Very happy to find this bike shop this morning . I was at the forest and had a problem with my bike, went there and was super fast and an excellent service. I definitely recommend.

Extremely unfriendly staff. Insurance was just added to our bill without asking, which made it very expensive. We also werent asked if pedal or handbreak bike which makes some difference in the price. Bikes are OK, quite comfy however breaks could need some adjustment. We for sure wont rent bikes there again, very disappointing experience.

Chose black bikes for the location convenience to zuid station but it was fab, bikes were great, reliable, dependable. Staff were friendly and easy to work with. No problems at all, worth every penny. Definitely the best way to explore Amsterdam!

The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Rental price seemed high compared to other local shops, and the bikes were not well maintained. Light didnt work, and brakes needed adjustment. I do not recommend this shop to anyone!

Normal prices. They have many shops all over Amsterdam what makes it really easy to return the bikes. You should definitely come early to get a bike. Sometimes they are sold out in the early morning.

Not the most friendly service. Needed a small rack or basket. I always use Black Bikes and usually this is not an issue. No effort or even pretense that he was trying to find one for me. Disappointing experience. Ended up walking to another black bike branch and had awesome service.

Good bikes and we had a good time with them. However one broke half way through our journey but they were able to come and help us despite it being far away

Bad experience with Black Bikes Zuidas! The bike got stolen and they charged me 700 Euro! On top of that, the staff were unfriendly, and had a very bad attitude. Look elsewhere for bike rental!

We took there 3 bikes. 1 bike was with flat tire. On all bikes night lights switched off after 10 min working. Some Parts on bike was not screwed. Full Insurance was added for bike, but there is problem - even with insurence if bike will be stolen you need pay for it but not full price(greate insurance!)...

Normal price and they are very near to station.Unfortunately they pretend an id-card so you are without the id during the trip and you are forced to return in the same shop for take the id when the rent is over

If you are short you will suffer with the minimum height of the bikes. Otherwise, very nice.

Rent for one day cost 18:25, along with insurance. Great ones, really lacking a universal phone holder and bottle holder.

These boys are fast, friendly and affordable. Great place to repair your bike. The offer for sale is small unfortunately, but great. Order your bike online as a normal person and have it fixed here. peace

Bicycles are pleasant to ride. In terms of price, they even helped us a little with the extension. It was just annoying that the front light on one of the bicycles didnt work.

Very little choice, indeed nothing!Price expensive, compared to rentals in Italy.
