Kim Savage, the service manager at Criswell Annapolis, is fabulous!! Since I’ve been bringing my car to Criswell Annapolis we have always been treated extremely well. Kim, in particular, has gone above and beyond to make sure we are scheduled and taken care of in a timely and professional manner. Even though there is another Audi dealership very close to me, I drive over an hour just to see her and the terrific team of mechanics for my car service. Kim and her team are the best!!!

Great service and excellent customer service. After entering service area customer is met with several desks. Most times employees dont make eye contact for fear of interacting with the customer. Not here. After entering the service writers area someone immediately greeted me. Less than a minute later Kim called me to her desk and began the sign in process. She thoroughly researched the cars history and provided detailed information.After she directed me to a comfortable and clean lounge area.While in the lounge, I believe every Audi Annapolis employee that passed greeted customers.Automated text system keeps you in contact with the service staff and lets you know when car is ready.In addition to a clean, proficient, when run service department, the customer service, professionalism and friendliness of the staff is outstanding.

I had my vehicle serviced here on 9/10/21. Mike was my service consultant and was absolutely phenomenal. He went the extra mile to ensure I was pleased.My service was for an oil change however while working on the vehicle the technician discovered I had a faulty water pump. Yikes! An additional and unexpected $1500. I wondered why my service warranty wouldn’t cover the expense. The warranty wasn’t showing in the system due to me purchasing the vehicle out of state. No worries. Mike to the rescue! He explained what we needed to do ,hopped right on the line with the service provider and got the repairs approved. I had to complete my work day so he offered a desk and ensured me that everything would be resolved. He provided a loaner vehicle so I could have lunch and wouldn’t be inconvenienced. Thank you Audi of Annapolis for the stellar service and more importantly employing Mike😀

For what it is worth and in the arena in Car service, I love working with Audi of Annapolis. All of the personnel there are a joy to work with. They look out for me and ensure my car is handled with care and timely. Kim has been my service advisor for over 5 years and she has been consistent with her level of service and expertise. I cant say enough about the Audi Annapolis team to the point, they have won a customer for life, and I will be staying with the Audi family!!!

Absolutely terrible buying experience from Audi Annapolis!Purchased a pre-owned vehicle back in early April 2021 and I am still waiting for my permanent tags. So almost a half a year has gone by and I am still with temp tags! Apparently they purchased a vehicle without a clear title and the previous lien not being closed. From what it sounded like in my exchanges with them, this is not the first time they have sold a problematic car. Seems illegal to me.. if not that at a minimum devious.It has been a huge inconvenience to have to contact them every several weeks to get my temp tags renewed (done it about 4 times now). And to add insult to injury, Kim was going to have me print out my own tags instead of sending me legit, official temps.... as if that is going to fly with a police officer.The excuses of Covid and long lines at the DMV is not going to cut it. I know several people in similar situations who have purchased a car since mine who already have their permanent tags. Clearly this is NOT the dealership that gets the job done with no excuses. Wish I had known that prior to purchasing this vehicle.

I highly recommend Audi Annapolis and Audi Brand Specialist Bill Nash! I stopped by the dealership this weekend to ask a few questions and Bill greeted us at the door. He was friendly, patient and incredibly knowledgeable as I asked all my questions. I was so pleased and impressed, I left that day with a new Q5 and I couldnt be happier. Bill is awesome!!

I have been a customer of Audi in Annapolis since purchasing my car in 2014. I have always had a positive experience when getting my car serviced. But, I must say, my favorite service rep is Kim. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and willing to work with my time schedule. She even found me a coupon for $70.00 off my tire replacements. She didnt have to research that... but she did... without me even asking. Now thats customer service!

I would like to acknowledge my sales specialist Amy Anderson. Purchasing a car brings a measure of anxiety to the buyer and I’m no different. However, Amy was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Audi brand, but more importantly, she really considered my wants and my needs. When the make and model I originally wanted was not available in the color I wanted, she actually found me a car that I like even better. Furthermore, I know it’s customary to call a customer after a sale, but since I purchased my new Audi in May, Amy has called and emailed me a few times to see how I like my new car. Now that is customer service!

The service department needs to do more training. I went here 2 different times for a combined 7+ hours and they were not able to locate a leak in the tire anywhere. I went to a different Audi and they found it in 30 minutes. It is not difficult to use leak detector and find where the leak is coming from and they were unable to do this after multiple visits.

