Our experience with Bike Rent Amsterdam was wonderful! We rented a scooter and went to North Amsterdam, a definite must! We saw so many beautiful places along the way, which you would absolutely miss on car or bus. Customer service is impeccable! Lena was wonderful, she gave us great recommendations to visit. The rental process was fast and simple and we were on our way in a jiffy.10/10 would recommend!

I rented one bike as soon as I arrived and I cycled through Amsterdam for 2 full days. Highly recommend discovering this city by bike, bike comes with 2 locks. There are bike racks everywhere to store your bike (overnight). My hotel recommend me Roxy bike rentals and they were great. Friendly staffs and comfortable bike.

Easy destination near the center of amsterdam.Bicycles fully equipped and new to easily explore beautiful Amsterdam. the staff was very kind giving us very useful information and the possibility to call them whenever we want during the day!!!I highly recommend it, with a very cheap option you can explore the whole city!

Hired bikes to cycle over Amsterdam to Zaanse Schaans . Approximately 12 miles and allow a couple of hours. The company were great. Efficient and helpful. Everything is included from maps to bike locks. A wonderful experience cycling over the bridges early morning and only a couple of steep sections. Very highly recommended.

The location is perfect, the prices are good, Lena the owner is very nice and friendly, she explained us everything, about how to use the bikes, where to go, what to do etc,..The bicycles are in a very good condition, you see that this place takes care of them and they are very easy and smooth to ride.We would definitely recommend to rent your bicycle at this place!

We were 6 friends to rent bikes. Everything was perfect! The lady was very nice, she explained all things that we needed to know to use the bikes (parking rules, lockers and so on) the bikes were perfectly working, good maintained and we had a great time ! In amsterdam you should rent a bike. Roxy was good located near our hotel and 5 min from Dam square. Very friendly staff at the shop. Girl who works there explained us how to lock and where to leave our bikes. We got also a map and she recommended us good restaurants and places to visit.Thx to Roxy bike rentals !!!We had a lot of fun!

What a fantastic service. Easy to use and reliable bikes friendly owner and service. And when we were unable to drop the bikes back, the owner did everything to make it hassle free. I plan on coming back to Amsterdam soon and will absolutely get hikes from here again 😁

Thank you Roxy bikes for a very accommodating experience. The renting process was extremely simple and quick; we were in and out of the store within 20 minutes and were able to cycle away and get on with the day. The bikes were very comfortable to ride with no signs of any previous damage. The locks were easy to work and they explained how to use them in the shop. They also offered advice on riding in such a busy city, and suggested places to visit. I would definitely recommend this bike rental, as its also very central and easy to get to and from!!

We had a lovely day with these bikes. Elena was very helpful. She explained where to go and how to use the bikes. She made us feel safe and comfortable with maps and pictures of areas for bike parking . I would highly recommend this bike shop. Dont forget to take out the insurance just incase you get a flat or the lights break.

Rented a couple bikes over the weekend from Roxy bikes. They were in great condition and the service was superb- we were given maps of Amsterdam and recommendations on where to visit as it was out first time in the city. They were also very flexible about when we could drop off the bikes as our flight was late and we wanted to make the most of the day. Would definitely recommend!

I came to Amsterdam for the first time and really liked it. Next to the IBIS hotel where we stayed, there is a convenient shop ROXY RENTALS with a variety of bicycles, baby carriages and small carts.The girls gave us the most suitable one, then told us the driving routes in the city, and how to lock the bicycle.Our trip was only focused on RIJKSMUSEUM, but she also showed us a lot of other interesting places along the way.really thankful!

This was a convenient rental. There is a language barrier with the person I rented from and while my bike was high end, the breaks were soft and I fell twice when I was unable to stop and needed to avoid traffic. Take the bike for a text ride before you settle. They also didnt provide any cargo assistance and didnt have anything for purchase, so if you have a bag you need to secure, bring your own or rent elsewhere.

We stayed , couple days in Amsterdam in hotel «Monet garden»Its located 100 m away from the «Bike rental» shop we we rented bicycles.Very nice location 👍👍👍, 7 minutes to the city center . Very kind and helpful workers 🤗🤗🤗, they have chosen for us bikes 🚴🚴🚴for our height and weight, explained us where to park , how to use locks , also what to do in the city . 🏢🏬We have taken the bikes for 24 hours with the insurance, wich was better , because someone damage our lamp on the parking , luckily we had an insurance.So we advise to take a bike with the insurance!!!!!

In Amsterdam you should rent a bike. The servic by Bike Rent Amsterdam was great and the vehicles also. It was e great choice to rent the bikes there. Check it out!

They rented out a bike I had booked and pre-paid weeks in advance. I also emailed them in the morning well before they opened stating that I would be late to pick up. First they claimed that they never received the mail.. Later that the person working in the store never was show the mail. Finally I was not fully compensated but still had to pay full rent for two other bicycles and was not fully refunded for the rent they had already charged me for the other bike claiming that they could not refund commission paid to other parties.

Roxy rentals is simply one of the best places for renting a bike in Amsterdam. Among the many reasons to go rent there regarding service and high quality bikes that wont fail, the main one is Roxy herself. Roxy is a very beautiful lady puppy who attended us with sticky kisses and a cheerful moving tail! She is extremely cute and professional. Also, she has a very nice human with a beautiful soft accent I couldnt identify. Not to mention that she is a trustworthy person that explains every single step to follow when using the bikes very kindly and patiently. I recommend it a 100% despite Roxy barking at you when you leave her store... But dont worry, she probable forgot she rented you a bike and she might think you are stealing... She definitely takes care of her business!Ps, thanks to the human that received us back with a chocolate bar and a cute Amsterdam souvenir (sooo lovely)

We rented bikes for 3 hours at a really cheap price, very close to our hotel and we were entitled to 2 hours more thanks to the partnership of the hotel and the shop, the lady who received us was super cool and the rental super simple bikes, when we come back we will definitely come back to you. Despite our little car hassle (be careful where you park 😅) we really enjoyed our walk through the streets of Amsterdam, see you soon and thank you again 🥰🥰🥰

I cycled a total of 82.4 km of bike through Amsterdam in just two days. I wanted to leave the center in search of experiencing the real residents of the city in their realities. To achieve this, the bikes needed to be in excellent condition. So, to sum up, the bikes were in great condition and the service from the owner was very good. Listen to everything she explains to you. It will be quick and concise in your information. If she learns fast she will say: Smart man ... in a very satisfying Dutch accent.Tip: pay for insurance. Anything that breaks, whether due to bad debts or other tourists nonsense, will not come out of your pocket. Its cheap.

Excellent service, they speak Russian here. They picked up the bicycles by height, explained how to park so that the bicycles would not be stolen, and upon arrival they were treated to a chocolate bar. The bicycles are in good condition.They took it for a couple of days, since we lived in a nearby hotel, they did not take a deposit from us, they also made a discount ..
