Greatest and bestest!Antone the shop owner and manager is a super friendly guy and most efficient he is honest and humble!I have many bike shops closer to my house but happened to stop by this one as I work for Deliveroo and my bike had broken down while being next to this shop by coincidence. Now I only come to this shop and we even have a relationship now. He offers great, quick service at a great cost. Definitely not the tourist traps you find everywhere else in this city.I feel bad for other reviewers who didnt share the same experience and invite them to try again and to consider why it was they thought was not worth it.I come weekly and hope you do too. Great service shop and great for rentals as well 🙂

Brilliant shop! Anton was so so helpful! I went in about my bike break and he checked my full bike over. He explained what was wrong so that I could learn how to do it myself and was extremely patient with me. A really lovely man! I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone needing a bike repair!

I came yesterday with a flat tire, late afternoon and I was helped quickly and friendly. It appeared that my tire was too old with a hole in it. The guy waited til I came back to pick up my bike to ask me what kind of tire I wanted. He explained me very well the different options and I chose the strongest one. At the end, my bike was fixed, quick and well. The guy was loaded with work and he managed to do everything, with a smile. I highly recommend this shop :)

Got my bike fixed within an hour, breaks and all, its not very expensive and I got out with my bike looking like brand new. The man working there was super friendly and helpful and gave me a lot of tips and checked my entire bike, also very nice to talk to. Will definitely go back.

I had my bike checked and repaired for my bike trip to France. Anton was so kind and lovely and a skilled craftsman! Apart from fixing my bike at a very good price he gave me a lot of advice from his own travel experience and even showed me how to change a chain. Highly recommended!!

I came to rent 3 bikes for me and some friends and everything went nice and smooth.Friendly staff and clear transactions. For some reason, only the depot could be reserved with credit card, while the rent itself had to be paid in cash. I never understood why.However, Id recommend this bike rental.

Being more relaxed with returns and giving 1h flexibity on 24h rentals would be appreciated rather than asking for another payment and then after some back and forth letting it go. You might want to look for a bigger, more standardized place for your rentals.

We couldnt return the bikes on time because they wouldt let us to get on the train with bikes in rush hour. The guy in the shop didnt warn us about it either. Anyway, he was really nice to offer to open the shop for us after working hours without mentioning the price for that. Suddenly he asked us to pay for one more day. It is totally fine to pay extra for the delay, however if we knew this would cost a whole day price, we wouldnt rush to return them and would spend more wonderful hours riding around. Well, we didnt get a bill for hat either.

Straight forward rentals and pricing (with deposit). Very friendly staff however 2 of 4 of our groups bikes needed some work - which is to be expected from tourist bikes, no big deal. We alerted the staff and all seemed well.

Rude service, non-transparent pricing. I was quoted a fee to fix a tire, but when I came to pick up my bike I was charged for additional repairs I hadnt agreed to and didnt know I needed, There are literally dozens of better repair and rental shops in the neighborhood with far friendlier service and more honest pricing.

I paid only 15€ for a new crank!!! That’s super cheap. They didn’t even charg something for the repairing itself. Great service!

Unfriendly service, if your desired rental period spans slightly more than the 24 hour period then they try to charge an outrageous price. Just charge a more reasonable price for an extra hour when part of a 1 day rental! Went somewhere else instead.

Excellent, I got my flat tire fixed in 15 minutes. This, together with a new bell and bungee cords came to only €27 and had a nice chat with the owner during the service

The best way to see Amsterdam. Great bikes and service. They only take cash for the bike rentals. 9 dollars for the first day and 6 for any additional days.

Really unpleasant experience:I went for replacing the back wheel of my bike. Two days later, 20 min. after I took it back, I noted the new back wheel was nor properly working. When I came to the store for checking, they asked me extra money!Plus, their behavior in customer relations is terrible, they ruined my day.

My bike was okay but my boyfriends bike broke while we were riding. So, we had to get it fixed which cost us 15 euros. When we went back, owner did not want to give us back the money and explained that we should have called him. Of course he forgot to tell us that when we rented them.... Overall okay experience but would not recommend.

Got a flat tire, went to the this shop to fix it, they charged me 15 euros and 3 hours laters the tire was flat again.

Have my bike repaired here, fine. Only the problem was back after a week, I went to the store and indicated this. The man I said to claim that this was a totally different problem and refused to do anything about it, when I expressed my irritation about this, I was literally told that I should get better and quicker. If you want to get rid of this type of guarantee in my opinion, you are not doing well, I will never come here again and recommend this to others as well

I have had a number of bike shops in Amsterdam, but this one is the best in my opinion. You take your bike away for repair, and you dont have to worry about paying crazy amounts afterwards. Low prices, good quality. Exactly what you are looking for in a bicycle repair shop in Amsterdam.

Bicycle returned for repair, it was called that the bottom bracket was broken, it would cost € 60. When I picked up my bike, it turned out that the rear wheel was replaced for € 65, which I had not asked for. This rear wheel appeared to be rusted away in no time. In addition, my handbrake + gear was removed without having indicated this. In short: you will be dropped off here.

An uncomplicated and affordable bike rental on the edge of the Amsterdam Canal Ring. With the wheels in Amsterdam you definitely do not fall on 😉

Both the service and the prices were very good. The owner very friendly, the bicycles gave us no problem during the 24 hours we had them. You do not have to pay insurance for bicycles, only a deposit is left and when you return them they reimburse you 100 euros.

Given the number of bicycle rental companies in Amsterdam, going elsewhere is better.Rude staff but not the worst. For 10 min delay on the time of return of the bikes they aggressively asked us to pay an extra day !!! otherwise the bikes are not in great condition but they pass.

Interesting rental for the price BUT obligation to give your identity card therefore reducing your discovery of the city and having undergone a check no document to prove who I am. Pout.