Went into this purchase after having a terrible experience with a different dealership. Amy at Criswell was a breath of fresh air and made this buying experience memorable. She was super helpful, responsive and patient with a warm personality. We had a few holdups in between due to different factors on my end, but Amy was patient and diligent in helping us find ways to make the deal work. That long-lost old-timely customer service that used to exist? Audi Annapolis still embodies it. They return phone calls, they take you seriously, and they offer. to. help. you.Ill spare the details of my sad, sorry plight, but let me tell you, Audi Annapolis delivered. Jerry Todd and everyone at the service department, including the manager, crushed it. Customer service was top notch and they fixed my car right up. Jerry kept me updated on the status of my car while it was in service and... heres the real kicker... a Ms. Amy Anderson came back to work - after hours(!) - to give me the keys to my car the day I got into town.Truly, I cant say enough good things about Audi Annapolis. Just purchased my new Q3 and was really amazed at the experience. Amy Anderson was clearly an expert on the brand and all of the features of the cars I asked to test drive. She took her time to explain the differences between the models (I was also considering a Q5) and the features available. She put no pressure on me whatsoever to add features or upgrades, and was very efficient. I had to put a deposit on the car I ended up wanting because it hadnt arrived on the lot yet, and Amy kept me informed of what was going on the whole time. She had all of the paper work prepared ahead of time when I came in to take delivery so the process was super easy and fast. Great experience, great asset to the Audi team in Amy Anderson.

After doing my research for the Audi Q5 - I found the color and the price I was looking for. I sent in an inquiry and received an email almost immediately from Amy confirming that they still had it in stock. I couldnt make it out that night so I emailed Amy letting her know I would be in first thing in the morning. This was Memorial Day weekend and as you can imagine the dealership was pretty busy. We got a great deal with our trade in making financing quick and easy. Amy literally sat in the vehicle with my family and I setting up my Iphone, showing us the features and educating us on Audis service center. The service did not stop there, She emailed me making sure I was still enjoying my new baby a week later then about 2 weeks in she sent me the Audi app. Amy is truly a superstar.

As a woman, I hate going to car dealerships and especially Service Departments because I always feel like Im being taken advantage of. I cant say enough great thing about Kim Savage in the Service Department. She is so personable and more importantly, I trust her. I recently had my car in for a noise that was hard to explain. It turned out to be something that caused me to have to leave my car there for awhile. Kim got me into a loaner and I didnt have to be late for work, she kept me updated and made sure I was good. Adam is an amazing salesman. After going to several other dealerships and finally being denied to purchase a vehicle because we had a guaranteed loan from USAA, we found Adam. Adam not only showed my wife every vehicle she was interested in but secured what I wanted for the trade in. We made the deal and now my wife is driving a Q5 Sportsback. My wife and I both remarked how we felt this dealership was honest and not trying to play games. Give them a shot, especially Adam, and you won’t be disappointed.

Praise them in advance, I took my Q7 in today even though I wasn’t feeling my best. While there my service writer Kim noticed I wasn’t feeling well. She offered me a ride home but I declined. After hanging out for a while Kim my writer, Adam the service manager, and Steve Savageaux the GM felt I wasn’t looking any better at all so Kim insisted that they take me home, and she wasn’t planning. While at home sleeping she managed to get my 97,000 mile Q7 TDI covered under the emissions warranty. Then to my surprise she dropped Q7 off at my home. Again while I was sleeping. :-) This is what I call going above and beyond the call of duty. My mother always told me to give her flowers to her while she’s was living. So I’d like to give flowers (kudos) to Kim and Annapolis Audi for a job well done today. Be blessed…

