Shawn did an amazing job on my brakes and oil change. When I got in the car it felt brand new again ! Shawn was very transparent and kept me up to date on what he was doing with my vehicle. Aside from the work he was very nice and professional. 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend !

There was a list of stuff another reputable place said needed to be done to my truck, but Sean told me that most of it didn’t need to be done, saving me thousands of dollars. Always get a second opinion. Great service. Highly recommend.

He provides an estimate of all repairs and there are never any surprises after work is completed of the total bill. He also shows me every part that was replaced. This place is the best auto shop in anchorage! I have never had such a positive experience with an auto repair shop. As a women who doesn’t know much about cars, I feel that I am always being taken advantage of by manly auto shop guys. Not this guy. He is fair in pricing and wonderful customer service. Shawn is the best, he gets all the stars and more, always explains everything he did, makes suggestions and is definitely fair priced on top of being respectful and genuinely seems to care about his customers. His workshop buddy too. Never once felt taken advantage of like I have continuously experienced when bringing my car to dealerships. Once my lifetime oil changes is up at the dealership Ill only be bringing my Jeep to Fair Repair Ak or who they refer if theyre unable to for whatever reason.

This is the kind of shop you always hope you can find. I wont take my vehicles anywhere else. These guys are straight forward and they know what they are doing. They did a tough valve cover job on my Mazda that I didnt want to do myself since the rear valve cover is difficult to access. Fair price and stellar service!

Wow! Got my oil changed and tire rotated here, and couldnt believe how pleasant the whole experience was. You set up an appointment ahead of time, which means they work on your car as soon as you get there. On top of the quick turnaround, the staff was genuinely friendly, and the prices were great. Looking forward to use fair repair AK for all my car needs.

On a road trip from MA to AK stopped here to get an oil change and the service was fast and the price was more than fair. Wicked nice guy talked to me and gave me sightseeing advice while changing my oil. Unreal customer service right there. He even replaced the bulb on one of my headlights while doing the oil change. Amazing place. Highly recommend it!

They were great. He looked at my vehicle and told me that he couldnt fix it. Had me call another place while he was standing there and helped me explain what was wrong with my vehicle.

Ford Expedition sat in my parking lot for at least a month until I could get around to taking it it. Found Fair Repair online & they took care of the problem. Totally lived up to their name. They kept in touch as they did repairs & went over a few other concerns I had & got the job done! They are effecient, friendly, and reliable. I highly recommend them & I got them programmed into my phone. What a lucky find for me!
