I made an appointment to have a tire replaced. I was greeted cheerfully and quickly. The waiting room was spacious and provided multiple options for beverages and snacks. The Service Advisor, Robert was friendly, professional and kept me up to date. The overall time for the work was under two hours which seems very reasonable to me. Overall it was a good experience.

I just wanted to share this information about Dontae. He acknowledge with a smile on his face when I came in the door and he was with another customer. What a wonderful person. His customer service was awesome. I appreciate how he kept me in the loop in what was going on with my vehicle. After the service was done on my vehicle and I went to my car and I couldn’t get itrelish from park and when back inside and ask Donate to come outside and he did and he I told what was going and he was able to assist me and told me to enjoy my car and be safe☺️.

Just moved to Annapolis with my restored 89 325i conv. During my State inspection, not by this dealership, the State Mechanic knocked the side view mirror plate off and told me I wouldn’t pass State inspection the next morning. Went to Annapolis BMW and “one guy” supervisor had experienced the same on his 325 years ago. He knew exactly what to do, aligned the slots properly and fixed it in 3 minutes; NO CHARGE!The second visit today required a new battery. Because of its age, they had to order it, called me when it arrived and installed it in about 30 minutes. Well done!

I visited BMW of Annapolis on Friday, August 20, 2021. I had an 8:45 appointment to have the “check engine” light on my dash investigated. I arrived a few minutes early and was invited to check in with Jane. We spoke about the reason for my visit and I went into the waiting room. My understanding was that the diagnosis and estimate would take a bit of time, but an hour and 45 minutes later I finally received a quote. An hour and 45 minutes! And I had an appointment!I decided to take the car and leave for home. I have been to this service shop several times before and was always kept informed on the status of the repair. Jane (who was very pleasant but unhelpful) told me that they were very busy. Isn’t that why you make an appointment? So the guys in the shop know what’s coming in, why and when?Unfortunately, I had already had a crummy morning and I’m sure I was less than pleasant. 1 star. Not recommended.

I was treated respectfully and taken care in regards to my car’ needs and my personal needs. The receptionist was helpful in assisting as well.I really appreciate all the support. I have been trying to contact the services department for three days now to make an appointment to have my BMW serviced and I have not been able to reach anyone over the phone to assist me. I even contacted the sales department where I purchased my car to see if they can help connect me with service and all they did was put me on hold and connect me back with the service line where no one answered the phone. I strongly encourage buyers to be aware if you purchase a BMW from this dealer because once they sell you a vehicle and have your money the customer services is very poor. I would recommend to buy a BMW somewhere else with better customer service.

Called about a certified Bmw and had an appointment set. I was greeted as soon as i walked into the showroom. Andy Alexis did a great job of walking us through the process. This was not your typical high pressure sales transaction. After researching, I felt that the price was fair so we only had to figure out the value of the trade in which I also was satisfied with. This was by far the best car buying experience Ive ever had.

I was excited to be working with them at first- Dante was an excellent liaison but the service department took days to diagnose then says to fix the issue then not even 15 minutes into my commute back home I had a code throw for a completely different issue! No call back from anyone there over this . Had to take the t to another auto shop and have that issues fixed. Really dissatisfied in the service department here. Didn’t even call or try to fix what they broke while fixing my initial problem.

I usually don’t write reviews unless it’s really bad or really good but in this case it was really good. Walking in I knew exactly the year/make/monthly payment I wanted. I drove over one hour to visit and I had visited 2 other BMW dealerships in Maryland prior to this visit with the same expectations but regrettably they weren’t able to make a offer on the same vehicle. walking in the Annapolis dealership I was greeted nicely and they were able to get very close to the monthly payments I was expecting giving today’s market . And the finance manager was great not trying to push the extra un-needed options he was very honest and straight forward which is highly appreciated. I would highly recommend bmw of Annapolis. Great staff from the salesman to the manager and the finance manager.

I have had a personal mechanic for over 20 years and within the last two years, I bring my BMW to this location because of the courteous service and I can schedule a loaner so I am without transportation. This alone made me change mechanic. The location is always clean and they are so professional, it will be hard to take my vehicle anywhere else.