Experience at Criswell Audi of AnnapolisYesterday, I had the worst service experience at Criswell of Audi’s service department. I normally take my car for service at Audi of Tysons. But decided to try this location since it was closer to my home.I scheduled my appointment online over a week ago for my 55K service. When I arrived prior to 8am, I was told by my service advisor, Jennifer Robinson (by the way her customer service skills are AWFUL!) that there were no available loaners. How can that be when I scheduled my appointment so far in advance? Then she offered two options, either I can be given a courtesy ride home by Uber or reschedule. There was no compassion nor any type of apology for the inconvenience for not having a loaner vehicle. I had cancelled multiple client meetings because I was not able to receive a loaner. Not a good first impression. I was told by her that they don’t even know until the next morning if they will have loaners available. Here’s a logical idea, perhaps you should tell your customers this prior or during the scheduling of their appointments, instead of finding out the morning of the appointment. Also, I found out by speaking with the Service Manager, Adam Holsworth, that I could have been offered a rental vehicle. But Jennifer never offered that as an option.I asked Jennifer to please call me when she received updates regarding the service. I didn’t think I was asking too much since that is part of her job. The only call I received was her leaving me a voicemail saying that my car was ready for pickup.After a few attempts to contact Jennifer I let her know that I was on my way to pick up my car. I asked for the final bill amount and let her know that I had a discount coupon that Adam was going to honor. She replied that she wasn’t aware and that he never let her know about it. That’s it? How about you contact Adam so that you two can be on one accord so that I don’t experience an issue with my bill. Jennifer are you the customer or am I the customer? Don’t answer, that was a rhetorical question.When I entered my vehicle, there was a paper on my dashboard showing the scan of my vehicle alignment had failed. Why did I have to find out that way instead of hearing it from Jennifer? You were my Service Advisor right? Again just a rhetorical question. Now I have to set up another appointment for that. Do you think people have nothing better to do but to keep coming to the service department?I would highly encourage management to reevaluate how their staff operates in a customer service environment as well as their loaner vehicle process. Since I only dealt with Jennifer, I can’t speak for the other staff. However, she is very unprofessional, lacks quality customer service, interpersonal skills and good time management. If you are looking for an Advisor who carries those qualities, let Jennifer be your advisor.I believe you have to make some adjustments starting at the top. Adam, if you love taking care of your Audi clients and it’s your goal to make sure we are 100% satisfied with your staff and with your performance then take some accountability. Changes need to be made.Looking back, the only thing good was the cost of the service was less expensive than the cost at the Tyson’s dealership. I could have gone to any dealership to spend my money but I chose to have an experience with Criswell. Unfortunately, I didn’t “Experience the Excellence!” Mr. Criswell (who will probably never hear about this) and Mr. Savageaux (who will probably do nothing about this) the lack of excellence doesn’t make me want to bring my business to your establishment nor promote you to my family, friends or social media.

I live near the Columbia area and I make the extra drive to get my car service at the Audi Annapolis.There’s a Audi 15 mins away in silver spring. Upon calling and scheduling a oil change they asked me for my vin number to look up the service history and proceeded to tell me that I needed a bunch of services done quoting me over $600.This was all over the phone. They never even saw my car. At this point I just purchased my car and the services they mentioned were on the car fax history. Not sure what’s that about. I wasn’t happy.Back to the Audi Annapolis. The staff are very pleasant they can get you in quickly and serviced the car for what you ask. They don’t hound me and try to sell me on other services. I don’t feel hassled. There’s a nice waiting area both downstairs and upstairs. Making it comfortable while waiting. They also do a nice job with the complimentary car wash. Overall I am happy with this location and will continue to bring my car back!

People there have no clue what they are doing. Last time I took my car there they brought it back to me with scratches and damages and never told me what happened. They some how fixed it but the fact they didn’t know or didn’t want to tell me what happened is crazy. Don’t ever take your Audi there!

I’ve been purchasing and servicing my Audi’s from Audi Criswell the better part of a decade. Though I can purchase an Audi many places I continue to purchase and service at Criswell in Annapolis because of Ray Johns. Ray Johns is my service associate that is extremely knowledgeable, proficient and honest. I know when I bring my car to Ray or text him I’ll get a prompt and knowledgeable response. Furthermore, if placed in a loaner Ray will provide continuous feedback throughout the process so I’m not left wondering when and what is being done to the vehicle. I’ll continue to support Ray and Criswell long after he departs as he’s been closely involved with training a newer associate (Nicole Joyner) who emulates the same characteristics. As always, what an excellent experience! Mike is the BEST service adviser I’ve ever met. He truly cares about customers and every time I’m there he ensures I have a great experience. Mike is consistent - the first time I had to take my A-6 in for service there was not a loaner available but Mike reserved and paid for Uber rides for me in the upgraded vehicles. Mike even confirmed with the both the driver and I that I had made it to each of my locations. My most recent experience took place this week when my A-6 was with the dealer for about two days and Mike ensured I had a top of the line loaner vehicle. He was extremely flexible about the return date/time, allowing maximum flexibility with my work schedule. Furthermore, the communication was excellent! Mike is readily available via text to answer questions and provide service updates. Not only is the service excellent, but he is friendly and helpful and truly goes the distance to ensure an excellent experience! Kudos to Audi for recognizing that it’s not just about the car but also about the personal touch - that’s what makes the experience the most memorable! Thank you Audi and Mike!

