Very friendly, smiley, helpful and efficient service. Prices are reasonable. Bikes are in excellent condition. Everything well explained. They speak English well too. I’m a very happy customer!

This is a nice family owned bike rental in a non-tourist neighborhood. While they do cater to tourists, service is friendly and personal. The bikes are higher quality than many rentals in Amsterdam--they are lighter. They have both single and 3 speed bikes. It is not a specialty bike shop. Minor adjustments had to be made to our bikes--they are not maintained to the very highest standards that one finds in a specialty bike shop, but the bikes were fine. Prices were very reasonable.

Easy, convenient, great quality bike and friendly staff. No shady business of keeping ones drivers license. Accepts all standard payment cards. All of these perks for the exact same rent as other really bad places around.

A new family owned business in bicycle rentals in Jordaan. All the bikes are new, prices are great and their friendly owners will explain you everything you need to know to have a wonderful cycling trip in Amsterdam or its surroundings. You can choose between hand brake or pedal break bicycles, what ever you find it better. They have a small shop with all kinds of non alcoholic drinks and small snacks. I love small local businesses and from now on I will always send my friends who are visiting me to this friendly place to get themselves a proper Dutch bicycle. How can you see Amsterdam otherwise if not while cycling.

Absolutely wouldn’t recommend!Rented bikes for my parents and was told I could bring them back at any point the following day. When I brought them back, I was then charged for late drop-off despite what was told.Staff and management all very rude. I tried to speak reasonably with them but got shouted at numerous times.

Expensive! Bikes are fine.Be aware when renting the bike for several days, they will NOT refund any paid days if you decide to return the bike earlier!

Do NOT rent from this place. We rented bikes for 24 hours and the key snapped off in the chain lock at night - clearly due to consistent use or the cold as I had barely even touched it to turn the lock. We returned them the next day and I could have returned it and not said anything but I wanted to let them know so they can fix it for the next person. My punishment for telling them was them scamming me for 8 euros telling me it was my fault. He made up every single lie he could think of to say it was my fault, even going as far as to write in a sharpie on the price list broken key - 8 euros right in front of me! After arguing with him for 10 minutes and insulting me over and over again I ended up paying to end it. This is an absolute embarrassment that this is the way they treat visitors to their country and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Far too expensive ... they charge the same as a 24-hour price for a full day. Fortunately Rentabikey was within walking distance .. They are on Haarlemmerplein and I definitely recommend them.