I recently signed a new lease on a 2021 BMW X1. Bryan Hidalgo was my sales representative. This is my second lease agreement that Ive signed with Bryan. I can not say enough good things about Bryans professionalism and overall customer service. I chose to return to BMW of Annapolis because of Bryans level of service. He is always available with an immediate response anytime I have ever had a question about my vehicle. Whenever I need something taken care of, he personally sees to it in a prompt seamless manner. I usually use BMW of Alexandria but I got a screw in my tire and Annapolis was closer so I tried it. I’m glad I did, while a bit smaller and less fancy than Alexandria, everyone was super nice and they had me back on the road in a couple of hours. I was happy and I’m planning to go there from now on.

She communicated the whole time my car was serviced, recommended some future services based on the manufacturer recommendation that aligned with my service warranty, and even scheduled my next appointment with loaner. This was also the first time I experienced a “check video” that showed the issue with my vehicle. I would highly recommend. Jane is the best!

My 2018 BMW was coming to the end of its lease and I received an offer to get into a new lease with a new car. I went to the showroom to talk with ALI who showed me what was available. As it turned out, nothing appealed to me more than the car I have been driving for almost three years. ALI guided me through the process of buying my car with a certification/maintenance agreement. I am thrilled with the deal we made in that I get to keep the car I love, with protection for less money per month. It was a win/win with ALI.

The service was good. As was the online process to schedule, problem was not having anything on the website about their night drop box procedure. I thought I saw something when I booked the service but couldnt find anything Sunday when dropping off. It was easy enough to find when we were there, but would have been reassuring to be able to get information on the website. We brought in our car due to a drive train error message after an software update.. there was nothing wrong, so shame on BMW USA for sending out a bad update.

This letter is being written to share with potential customers my total disdain for this dealership!I leased a vehicle from BMW in or around January of 2016. The vehicle was a 535i and it was leased with 15,000 per year mileage. When it was time to return the vehicle (with less than 30,000 miles), my wife followed me to the dealership and we dropped it off. The vehicle had a cracked windshield, which I told them to bill me for. While at the dealership we got a barrage of questions as to why I wasn’t getting another vehicle through them. I told them I was not satisfied with their service, in fact I felt that their service tried to sell me things that were unnecessary, and I was moving on to Infinity. We turned in both of our keys to the vehicle. My wife can verify that fact. Before we left, the Manager that we had turned the keys into said he couldn’t find one of the keys and he asked us if we had indeed turned them both in. We told him in no uncertain terms that we had indeed turned in both keys. He said he must have left one on his desk and he waved that off. By mistake, we forgot to the turn off auto payment in our bank account, so an extra payment was made to BMW in the amount of $775 and change.In about a month we received a bill from BMW for an amount in the range of approximately $1,200. The bill was for the broken windshield, approximately $555, failure to return a key, approximately $275, and scratches on the passenger side front quarter panel and on the drivers side rear quarter panel for approximately $400. I immediately disputed the bill with BMW and explained to them that we had indeed turned in the key and that if there were scratches on the car they had happened since I dropped the car off. I was perfectly happy to pay for the windshield, but would not pay for the other stuff. I also explained to the person I was talking to that I had over paid for the vehicle by making one extra payment.After numerous calls and the runaround from BMW, I told them that I would just not try to get a refund for the overpayment and call it even. I then received another bill from BMW increasing the price of what we owed them. Now all of a sudden, there was damage to the interior of the car. The new bill totaled $1,900 and change and the balance due after my overpayment, was miraculously almost the exact same amount as their first bill. I flipped on them and told them they would never get another dime out of me and hung up on them.I have since been verbally harassed on numerous occasions by people that would not listen to reason and treated me like a second-class citizen.Recently, we sold our home and are in the process of building a new one. The builder would not deal with the financing unless we satisfied this “debt” so we begrudgingly did so. I want everyone that is possibly thinking about dealing with this dealership, that they are shysters who dont care about customer service. Instead, they worship the almighty dollar! Good riddance to you BMW of Annapolis!

They responded to my initial phone inquiries and arranged a convenient time to stop by to see the suv. I financed through BMW and received a great interest rate thanks to the work of David Miers who patiently reviewed all my options and what I really needed vs. trying to sell me every possible package. Outstanding service!!! I brought my e46 325i in for a diagnosis due to a yellow check engine light and my vehicle occasionally goes into limp mode. Unfortunately they were unable to connect to my diagnostic bus and couldnt tell me what is wrong. However, they did not charge me for the work and gave me several suggestions as to what the issue could be. I am very pleased with their service.

