In a state like Louisiana it is easy to get overrun by insects and critters moving around. It feels good to work with a contractor that is professional and consistent. In my experience, contractors can be as difficult as the pests you’re trying to avoid. Darren our technician was delightful, professional, informative, concise, and courteous!Bravo!!!!!!

Over the last 16 years, the company has treated us with insect killer. It wasn’t always timely, sometimes you charged extra although we have the full coverage package, and now we have been charged for a year we are not even covered! We have never been notified that spray foam insulation would void our warranty! When we were serviced he told us he couldn’t check it or give any fees back and we no longer had coverage! After being a loyal, timely, paying customer who has always bragged on how well your treatments worked on our home and barn and how kind our service people have always been, now I find you didn’t even give us the information that foam insulation would void the warranty! Had I known this I would not have paid over $300 last year for the insurance coverage! That is a costly amount of money that should have been used on other things, especially during a pandemic financial burdening year of lost income for this small business owner.

This company really surprised me since they are not a well known company like Orkin there team is just as effective. IFrom the first phone call to my first treatment was less than a week. In fact if it wasnt for the rain they would have been there sooner. They were Professional,Prompt, Friendly,Effective, and Affordable than other pest control companies.

The folks Terminix sends-out are great. All those who come out have been very kind, considerate, and professional. As long as they come inside to treat the home as well as treating the outside, things have been working fine to keep us pest-free. We only have problems if they skip the inside treatment for some reason.

So far so good no problems, but Im not giving a final answer for a while while we wait n see.

Starting with making the call the woman that I spoke with was extremely helpful and reassuring. I was so comfortable with the company by the end of the call, that if another company had offered to do it for free I would have declined the offer. Chris Bullock, my technician carried over the exact same attitude. He was so friendly and explained EVERYTHING. He did not mind the million questions I asked at all. I will NOT be using another company. The service and attitudes were so great I am a customer for life.

Still having problems with knats and termites. Roaches are coming back and sand fleas are at Bay for now however its still early spring and I have to buy additional poisons on top of the services you are providing. Mosquitoes are another concern that hasnt been addressed .

Been dealing with them for over 2 months. No one calls back when you call and they say they will call you back.Came twice and still had same problem. Kept telling me they were short handed but that’s no excuse to me. Would not recommend at all!!!! Spent $700 for a big run around. Do not use them!!!

Very very pleased with Terminix. Everyone that Ive dealt with has been extremely kind and professional. Last company was get in and out with minimal communication and work. Would not cover termite damage but Terminix offers 100% guarantee and backs that guarantee with 100% coverage of any termite damage. Other companies in my area will not offer that service. Thanks Terminix for awesome service! Keep up the good work.

Very disappointed in my service. I called to get service a technician came out the next day to do my inspection. At that time I paid for my services. A week past didnt hear anything from them. So I called and was informed that my appointment would be March 5. I called in late for work to make sure I was home for the technician to service my home. No one showed. So I called and was informed that my appointment was reschedule without my knowledge. Very disappointed for it to be my first time getting service from Terminex.

I called Terminix and they came the next day. Three days later had same issue the service manager came sparyed some new stuff and left 2 can of spray here for me to spray if needed. He told me to call back in 2 days if I had the same issue. Come to find he wasnt suppose to leave this spray with me. Well I called his # no answer for a week and a half, so I called 1-800 # they scheduled and appt. No one showed. Get a call the next day saying I had a appt schedule no one was home. Called to reschedule no one showed. Called and canceled my contract and still havent received my refunded that I was promised. I keep calling and they keep lying!!! Had to pay another company to come and take care of my problem. Been dealing with Terminix since the end of June and still havent gotta my refund. Word of advice dont use them, or at least not this location.....

If it wasnt for Mr. Roy, I dont know what we would do. He is always professional, polite and timely.

I was a customer of Orkin who continued to have issues with spiders in and around my house. By chance I was contacted by Terminex. They came to my residence within a few days and i was so impressed with the attention and care that your employee showed. From sweeping all spider webs from my residence to spraying chemicals in places Orkin never thought of. I am so glad I accepted that call from Terminex.

Terminix can be depended on. We had a problem with some biting gnats. They came the same afternoon, sprayed, and we havent had a problem since.
