Good company, we called them when we found a bedbug after my daughter traveled. The came out, provided prompt service and we have not seen any bedbugs since. They did a good job.

I have never had a problem with bed bugs before, but unfortunately I had taken a trip out of town for a couple of days and I kept wondering why I would wake up scratching and with red little marks all over my body. At first I thought I was having some kind of allergic reaction to the sheets of the air b&b that I was staying at, so when I got back home I was doing just fine for the first day or so, then I noticed the problem continued so I knew it couldn’t be an allergic reaction. I searched and looked around and found that the problem was bed bugs. I called the the people at Eco Bed Bug Exterminators right away around 7 am on a Friday since their ad said they were open at 5:30 am. They answered right away and were able to make it over to my place within an 1 1/2 hours. He did a thorough check of my bed, furniture, and even luggage. He also mentioned to me that the reason I had gotten bed bugs all of a sudden was most likely because they probably stuck to my clothing and luggage from the air b&b that I was staying at. As he was searching my luggage he found that the problem was that it had stuck to my luggage. He went to work right away and when he was done he told me he would be back within a week to make sure the problem had been solved. As promised he returned the following week and I have been Bed Bug free! I would highly recommend them to everyone they are efficient and get the job done the first time around!!

What can I say, but great service, awesome timing, efficient, and very very affordable. They came in within hours of my call that same day, were quick and made sure I knew where the problem was. My home is now Bed Bug free which is a great feeling. I didn’t have to spend more money since they got rid of the problem on the first try! Not really the type to post reviews especially in a situation like this but this company truly exceeded my expectations. I called them 6 am after waking up to bed bugs biting me and my husband all night. They answered on the third ring and informed me they could have an inspector out by 8am. Amazing!!They arrived 5 min early and inspected every inch of my home. The inspector Ryan was very helpful and found what appears to be the source of my problem. I recently bought a book shelf at a garage sale this past summer and didnt even think to check for bed bugs. Sure enough they were all over it and Ryan quickly helped me rid the thing.They were able to treat same day after I performed a prep of the home. They recommended a heat treatment for my situation and from my readings thats exactly what I wanted. Immediately after their bed bug treatment my bites stopped and I could finally get some well deserved rest. Its been almost 4 months now and I couldnt be happier. 10 stars if I could! These guys are the real deal. My family and I came back from our Florida trip and we weren’t alone. Started waking up with random bites which I hoped wasn’t bed bugs, called these folks for an inspection and indeed those horrific bugs traveled with us. They took care of everything fairly quick! Absolutely one of the best experiences Ive had in the DMV area in a long time, which is not what you would first think when finding bed bugs in your apartment.I called this company during the lunch hour and their techs answered immediately, which btw are definitely bed bug experts without a doubt. Not only did they ask right off the bat for photos of the pest, but they identified the bed bug with a direct and thorough answer within seconds.What a stand up company! So I had a town home with 3 bedrooms and I needed to find someone to rent out one of the rooms. I found someone and unfortunately the guy that i rented out to brought bed bugs with him. Im not sure how long he had it in his bedroom, but soon enough it was spreading all over the house.I had trouble on the couches, furniture, and even in my bedroom. I called the people over at Eco Bed bug exterminators and had them come in right away. They gave me information and explained that the reason they spread so easily is because they can stick to your clothes. Point Blank they were able to set me up with an appointment right away!!I was just happy they got rid of the problem within the first try and made sure I had no bed bugs left!!

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. They were so pleasant to work with. I wish no one to experience bed bugs but if you’re put in that situation this is definitely the company to do the job! I rented out my apartment for Airbnb and all was well until I realized bed bugs had found its way in. I was devastated because I did not want any of our guest to think I was renting out a dirty home. These guys reassured me that bed bugs aren’t always found in the dirtiest of places. My home has always been well maintained so our guess here is all the traveling must’ve brought them there. I appreciate all the hard work these guys put and again I am very happy with it!

I had just moved into my apartment here in Alexandria and the complex couldn’t handle the issue , luckily for me I was able to contact eco bed bug exterminators and they did a thorough job, within a day the problem was solved. Exterminator calls are not the calls you want to be making, but I must say it’s been so easy working with this exterminator company. I had an incident before with some termites and I dealt with such a trouble giving exterminator company that when I started noticing signs of bed bugs I panicked simply on the idea that I might deal with a crappy company just trying to take my money. But eco bed bug exterminators did a fantastic job by accomadating all our needs. Took care of our furniture and were super pet friendly which with 2 dogs it’s a must. It’s only been a few weeks since we’ve worked with them but already I can tell it’s a job well done!

After contacting them they can by and get rid of some bed bugs was a fast and easy process. I highly recommend them saved me a lot of money

I used to have bed bugs and they would get in everywhere. the curtains, wood and even desk. i needed and exterminating company so this one did the job. they were gone within the period of the service. high recommend. don’t be shy about it just ask!

With a toddler and a baby on the way bed bugs became quite the headache. My husband called multiple companies just for the bed bugs to come back within weeks. Talk about a waste of money and disappointment until we came across this company. They use heat products which really work on site. So far were a month in the treatment and no signs of bed bugs!