Took car in for simple rear brake light fix (swap out bulb), right after pulling out of the lot it malfunctioned, upon further inspection the technicians did not even bother securing the entire component back into its housing. Kind of awkward to call yourself a mechanic when you cant even screw in a bolt.

Purchased a pre-owned from an Infiniti dealer and had issues with the car stalling when stopped at red light or stop sign. Infiniti dealer couldn’t find anything wrong. Brought to BMW of Annapolis and they immediately told me it was a battery issue. After driving the car home I can tell it drives better, even with just a new battery and system update. Regardless of where you buy your BMW, take it to a BMW service location for the work, you’ll thank yourself later. Annapolis was great!

This dealership is the absolute worst. I came Into the office looking to buy a recent Jeep I saw on there website. Upon arrival I was greeted by a manager named Ali who took me to his desk to talk to me about financing the car. While we were talking he asked me a few questions about who would be co-signing my car. I told him that I was old enough to buy my own car even though this was my first car. After saying that to him he proceeded to say that he asked me that because I looked like I was in high school. I am not sure what he meant by this which made me uncomfortable. I will never come back to this dealership ever again and I encourage anyone who doesn’t have a lot of money to come to here either. Even after my conversation with him I asked him for a quote for the car which was 13,000 when I looked on there website. After receiving a quote from him the price he gave me was 16000 for the car. I walked out this dealership feeling disappointed with the whole transaction. Please do not go to this dealership!

The repairs were done in a timely fashion & my vehicle is back to driving like brand new!!!! It’s 10 years old & since my repairs I’ve fallen back in love with it. Thanks, BMW of Annapolis! So pleased with the treatment I received from Annapolis BMW today. Truly exceeded all expectations. Around 5pm I was driving my Cayenne on Rt 50 when an unseen piece of road debris totaled shredded my rear tire.So happens it was right at the exit for the the dealership and I had purchased a 740 many years ago there. I pull up to bmw service in my Porsche at 5pm to see if they could helpThe service manager without hesitation (wish I had his name) took my Cayenne to the service bay where a tech stayed late to put on the spare. Both the dealership and the tech refused payment. I was back on the road heading home in 25 minutes. Can’t ask for anything more!

Update: Due to my frustration with the service, I reached out to Eric Fischer (Service Manager), who was very nice and understanding. He wanted to help rectify the issues I had and make things right, which was the proper thing to do. I decided to reconsider and take the offer. Im glad I did. Things were a lot smoother and my car was serviced. I have reconsider taking my car to BMW Annapolis in the future. Thank you.Service is a challenge at this location. Had to returned twice for minor service that was not completed the first visit nor the second. There was transparency issues as well as communication. Manufacture recalls were not address, overcharged and had to be refunded, and a rescheduled service date was entered incorrectly after returning a second time. I refused to reschedule and decided to schedule at a different location. Im not sure what exactly is going on at this location, but this location can be a complete mess in regards to customer service. The service advisors are pleasant but not savvy. Be sure to verify everything.

They sold me a faulty vehicle. I recently purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer from Annapolis BMW, on a rainy Thursday afternoon. I test drove the vehicle, but did not test the sunroof because it was raining. After making the purchase, I tested the sunroof that weekend and discovered that it didnt work. I immediately arranged to have them fix it and they kept it for three weeks before telling me they couldnt fix it, but offered no more information. I took it to a Ford dealer where I was informed the sunroof was sealed with a tar like sealant and that it was a likely a lazy and shoddy repair to fix a leak. I contacted BMW of Annapolis several times for an explanation, but they never followed up because they dont want the headache. Why did they keep it so long and why didnt there salesmen or service department let me know? I would never recommend a dishonest and deceiving place like this. I wish I could give them zero stars.In addition, two months after ownership and maybe a few hundred miles, three weeks of which was in their service department, I have to get the transfer case replaced and the left CV boot. This POS car sold by this POS dealership is the last theyll see of me.

I dropped my car off Friday night without an appointment. The next morning I had a video message from Robert Kozora letting me know whats going on and that I need a new wheel that will be delivered Tuesday. Robert replied to all of my messages promptly and I never had to ask for updates. When the part came in he let me know that it was received and the car was ready. I picked it up today and everything was taken care of and they washed the car to.
