and have the parts department call me in the morning. I left my contact info but received no call back in the morning. I then called back around 1pm and the parts manager was quite short with me on the phone and told me I had to come to the location to be entered into the system. I checked their hours and they are listed as open til 6pm. I arrived at 533pm and was told by the staff there that the parts department closes at 530, but they would take down the info needed by the parts department (including VIN, name, and phone number). They again assured me that Id be called when the parts department opened in the morning. Once again I received no call, so I called back at 130 and was answered again by the rather rude parts manager who complained that when I was there yesterday the service department didnt get all the info he needed, so I would have to come back again. He then lied and said that hed told me the parts department closes at 5pm, which contradicts their own service department, and the listed hours on the door of the building. They seem to have no interest in helping new customers and despite the fact that they are the closest dealership to me, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I purchased my vehicle here and had a great experience. Paapa was our salesman and he did a great job during the entire process. However, the negative review is about the service department or at least the insane additional charges they add on into the service. Ive never heard of or paid for a miscellaneous tax. Of the $300 plus service I had done, $15 dollars was to the actual regular taxes and $32 was the so called miscellaneous tax. So Im already paying for the parts and labor with regular taxes and now you want me to pay extra $ to ensure your equipment is maintained as well? Thats like going to a barber and paying extra $ for him to maintain his clippers on top of the haircut and tip!...They didnt even tell me about the extra charges until the work was complete...Ridiculous!...

I found the vehicle I was looking for online. Joshua contacted me right away and gave me the price including any other fees. I drove over an hour to the dealership and the vehicle and price were exactly as Joshua stated. Joshua was very courteous and it made the buying experience a good one.

I gave them two stars because the pricing was fair and they didnt try to sneak in a bunch of fees. Otherwise it was a miserable experience. If you do not finance through them they are in no hurry to help you. They do not work directly with outside lenders and make you get a check and come back. Its like they deliberately dragged their feet and actually said if I came back the next day they would get the car ready for me. Who doesnt want to leave with the car they are buying? I have never had a dealership make me do this and I have been buying cars for over 30 years. Ill never go back.

The parts department is super nice and helpful. I only had to buy a key fob but I was treated very well when I came to order it and again when I came to pick it up.The cashier is an absolute sweetheart as well.Made me feel like when its time to get a new car Id come there first.

The folks are nice enough, but the print out and estimate documents are so confusing. I asked the tech what the 4 cylinder tune up was on my document and the answer would change. He ended saying it was only changing my spark plugs. So not the whole tune up? Then why is it listed that way? I really found the explanations of service insufficient and the documents confusing. I am going to take my car to another garage to see if I need additional service above the maintenance I did because I do not understand what they are telling me at Mazda.

My husband and I stopped by on a late Friday evening to browse the Mitsubishi cars since they have such a great warranty. We were warmly greated by Paapa Grantson. I was in the market for a CPOd Mazda 6. Im out of state, and had test driven at the local dealerships in PA. But those dealerships werent willing to earn my business. They were priced thousands of dollars higher for the exact same car that Fitzgerald had on their lot and insisted on doing the back and forth with the sales manager. The car was priced right for the market, to the point that I didnt feel compelled to try to beat them up on price. They also found great finance rates that beat the rates I had found elsewhere. We agreed on the price over a handful of calls and texts, and 3 days later I was in Maryland to pickup the car.Absolutely no drama with picking up the car. There is a Hertz dealership right across the street, so I was able to drive a one-way rental down there. Josh showed me all the features while we waited on my insurance paperwork, and a few signatures later, the car was mine. In and out in 30 minutes, and loving my new Mazda courtesy of the TEAM at Fitzgerald. Its easy to have your shackles up, expecting to do battle when buying a car. My experience at other dealerships proved that those dealers are still out there. But fortunately Fitzgerald isnt one of those. Highly recommended - Id give more than 5 stars if I could.

They allowed me enough time to think about the options and test drive the new car overnight (knowing how serious I was about it). I came back the next day with a check and finalized the purchase within an hour. Great experience overall and I’m so happy with my new car!

Bought a 2016 Mazda 3 from this dealership. The deal was good, the salesman was attentive. However, the car was advertised as having a Nav system, which the salesman agreed, and said on Monday morning he would overnight an SD card, since parts was closed at that time on Saturday. A week went by and I messaged him asking for a tracking number. He replied Ruffled some feathers but it has been taken care of.. That was April 15. I dont know what feathers he ruffled, but I must be a fat turkey, since its May 7 and still nothing.The lesson here is: dont leave this dealership with promises, even if in writing. Leave with what you bought, in full.

