So far, pretty satisfied with our service and interactions. I spoke to someone at the 1800 line yesterday and got a fair quote. Was able to schedule service for the next day. The technician arrived on time and was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Set up a recurring service with ease. So far I’m pleased and would recommend. Now, let’s see if the bugs stay away!

My landlord or (slumlord) I should say I cant across mice problems once my new neighbors moved in with having two young kids they needed to be gone asap but my landlord was dragging his feet so I did some research talked to someone at Orkin they reassured me my worries were okay and buying traps and repellent spray adds up the man came out real nice and helpful price was affordable Im now a lifetime member

I called Wednesday to report that Ive been seeing spiders in my house. The lady who took my call was very courteous. She contacted my technician immediately and made an appointment for 8:00 a.m. on Friday to accommodate our work schedule and get my problem handled quickly. The service tech showed up on time. He was very pleasant. He treated both inside and outside thoroughly. Ive been with Orkin for 20+ years and they have always been very good to do business with. And their treatments work!

Sam showed up when scheduled with a call ahead as requested by me. Be was thorough with explaining the procedure and paperwork when he got here. Sam took his time to greet our dog and let him smell him before entering the yard which was something not many people will do. So first visit went very well.

I have had termite inspections and coverage from Orkin for 40 years. The thoroughness of the inspection has varied over the years, particularly as older Orkin operators have retired. So far, I dont have any termite damage and living in a frame house make that important.

Super impressed! Had a bad situation with mice in my home, was using a different company they said we will be out in a week! Called Orkin they were out the next day! Cover of one of the bait station was broken , found it today , not sure if tech knew about it , let orkin know about it ,we will see if it gets fixed . rained alot next day , was fixed day after . got this review today ,,I am waiting on tech. to get with me to set up service date and time , I have called orkin and still waiting . The covers where replaced a few days after they where told about them . ALL good now . Tech came out today 7 /15 was on time and checked everything .

I waited for an appointment at 4 to 6 PM, had to get everything off the floors and take the dog to someones house and nobody showed. We scheduled a second a appointment and they told us 2 to 4 so same thing, we got everything off the floor and brought the dog to another house. They didnt show again until 5 PM when we already left since we had other things we had to take care of. Very bad commitment to customers.

They have been rescheduling my appts more then normal. They supposedly sprayed today when it is pouring down rain so I can’t imagine that the spray did any good as it washed away.

I rate 3 stars because the treatment is good just not aggressive enough. I have fleas and dont have pets, my neighbor has the pets. They are rampant in my yard, I have an allergy to insects and need an aggressive solution to the problem whereas I dont have to constantly call about the issue.The service and technician is great and professional, Daniel is my Techinian - who is very polite and professional.

There are still many many roaches in the home of my grands and would love for you to go back out and get this problem under control!! My card has been charged but the roaches are still taking over!! HELP

Eveyone here is really nice but honestly because they have such a high turnover at this particular location its hard for everyone to keep up with the customers or whats going on in office. Staff is very friendly and willing to help but honestly i wouldnt recommend. Orkin as a whole still seems like a good company but until the alexandria office can get their office in order, i suggest looking into other options for a while.