I would give them more then 5 starts if I could. I just recently purchased an Audi from these guys and it was by far the easiest most stress free buying experience I have had thus far. Brain Moore was awesome, as well as the whole team I had the pleasure of dealing with in this experience. I live about 40 min away from this dealer so wanted to do as much online as possible, I inquired about the vehicle I wanted, within minutes Brian called back, I told him what I wanted and for how much, did the finance app online and a few hours later he called telling me the deal was pretty much done and for better than I asked for!! Got all the way through scheduling the reservation when the woman on the phone told me Id need to arrive in the morning and drop the vehicle off for the day and pick it up in the evening. I informed her that I dont have my family in the area to give me a ride yet (recently moved) and asked if I could wait on the vehicle. She said no, so I asked for a loaner vehicle. She told me (and I quote), sorry, loaner vehicles are only given to customers who have had service here before or purchased their vehicle with us. Apparently they also either dont have a shuttle service operating or Im too far out of their area...and they dont perform any major service on the weekends. Now out of ideas/solutions, I said to her, this is a really terrible first impression, dont you think? You arent giving me any options to make this service appointment work. I told her that in my experience, loaner vehicles were given out based on availability or the complexity of the planned repair work, not whether or not Im a returning customer or purchased a vehicle from them. Oh and by the way, they cant find a single loaner vehicle for ONE day to earn $1k in service revenue? She then told me shed have to put me on hold to get approval from a manager for a loaner vehicle. After waiting for a few minutes, she came back to the line and said the manager was busy, but that shed ask for the approval and Id get a call back within a day or so. Its been over a week and I never got the call.If this is the way this dealership treats new customers and/or this is the level of professionalism they afford to any customer, I can only imagine how it would be working through an actual problem with them. Fortunately, there are multiple dealerships in this area and Im happy to take my business elsewhere. This dealership just lost $1k worth of business and a what would have been a regular customer who only services his vehicle at the dealership. Worst first impression Ive ever had in all my years owning Audis...but I guess if you cant handle returning a phone call, I dont want you working on my car either.

Too much history to fully explain but this dealership is the worst, from sales to service. They sold me a lemon. After repurchase (I had to send letters and threaten litigation), I brought my new Audi back for service and they made up some story and refused to give me a loaner. Probably pay back for the lemon issue and/or leaving a prior bad review.Take it from me, they rip you off when they sell you the car (you’ll get way better prices at Rockville or Silver Spring) and they are bad actors at the management level. Will never deal with them again.Edit: short response to Adam’s response. Notice the lemon issue is not addressed. There is no response, they sold me a lemon and refused to take responsibility for it until I threatened litigation. Never smoked in any loaner, not a smoker. This was all while I had to bring the car in 6 times over 2 months. All they care about are their loaners. Stay away !!

Outstanding experience.I recently purchased a new Audi SUV from Criswell Audi in Annapolis and it could not have been easier.Al Zayas worked with me on the sales side. He was professional, responsive, and communicated via text, email and on the phone. Due to the pandemic, we were able to coordinate most of the sales process via phone. I was able to quickly pick up the car for an overnight test drive after work.Once I decided to purchase the vehicle, everything was negotiated in advance so I could quickly sign the paperwork. This was the easiest, fastest, and most convenient car purchase possible. Took A-3 in for servicing. Was explained on my last visit that rear brakes were at 5mm and likely needed pad replacements on next visit. prior to inspection, service tech kept trying to push the insanely costly Audi Care package which I denied..After inspection, I was called by service tech who said my rear brakes were 6mm but that my water pump was leaking and $1250 to replace.. I kept asking how my brake wear would have improved since my last visit and service tech couldn’t obviously come up with an answer.. this led me suspicious to believe my water pump was leaking, especially at only 49,000 miles..I picked it up and went to another service place via referral.. they did a thorough diagnostics and found ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG. Additionally, they found my rear brakes to be at 8mm..I was told that technicians here are trained to profile an individual and if not savvy with vehicle knowledge, are trained to run up a service repair whether an issue arises or not. Luckily, I was trained and taught about vehicles growing up from my father who worked at GM. Very sad to hear in this day of age that we are still in a “laissez faire” system and that ethics and doing what’s in the best interest of the client is still compromised over profits.. Luckily, I was able to put 2 and 2 together and saved myself $1,125.Won’t go here again and hopefully, ownership will take a future approach that if you’re just honest, ethical, and do what’s best for client, that you’ll go home and sleep at night with a sense of accomplishment and profits will take care of itself.

I own a new Audi and recently purchased a used Audi for my son needing work. Needed to take my new pre-owned A5 back the next day to drop off the extra key to my old car and we both discovered a small dent in the passenger door that neither of us noticed before.