The salesperson I worked with was Adam Schiff, and he was very knowledgeable, polite, and easy to work with -- no high pressure stuff. I had shopped around so I knew the pricing, and they were quite competitive. They also gave me a good value for my trade. The whole experience was positive, so I would highly recommend this dealership, and Adam in particular.

I went to Fitzgerald to discuss leasing a Mazda3. They quoted me a monthly payment that was over $100/mo. MORE than the quote I had received on another make of car that sold for about the same price as the Mazda. When I asked for an explanation of why the quote for their car was so much more than the quote for a similarly-priced vehicle of another make, I was given a bunch of bogus, illogical explanations. Requests for further information were met with silence. Transparent pricing is apparently bogus.

I ended up not buying a car from this particular dealer, but that was because I ended up not falling in love with the particular model of car I went there to take a peak at. I received absolutely stellar service from my salesperson, Anthony Johnson. I truly believe that had I bought from this place it would have been hassle-free and easy. Upon realizing it wasnt the car for me, he showed me others and really tried to determine what might be a good fit. I truly felt taken care of at this establishment. This entire time there was no pressure and it really was kind of nice change from the usual car dealers. This took place on an incredibly hot day, so staying outside for long wasnt easy for a man in a long-sleeved dress shirt and long pants! This is the first time that Ive actually felt rather guilty from not buying a car from a particular salesman. Enough that Im coming back to write a review of a place were I didnt buy a thing - I think that is saying something.

Cameron, who arranged all of the paperwork was friendly & efficient. They are a no haggle dealership & they respect the fact that nowadays people have done their homework before they go to a dealership. On our way out the door we told the GM, Jeff Shaver, how much we truly appreciated that there was no hard sell on the car, financing, extended warranties, etc. I have already told several people about the positive experience we had at Fitzgerald Mazda!

VERY DISHONEST. I reached out to this dealership via truecar about a 2015 mazda3 which I was interested in getting. I was contacted by Ronald Bobst who offered the car to me for hundreds of dollars more than the truecar certificate stated. When I brought it to his attention, he agreed to honor the price which was on the certificate. (Red flag#1).We continue communicating via email about the car ( I refused his calls because I deliberately wanted everything in writing). I was ready to come in the next day and purchase the car but then I had a gut feeling that I should pull up the car fax report... just in case (especially since it was low mileage and the price seemed too good to be true) low and behold, “Severe damage, airbag deployed etc...“ I was surprised. To test his integrity, I shot him an email and asked if the car had ever been involved in an accident and of course, he said no. Clean car fax! That was all I needed to hear to know that this is not the dealership to ever purchase a car from. RUN!!!

I went here for service and let me tell you how it went. I walked in and was greeted by a man that identified himself as Elvin. Elvin then ensured me I was in the proper place to get my car fixed. I am not very car knowing friendly but Elvin advised me on the steps I should take to get my car fixed. Elvin got all my information and my car info and then told me that he would be in contact with me after his techs look into it. Elvin called me and informed me on the repairs that needed to be done. The price overall was not bad and its dealership quality work. If every dealership had a Elvin I would always use dealerships for repairs. Elvin is a outstanding employee

Making a car purchase should be this easy. Keith Freeman, my sales consultant, was very friendly and made the purchase experience smooth and comfortable. Having already done the research, I walked into the dealership knowing what I was after. But, Keith was still there to ensure that there were no stones left unturned. He was professional, courteous, and approachable. He wasnt pushy, and understood that I knew what I wanted, and was interested in seeing what the dealership would do to put me in the car. He, and the entire sales and finance teams stayed past closing hours to ensure that my trip to the dealership wasnt in vane. This is the second car purchase I have made with the dealership; and they have gained a customer for life because of their patience, generosity, and genuine willingness to see their customers drive off in the car that fits their needs and desires.

Matt was extremely helpful when it came to helping me buy my car; he was patient, more than willing to answer all my questions, and determined to help me find my dream car. I am super happy with my car and the excellent service I received here!

Mike Worthington was excellent! He was attentive, but not pushy. I dealt with a lot a salespeople after different dealership, and Mike was unique in his ability to do what he said he would do. I walked away with a great deal on my CX-5. I would recommend you use the dealership and you can’t go wrong asking for Mike!

I bought my Mazda CX-5 here and had such a great experience. Chris Watson is the absolute best. I did not feel pressured at all. He was so knowledgeable and helpful.
