5 Stars. We used Pest Chase for a move out treatment required by our landlord. They were extremely friendly and responsive. They gave us a 1PM-6PM window and we called at around 11AM on that day to see if there was anyway they could come sooner and they went out of their way. They checked around for nearby techs and were able to come within 35 minutes. Treatment took about 5 minutes total. Highly recommend!

I’ve been extremely happy with Pest Chase Pest control. I got them as a referral and called and Sundar was very detailed with the services they provide and what I might need as well as what I wouldn’t need. Which I appreciated since it saved me from paying for something I didn’t need. Arthur was my technician and he was great. Got a text 20 minutes before he would arrive. On time, we discussed what services I was getting and what he would be doing and that I would need to be outside the house for a few hours after the treatment.I signed up for a year and just finished my regular follow up. The great thing was Sam called me the day before and while we were talking gave some good information on COVID related pest issues (mice). He really took the extra time to discuss with me. Arthur was on time and we confirmed what treatment was being performed. These guys really pay attention to you as a valued customer. Technician Herber was extremely thorough in his efforts and explained the services provided. He was surgical in his application of the product and was courteous and professional the throughout the appointment. He also masked up the whole time, which was important to me. As for the product, only time will tell. I will update this review at a later date.

Excellent service! Several rooms of our home were invaded by flying ants in 2018. We purchased products from Home Depot and sprayed the interior areas, but the ants were not detoured. We spent mornings frantically vacuuming ants before work. It was terrible! My husband found Pest Chase on Yelp. Their yearly plan--with quarterly treatments--is very reasonably priced, communication in scheduling treatments is easy, our concerns are listened to and met, the technician arrives as scheduled, and most important to us... the flying ants have not returned. Contacted them on a Monday about a few bugs in my kitchen. My home was serviced by the owner on that Wednesday, and I havent seen a bug since. He explained that these bugs often come in on cardboard from warehouse stores and dont you know it, I just recently had some in my kitchen. He really knows his stuff.What I really liked about these guys is that they follow the instructions on the chemicals to the letter. I have had exterminators come to the house before and never ask if a pregnant woman lived there, never ask about how old my kids are, never tell me what to keep my cats away for 3 hours. But he did all of this. These guys know their business. And they want to keep you and your family safe. I was very impressed. I typically dont buy the year service with an exterminator, but I did this time. I think its important to keep small businesses in business, because you just dont get this kind of customer service from a big company.Following up on that...After 3 treatments I felt my property was pest free and I didnt need the last quarterly treatment that I pre-paid for. So, I called the owner and asked to donate my last treatment to someone who couldnt afford it. Well... six months later the owner called me and said a local womans charity had some pest control needs, but didnt have the money to afford it, so they used my balance to cover a portion of the charitys cost, then they covered the remaining balance themselves. Talk about an upstanding business. Its been months, they didnt have to call me. They could have kept the money and I would be none the wiser. But instead they followed up to share with me how my donation was spent. I will give all my pest control business to Pest Chase. Unfortunately they did such a great job last time, i havent needed them back.

Efficient and effective - very responsive when I initially called for service and flexible with respect to scheduling - the communication/notifications are very effective and makes planning/remembering when services are scheduled very easy. Technicians do a good job of covering all potential problem areas and they always ask about pets and children so they use the right treatment.

Amazing company! They were able to come out the same day I called and they have a choice of green products at no extra charge. They are always very responsive and respectful. I have had a pest contract with them for two years and I couldnt be more pleased. They will text when they are thirty minutes out and they provide quality advice. I am ashamed to admit I had a mice situation when my house was left vacant for 2 months and they came out to put bait all around my place. Pest Chase is the one service you are looking for if you live anywhere near Washington D.C. We initially hired their service for mice issue in the house. Before I sought for a service from Pest Chase, I personally installed several rodent traps. Although the traps caught couple, I kept seeing them. This is a small family owned business and I was impressed from the first call throughout. Sundar was very attentive in hearing me out and answering my questions regarding pest control. He gave me a rough quote over the phone based on the information and square footage I was giving him. He explained the products the company can use (regular and green products). He asked if kids and pets were in the home which was very thoughtful. A time was scheduled and he came to meet my husband and I and to see the home beforehand to give us an accurate quote (free) for the work to be done. Sundar came across as a very honest, knowledgable, and trustworthy person and I felt his workers would be likewise and so far they havent proven us wrong. We agreed on the cost and signed a contract and from there were notified of the date and time of the treatment. On the day of treatment, we were contacted via text message to alert us of the estimated arrival time. Those whom weve seen are all very pleasant, professional, and on-time ready to work. We are very pleased with the quality of work that theyve done. Whenever weve called, Sundar has been very responsive in answering questions.
