They did great, even went the extra mile and power washed the underside of my truck as the transmission had recently gone out and made a mess under the truck.. Even a 15 year old truck can look again!!

Robert and his crew at Denali Auto Detailing did an amazing job on our 2017 Corvette Stingray. They applied the ceramic coating two days after we picked up the car and it makes cleaning the car so much easier. Since the Corvette turned out so well, I took my 2005 Subaru to them for a compete detail. My white leather seats came out looking like new. I was amazed. Thank you Robert and crew. I recommend you guys to anyone who is looking for their vehicle to be detailed.

For Christmas I was gifted a gift card for Denali auto detailing, I scheduled with them letting them know I had a gift card. We made the reservation and I was set to drop my vehicle off. When I dropped the vehicle off I presented the owner with the gift card which he said he wouldnt honor. He said that fraudulent gift cards are being sold online and that he couldnt honor them. He also told me that they have new gift cards that they are using. I asked him to look up the gift card as it was something that my dad had won at a work function and was not fraudulent. He said he wouldnt honor it and that it was most likely expired. I showed him the expiration date on the card was blank and therefore had no expiration date.He told me that it didnt matter and that he he was the owner and that he had recently bought the company from the old owner as wasnt going to honor any old gift cards. I asked him I if he was familiar with gift card law, to which he was not. I then informed him of the law and what it states. He told me to show him that on paper, which I informed him he can see it when he googled it after I left.So I have no experience with this company as I was denied the use of a merchandise(gift) card that was paid for through the company that they then refused to honor.

Took my Camaro in a couple weeks ago and they did such an awesome job, I took my moms Subaru in the following week. 👍👍

We had an appointment at 9am, and no one was in the office till 9:15. Other than that they did a phenomenal job! We will definitely go back.

From getting there to leaving the customer service went well. However, the tipping at the end was a little misleading. The options are like a restaurant so you think mmm 18 percent is probably okay which is the second to lowest option. But even that option is you tipping 40 dollars on an already 230 dollar bill. I paid to have the smell of smoke removed, along with a luxury detail. The smell of smoke is still slightly there, but the detail itself is really nice. Granted, it wasn’t very dirty to begin with. They knocked my auto start receiver off the inside of the windshield during the detail and the tape won’t re-stick so I have to replace that. All in all, meh. 3 stars is a fair rating. Will probably go elsewhere for the future.

Superior service! They were wonderful. My car looks brand new again. I was thinking of selling it but after getting it detailed, Im reconsidering selling. The staff was very professional and courteous. I will be back for sure, with a new car if I decide to not keep this one.

For a number of years I have gone to Denali Detail and in the last year or so quality has fallen way off. Twice in a row now I have had vehicles that clearly were not detailed. This time, today, I gave up. I dont see how you can sell a wax job supposedly done by hand, and still leave dirt anywhere on the exterior. I really want to like this place, but an offer to re-do the work is only good the first time, I expect the problem to be solved by the second time, but no dice.

Excellent service and quality detail! My car was completely full of dog hair and they cleaned it right up. When I got my Chevy 2008 Impala back it was almost like it was fresh off the lot!

I took my truck here and was first very impressed with the guy I spoke to on the phone. However the vehicle I got back appeared it was don as an after thought and the job ended up looking like they drove it through automatic car wash. dirt and grime was left all over the vehicle they didnt even attempt to wash the rear bumper. they offered to redo it but I had already been with out my truck and could not afford any more time with out it I just do not have time to keep bringoing my stuff back to business that cant do the job right the first time.....I have a video of the results if anyone would like to see the type of work I got back after an almost 300 dollar invoice

Took my 6 month old SUV there. Yeah I know 6 months old cant be bad right, you havent met me and my child. It was a dirty nasty mess on top of that when we got snow tires put on at a mechanic at a shop in Wasilla they got black hand prints everywhere. Long story short I would return 10 out of 10 times. Dont hesitate to take your vehicle here.
