United Auto did a fantastic job helping me purchase a great low mileage truck online and even held it for me for a month. They were accommodating, truthful and had attention to detail. I was worried about buying online site unseen, but they let me have a friend come test drive it and were responsive to phone calls and email. When I picked it up everything was exactly as advertised. They cleaned the truck, had an oil change and new battery in it. I had a separated mechanic do a full inspection and nothing was found. I would definitely buy from them again.

I love the SUV I purchase. I was trying to get them to go down on the price being as through they was getting a cash payment but they would not. That’s the reason I gave 4 stars but the service I received was awesome, he was friendly , helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anyone......After thinking about it he gets 5 stars!!!

UPDATE: they don’t deserve the 4 star rating I had originally gave them, when I went to start my car the next day it wouldn’t start at all, they also listed the car as having 4wd which is necessary for me to have and when we went to work on the brakes we found that it is missing the front drive shaft. I have talked to multiple other about this company and my issue after getting my car and they said that they have had multiple problems with them as well.DO NOT RECOMMENDFriendly staff and good costumer service, but my vehicle was on empty (with the gas light on) when they sold it to me and didn’t give me much to fill it up.

Went in earlier today to look at a specific Ram pickup that they have listed online for $22,995. NADA book value comes in just over $18,000. So like any smart car buyer, I let them know its overpriced and wont pay more than book value for it and I cant remember the young mans name but he admitted to knowing that it was over 4,000 over book value and proceeded to blame it on covid and that it was a Ram and that he has multiple ford trucks that are at or below book value if I want a truck for book value and proceeded to tell me that if im not willing to pay over book value for the Ram then that is not the truck for me. He also told me they purchased that truck for $20,000 and of course they need to make some money on it. Its not my fault they made a poor buying decision when they took that truck into their inventory. Im not sure what his real issue is other than I called the stealership out on their shady dealings, but if you look at the lowest ratings on Google, youll see a recent review about an individual that utilized their park and sell service and set their asking price to what they wanted to get out of their vehicle and here is Uniteds response that is copy and pasted:Response from the owner5 months agoMelissa, this is not the reason you left. You wanted to sell your 2020 Chevy Traverse for $44,000, but the NADA clean retail value of the vehicle was $38,000. We explained to you that If we were to consign your vehicle for $6,000 over what its worth, the vehicle would have never sold due to it being severely overpriced based off market value, NADA, and what they are selling for at the Chevy Dealership. Currently around $33K-$38K. NADA Value is universal to dealerships & it is the standard to what banks use to finance the car to determine what your car was worth. We also took the $50 detail off.Hmm...two faced stealership.The truck im referring to is the blue 2011 ram 2500 long bed 5.7L HEMI with 151,xxx miles, black aftermarket rims.RE to the lame response:1) its not lifted, it has a leveling block kit on the front with oversized tires that give the illusion that it is lifted and not to mention the increased wear on the wheel bearings and front end components from the larger tire size2) just because its a Ram and its the only one for sale in alaska does not mean its ethical or appropriate on your end to charge higher than book value regardless of the vehicle being sold. The book value for the 2011 Ram is priced according to the location of the vehicle, in this case, Anchorage. if NADA determines it is worth 18,000, then the truck is only worth 18,000. simple ethics.

Working with this dealership was great. I found the car I wanted since I was 17, however I live 3600 miles away in Chicago. I was able to work with them to ensure the car ran great, was in great shape, and was everything I was looking for. Communication was great and responses were very quick. They were nice enough to drive my new car to the port of Anchorage to get it shipped out to me. Every step working with them was easy and great. I have already recommended them to some of my friends who are also into classic cars.

