Scheduled an appointment. Before day of appointment, I called and left a voicemail to re-confirm. No response. Day of appointment: No show, no call, no answer. Not impressed. Used Prestige Auto Detailing instead (review posted).

Saying William takes pride in his work is an understatement. Our family hadn’t treated our King Ranch the way it should have been treated (2 young kids are messy!) and he turned it into something worthy of a king! Nothing was overlooked. Despite consistent car washes and cleaning out the truck, it had developed so much sap from the nasty cottonwood trees and the inside was much less to be desired. William worked his magic and now it is showroom ready. I have fallen back in love with the truck and will bring it back to him frequently! He is very reasonably priced and is quick to call back.

Did an awesome job on my jeep when turned into the military inspectors for shipment they where impressed at how well it was done. They picked up my vehicle and dropped it off both on time. They went the extra steps true costumer service and pride in the finished product I dont think it was that clean when the vehicle was new. Highly recommend to anyone else looking for a great detailed job.

We scheduled an appointment a week out and when the day and time came, the business was not where it is said to be on the website. We called the business number and it kept going straight to voicemail. There was no return call and this left us in a bind as we have to ship our vehicle in two days. I would not use this business. Entirely unprofessional behavior.

William at liquid moment detailing is absolutely amazing. I was taking my GMC Yukon XL in for a trade and could not get an appointment any where in anchorage for a detailing. William squeezed me in in the middle of the afternoon and worked 8 hours on scrubbing 12 years of yuck out of my truck. When I picked up my truck I was so exctactic just with the exterior I didnt want to get rid of it after all. He then showed me his work on the interior and I feel in love with my car all over again. No one would ever known I raised 3 children in that truck. It looked brand new, if I did not have 210k miles on it I would have kept it. Not to mention he cleaned under the hood so well there was no evidence of the many oil leaks I had acquired. Even driving the car home it feel as if it even drove better. When I took it the next day to use as a trade in the car sales man said with that many miles I would be lucky to get a $1000. After they went out and inspected the car he came back and said he was impressed with how well I took care of that truck. Little does he know the day before it was covered in yuck. I ended up with a reasonable trade in and I owe it to William at liquid moment detailing! I would highly recommend his services if you want to make your car look brand new again.

I made an appointment with Liquid Moment Detailing, of week in advance, at 11am on a Sat. They showed up exactly on time and began right to work detailing my car. My car was really dirty, with stains and pet hair inside, and dirty outside, road grim, tar, and tree sap. I generally wash my car at car washes, but even the Ultimate Wash at car washes, would not get that stuff off. Liquid Moment Detailing did indeed. They power washed the exterior, cleaned the engine, fender and wheel wells, tires everything. Then they removed the tar, road grim, tree sap, in a two step process, using a cleaner, then what they called Clay Bar Treatment, then Waxed it. And WOW, it looks better that the day a purchased the vehicle. Inside I got the deep carpet/ upholstery extraction shampoo. All the vinyl surfaces cleaned and dressed, door jambs cleaned dressed, they even cleaned and conditioned the rubber seals on my doors. All compartments cleaned, headliner cleaned. All the pet hair and stains were completely GONE. I was IMPRESSED with the job Liquid Moment Detailing did. Very comprehensive, meticulous job. Best Auto Detail i have ever gotten. Definitely remommend these guys. 5 Stars in my bookI also got the Senior Discount which is %15 off the regular full price. I tipped both workers well. Six days later I sold that car for more than book value. Very happy. Thank you Liquid Moment Detailing

When everywhere else has two week wait, he got me in same day! I’m a heavy smoker, and I expedite for a coffee shop...I had SPOILED MILK leak and spill out, two huge Home Depot sized bucket FULL TO THE BRIM of dirty, milk soaked rags (on the way home to wash) tip over and completely empty out in the back....It had turned my entire beige/tan interior BLACK and the whole vehicle just stank of wretched spoiled milk and bleach...Not only did he restore it to a bright ive never even seen before myself, but he returned it same day! Unlike every other auto detail place in town that wanted it overnight, with a two week appointment wait. The attention to detail is immaculate!!! He cleaned parts of the car I didn’t even know COULD be cleaned! I’m extrenely satisfied with the work...highly recommend. I’m mostly just so happy at how quick he got it in and back to me, but the thorough job is beyond expectation.Thank you, Liquid Moment Detailing!
