After getting bites at the home I had recently moved into, I contacted Cimex K9 – they explained their approach and actions I should take prior to inspecting the home. The technician was great, and he and Gus (the canine) did a thorough inspection of the entire house. I was very fortunate to get an all clear and no treatment was needed. The next time I move, I will proactively call them to inspect the place before beginning to unpack. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and provide an excellent service.

Truly the best pest control company Ive ever worked with. Technicians are very knowledgeable, responsive and flexible with scheduling. Weve had a k9 inspection where he detected an issue followed up with the heat treatment and another k9 inspection to confirm issue was resolved. Cimex uses most effective and scientifically tested treatments and provide guarantee for their service. They followed up with me for questions or concerns. Cant recommend this awesome company enough. I contacted Cimex when I found a suspicious bug that looked bedbug-like in our closet. I sent them a photo, which they distributed around their office to get a variety of opinions. They called me back quickly and explained exactly why it wasnt a bed bug and while they were not able to identify what it was, they gave me confidence that I was not dealing with a bedbug situation. I greatly appreciated the quick response and willingness to do all of this over the phone.

We discovered bed bugs at 3am and I googled 24 hour services. Cimex came up. I called immediately and got a human. They came at 9am the next day, 6 hours later. They gave us a plan, answered our massive amounts of questions, were thorough, professional, informative and nice. They did the treatment the next 2 days and gave us advice on what to do going forward. My husband travels for work and picked the bugs up at a hotel. We thought they died after 3-4 days leaving the luggage out of the house but Cimex explained they can live up to a year, and exactly what to do when we come back from an out of town stay. We had them back twice to check and there were no further problems. Cimex gets our highest recommendation.

First of all, this is one of the most professional and compassionate pest control services I have ever dealt with and highly recommend. I called CIMEX K9 because I was concerned about a potential bed bug problem in one of my bedrooms. They were extremely professional and spent over an hour reviewing my pictures and videos to determine if there was a problem in the first place. They saved me time and money by confirming and explaining to me why I had an issue unrelated to bed bugs. Most services dont take this kind of time to help you and walk you through a stressful situation. Although I did not need service, I will be using their inspection/service if I run into any issues as someone who has dealt with the nightmare of bed bugs in the past. Their combination of using dogs and people is far more likely to determine if you truly have a problem, and their approach to heat treating using the homes power is far less intrusive sounding.

Awesome K9 and inspector. They were very thorough with the visual inspection first and then with K9 inspection second. Checked bed the couch, every corner, closets and along carpet edges. We were worried we brought bed bugs from our previous apartment and since we got the clear we can now relax and finally sleep. Would recommend to anyone who is worried about bed bugs and is looking for a professional to perform an inspection and treatment.

I was a bit worried when I thought I may have bed bugs. I was looking for a exterminator that would both eliminate the problem in a timely manner and provide an ecologically friendly solution. Cimex K9 Bedbug proved not only to provide a solution that was quick but also through the heat treatment proved ecologically friendly.I was further impressed by the staff’s professionalism, attention to detail, & eagerness to provide a thorough and comprehensive solution. I felt instant relief and the bites stopped immediately but as a frequent traveler, I received excellent advice to prevent against future infestations.

Called Cimex because I woke up with lots of bites, they were able to get to me quickly with a canine dog to detect and find bed bed bugs. The dog came in pinpointed infestation to my boxspring and the technician found bed buds hidden under crease of boxspring. They provided a heat treatment which immediately stopped the bites and I never saw a bed bug again.

Stellar customer service. Having bed bugs sucks, and finding a reputable company to get rid of them is also a hassle. I wasnt sure if I was getting bit by bed bugs or some other bug, and I wanted concrete evidence.
