This place is AMAZING. They were VERY quick to make an appointment for a consultation, how quick? They offered to come out the same day! I got a free inspection and had my exterminator come out a few days later, the only reason it wasnt quicker was because of TERRIBLE weather. The technician (Mr. Whittle) explained everything in great detail of the extermination plan. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I was so happy to learn all the things their 365 Gold Shield Plan covered. They even took care of my wasps! They were very thorough and took multiple steps to eradicate the pests. They will follow up with me to make sure all is well and then theyll come every 3 months. Their pricing is phenomenal and theres definitely a reason why they have one of the highest ratings. My only regret is I didnt call them sooner.

Have used J&J for the past 20 years with good results. Pest free and when there have been occasional issues they are always prompt to respond. On two occasions they removed swarming honey bees, and one time a large wasp nest in my attic. Trustworthy, dependable, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Always great and acommodating service from J & J, Kylor is very attentive to our exterminating needs.

Called J&J to get pest control maintenance quotes, basically looking for prices for periodic visits to keep bugs away from my house. The J&J rep I spoke with was extremely professional. He seemed quite knowledgeable, and spoke at length about their services. Their prices are pretty good; around $95 per quarter for standard service, $45 per month during the summer for mosquitos. Slightly more expensive than Duncan Pest Control, but not much, and the guy I talked to definitely had a positive impact in my confidence in this company.Still not sure whether to go with J&J or Duncan, but in my opinion, these two companies are top tier in Alexandria. They are both significantly less expensive than other options (Adams, Orkin), and have professional folks working for them. As you can tell from this review, I havent actually used J&Js services, so this five star rating is based on their prices and impressions from talking with them.