We shopped here online because that was the only way we are able to shop around for a truck. My wife and I found a 06 Chevy avalanche that looked beautiful in the pictures and in our price range, the pictures were taken far from the truck. Upon talking to them and asking questions about the truck, they said there was nothing wrong and runs really good. We purchased it and had my sister go over to pick it up and when she got there, the truck stalled out. United Auto said theyll take care of it and bring it over to Moore and sons automotive and it was there for over a week. Faulty ignition wire and a draw in the battery from the auto start, that the mechanic just took out and didnt fix. Then when the truck was picked up and parked at my sisters, they looked it over and called me, telling me it stunk like stale cigarettes, the head lights were shimmed with putty in one side and duct taped on the other with a headlight that wasnt even for the truck and werent even mounted, no mounting brackets for the head lights, literally you can shake them off with enough force, one door handle is rattling and loose, a big crack in the windshield, which I already made an appointment at Safelite Auto Glass before it makes it 360 mile trip on the highway. Isnt it the dealerships responsibility to fix the windshield, I think that they should be investigated, Aslan said to bring it over to them so they can fix the windshield for $150.00, it shouldnt have been sold like that to begin with, the drivers door handle was coming loose and not secured, the sun/moon roof does not work, lights in the cabin doesnt work except the main one in the middle, The front bumper looks good at glance, but upon inspection, it is bumped in, little smashed in. All this they didnt tell me about, telling me they test drove it and nothing wrong. even the Carfax papers they sent didnt mention all this. Very misleading and lied to. You would think that the mechanics shop they brought it to would notice duct tape and putty holding the head lights in and when they took out the auto start, they would notice theres nothing holding the headlights to the truck except the duct tape and putty. United Auto can respond to me saying to give them a call about my buying experience with them, but as they told me when I told them we were considering a refund on the truck that it was a done deal and to wait for the shop to call when theyre done. I wish I can fly in to Anchorage and get it fixed and do a trade in at a different dealership, but thats something I cant do at this time. No good having to hear everything wrong with this truck, I know its our fault for buying a used truck, but its our fault for buying it from this dealership, their fault for withholding everything thats wrong with it, if they were honest and told the truth about the truck, we wouldve looked at something different and not leave a bad review. do not buy from this dealership, shame on these guys for. very upset about this whole deal

My experience with United Auto Sales was definitely worthy of a 5 star rating! I got to work with Arsalan who was beyond helpful. They helped me to find a reliable, affordable vehicle, and get the paperwork signed the same day I went in. It was a very comfortable, welcoming environment. I would highly recommend their dealership!

I wanted to park and sell my vehicle here because I am purchasing a home and needed to decrease my debt to income ratio. When I contacted United Auto sales they seemed nice enough. However they have a $300 park fee and $995 Consignment fee. They also have a detail fee. I had just had my car professionally detailed and picked it up and drove it over there, he was still going to charge me a $50 detail fee even though I told him I literally picked it up from being detailed and drove it directly to United Auto Sales. It made no sense. The vehicle was spotless and it’s a brand new vehicle with only 6500 miles on it there was nothing left to detail. The park fee of $300 is due regardless of selling the vehicle and you pay it the day you drop off the car. I eventually left without using them at all. Quality Auto sales down the street does not have a park fee they, have a set consignment fee of $995 and you don’t feel dirty when you leave. You only pay the fee if the vehicle sales, I would recommend skipping the United auto sales experience and heading straight to Quality Auto sales If you are wanting to sell your car. For buyers maybe United Auto sales works idk.I see that the owner has responded and responded by telling me why I left. Having the NADA information is Of course practical and helpful, telling a customer why they left when I explained very well why I left does not make sense thank you for you opinion though. I save $300 on a parking fee going to quality auto sales down the street. You can not purchase a 2020 Chevy Traverse High Country with 6500 miles on it for less than 41k anywhere in the country and you were happy to list it at my price (which is always a starting point) so that is not why I left. Thank you for taking the time to respond. Yes you removed the detail fee but I do not know why you added it at all when I had told you twice already that I had just had it detailed other than you just wanted more money from me. I would still pass on this dealership head down the street and have a better experience.

Forgot to pay off the car I traded in... until I reminded him then gave him 24 hours and called back to check in and he told me to chill out and hung up on me. This was almost a month after I gave him the vehicle and it was 3 days away from being reported on my credit as a late payment. Mistakes happen and I could have been forgiving but the fact he was so rude about HIS mistake is beyond me.Not to mention he told me my car was barely worth anything and took 1,000 off kbb low trade in value because he would have to replace the tires but is selling it with bald tires. He is also selling my car OVER blue book value and MORE than I paid for it two years ago with only 4,000 miles..I love the car they sold me, however the service light was on and Mohammed said “oh it’s just a light”. I called Audi to ask them and it’s over 1,500 to have them do the work required to fix it.

