Rented 5 bikes here for a day cycling the Wetlands North of Amsterdam. The price we paid was very reasonable and no need for extortionate insurance either that some bike rental companies sting you with.The owner was very nice and helpful who was quite relaxed at the time the bikes came back. I would definitely advise anyone who is a bit nervous about the busy central Amsterdam streets to visit this company and head north, you wont be disappointed. Thanks for a lovely day NDSM bikes

Marcel is a very friendly person, gives great tips for countryside tours, helps to find the best bike type for toy. You dont have to give the bike back before closing time but leave it locked outside with keys put through the door slot. This makes planning of your day trip much easier. Also the prices are nice with bike insurance included, bike helmets for kids, baskets etc for free.

Best company to rent a bike. The store has a super nice owner who is willing to help you where he can. When my bike needs to be made, I will definitely go back to NDSM BIKES!

This bike shop is owned by such an awesome guy! You can just feel the love he has for his business. Also, nice bikes and cheap! I came by car, parked there and took a bike to the city.

We had a wonderful day exploring Noord Amsterdam thanks to NDSM Bike Rentals. The owner of the store gave us a map and drew out a route for us to follow. I visited NDSM to rent a bike for a day as I was a tourist from London. The guy was very friendly and it was very simple and straight forward to rent a bike. I will definitely be coming back next time to rent a bike when I come to Amsterdam again.

I can say, Best of rental house of Amsterdam with perfect bikes

I took my bike here to get the back tire and the front brake pads replaced. They returned my bike with the break pads stuck to my wheel. I brought it back after a few days of hard cycling. The ‘owner’ of the repair place first asked where I was from (?) then advised I use the bike without my front brakes. Marcel said he would fix them though and the next day I picked my bike up again. After a couple of hours, same thing happened. There was nothing wrong with he brakes when I brought the bike in, they were just worn. I can now not use my bike 👍🏻
