Great service! Called Todd at 10 am for a hornet problem at my vacation rental and he had a tech there before noon. Found 2 nests and saved the day for my guests. I would highly recommend Steffel Pest Control.

Todd was informative to talk with about our ant issues. However $375 for 30 minutes of work on carpenter ants is exorbitant! A very poor value! Still have a few around too!

I talked to a few different pest control companies before Steffan and was not impressed at all, after talking to them I think these guys are the best. I was not in their service area and he still spent about 20 minutes talking and answering questions knowing he wouldnt make any money from me. They also recommended a local company for me to call. The professional way they conduct themselves is far above any of the competition. I would highly recommend this company.

They are willing to keep the customers happy and for larger businesses they are very hush hush about keeping people from knowing that your have a pest control account. They truly think of everything to keep your home or business clean and running smooth. They are known for spraying for spiders to keep those pests away, but they are also able to do almost all other pests that come in contact with your home. A+