Their Showroom has a lot of car displays available. I’ve seen some of the units that made from Jeep, Subaru and Chevy and some of it were the type of cars that I’m looking for. Their sales person was nice, accommodating and knowledgeable of every car details that they have. Prices were also reasonable and they have financing package available, in which you can pay it through staggered payment. All in all, I purchased a Chevy and the processing of documents was fast and incredible. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Multiple issues with this dealership between general upkeep, being lied to about quality of a vehicle, price being outrageously jacked up ($10k over), and horrendous customer service. Also saw in a previous review below that they give out free car washes to those who give five stars which explains their deceivingly high ratings. I do NOT recommend this place.First off, the truck was checked on CarFax Nada and Kbb with a vehicle history value of only $3,970 based on the VIN while the dealership had it marked at close to $15,000 despite having major issues.Second, I was supposed to meet the salesman there at agreed upon time and he didnt show up and ended up doing a test drive by myself without him. I knew immediately upon entering the truck it was nowhere near as excellent condition as the man had claimed. There was a food bucket, dirty spoon, and either rotting food or vomit in the truck bed that was so dried and crusted that it must have been sitting for weeks and McDonalds napkins inside the truck. Clearly signs that the dealership does not maintain or even pay attention to vehicles on their lot. Beyond appearances, the truck couldnt even shift into four low despite having been reassured previously that this truck was capable of towing which the salesman knew was the only reason I was looking to get this truck.An hour later, I received a call from the salesman who did not show at our agreed upon time where he was upset with ME for not being there whenever he decided to show up (and mind you I was at the lot for a thirty minute time span). I dont understand how its possibly the customers responsibility to wait around for a salesperson to do their job especially without at least a courtesy call or any communication that they would be late and he ended our conversation by saying oh I have the wrong phone number even though he began it by verifying my name and the vehicle I was interested in.Im beyond disgusted with this dealership and actually felt compelled to write this review hoping to prevent someone from being swindled by this place. I am incredibly amazed by the service I received. We drove by just to look at a vehicle and they were so helpful and friendly and gave us a good deal on a 06 Chevy Tahoe. We took the vehicle to a mechanic and had it looked at and they said everything on it was nearly brand new.There were a few things that needed service, like a light out and they fixed it immediately that day.I would recommend coming to this business. After careful consideration, we chose a Chevy Astro van. They included an extra set of tires, gave us a report of all mechanical repairs and maintenance from very first owners to current. (You usually don’t get that at other dealers). Overall, we were very happy with our purchase, our employee is happy with his new/used work van. Very professional, good associates there. We traded in our truck for an upgrade to a bigger truck so we could enjoy our new toy hauler. The day we got the truck from United, we hit the road with the toy hauler and not even to Eagle River, the brakes were locking up somehow. We contacted the dealership (after hours) and within 30 minutes they brought us another truck - newer - and let us “borrow“ it for our entire 10 day camping/hunting trip!!! When we got back to town, our new truck was up to shape. They took care of us through the entire ordeal. Ps, they gave us a lot for our trade too. Great service, great experience.

Legit, well taken care of vehicles. We bought a 2010 F350 from United Auto sales they made sure everything was premium before we pulled it off the lot. Very impressed. ** Clean & friendly with a knowledgeable auto mechanic on site***

After learning that it would cost at least $1,000 to repair my previous vehicle I decided that the money would be better spent going toward a down payment for something a bit newer. After a quick search online and an unsuccessful, unpleasant experience with a different dealership I saw that United had a few vehicles fitting my criteria.They accepted my beat up old Bravada as a trade-in and I left with my newish Ford Explorer. About 24 hours later, the transmission failed without warning stranding me on the road. I brought the vehicle back the following day and what I experienced was absolute customer care.I was expecting to hear some sort of caveat emptor and be sent on my way with a vehicle that wouldnt move. But the people at United went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. They gave me my old car back to drive while they had their mechanic check the transmission. I was told that the transmission had to be replaced which they did without complaint and had my Explorer back to me in only a few days.I felt compelled to write this because of the negative reviews I see about this place and because my Explorer was involved in an accident and totaled. Once the settlement for the accident has been finalized, it is my intention to return to United to search for my next vehicle.

Ive been looking for a Sequoia for a long time!.. Looked online, seen one at United Auto and went to look at it. The family offered a great deal.. How can I not buy this vehicle Ive always wanted!. very easy to work with, they will help you if anything is amiss, atmosphere is very friendly and no pressure. My car buying experience at United Auto was the best experience Ive ever had.

They told me their certified mechanic had checked the car thoroughly and there were no issues. I paid above blue book because it was a very nice looking BMW and seemed to run well. I started having issues right away and it needs over $3000 in repairs and two qualified mechanics said that there was no way a mechanic would not have known of these issues, they were not new issues and were very obvious to a mechanic. In 3 months time I am out about $5000.I gave them the opportunity to make it right and wrote them a letter with some options, they did not bother to call me.

They have a lot of used cars available on display from Nissan, Chevy, Subaru, Ford and Jeep. Got a look at some of the cars and their sales person walked me through the entire showroom with every detail of each cars condition. It was a nice service I had with them. They sold several vehicles on consignment for me and lied to me about the price they sold it for. they sold my RV for 55k and 3 days after it was sold they say they got 51k for it.
