This place was wonderful! They were very quick with the diagnostics and repairs on my vehicle. I was even given a ride back to my house so I wouldnt have to wait at the shop for my car. The service and professionalism here was incredible, I would highly recommend for all car needs! The oil changes here are less expensive and greater quality than other places in town too. I will be a returning customer!

Super shady and unprofessional. We had a vehicle towed here because it stopped starting and they have great reviews. Told them we thought it was the starter. They called that day to say it was the starter and quoted $265 to repair. We authorized the repair. The next day they called to tell us that they added a cable and the new total was $355. When we asked them why they did additional work without authorization the owner or manager or whoever got very aggressive. We asked him why he was yelling at us and he claimed that was just the way he talked. He claimed the vehicle still wouldnt start after they put in a new starter so they had to troubleshoot and add a grounding cable. Also claimed thats why the first starter failed in the first place, even though its worked since 2009.Even if the additional repair was legitimately needed, not calling and informing us about the issue was very unprofessional and made our whole experience with them scream scam.

I called this place to see if they were able to switch over my tires and they got me in right away. Very fast and great customer service! I would definitely recommend this place!

New business as of 2020, yet they have the best priced tires in Anchorage! I called looking for some studded tires and availability for a tire changeover, and they were able to pick up the tires from their warehouse and get my car in and out of their shop in the same day all within a couple hours. Super friendly and accommodating people, will definitely be back come spring

Super nice and professional, looked all over town for cheap winter studded tires and they were the CHEAPEST. Everywhere else wanted to charge me over $690 for the tires alone but here I got new tires and had them installed for $559. I’m taking my car here from now on. I highly recommend!

I needed a flat tire repaired on a Sunday when most shops were closed. This shop was mistakenly listed as open on Sunday. When I called the owner he said the shop is usually closed on a Sunday, but he was planning to do some work at his shop so he said he could take care of me in 15 minutes when he gets there. I got lucky not once but twice. He could not find my tire size at first, but luckily they found a used one in good condition which was stashed off to one side of the garage. Long story, short..thank you Onder and your family for going the extra mile to help me! You all were super friendly and gave great customer service! Thanks also for the low cost repair which cost a lot less than what the C***** big box tire center would’ve charged me!

Called around for some tires. And the best deal I could get was almost $700 for one set. Called these guys up and got two sets of tires for a little over a grand. Brand new. Still got the stickers on them. Super knowledgeable and very friendly. Even helped me load them up! Love these guys! Will be coming back!

Couldnt find any shop to change my tires over last min and I live in the valley, they were so accommodating, professional and friendly and went above and beyond the services they provided, they normally close at 6 but stayed open till they were done helping customers, affordable price as well. I called Anchorage Auto Service early one Sunday morning. I was just about to leave to drive back to Fairbanks when I saw that one of my tires was completely flat. No one else was open but the owner said that he would go in to the garage and help me out! He repaired the tire and I was safely on my way home. Thank you again!! You saved the day :-)
