Elevated Management Group. The only thing they will elevate is themselves. As a tenant I quickly learned several things from this group. They do not care about the properties they manage, they do not care about the tenants, and several times have attempted to bully us. You absolutely have to read every detail of their lease before signing it. You will be surprised and what you learn. They will attempt to tell you to do something even if it is not in the lease agreement. If you call them out on their blatant violation they will threaten you by saying they will actually follow the lease next time.They want you to do everything online. They do not answer phones and only respond through emails. You file a maintenance request online and they cancel them. You ask for the emergency maintenance number and they reply its in the lease. You try to be professional with them and they continue to be belligerent.The only thing they are good at is their self interest in doing as little as possible for the tenant and hiding it from the property owner as their lease specifically prohibits you from contacting the owner under threat of eviction.If you are looking for a property manager for your property you can do better. Unless you like short leases and vacant property. As a tenant you should absolutely avoid this group. They will make you want to terminate your lease early just to get away from the utter lack of professionalism and arrogant demeanor. We are already looking for a new place regardless the early termination fee. Life is too short to put up with these type of people.PS. I have kept all the emails they have sent so if they decide to say it isnt them or some other deflection I have seen on their negative reviews I will be happy to add them to this review and you can judge for yourself.

Cary the owner refused to give me an itemized list of why she kept my deposit. I called her repeatedly to discuss the matter and she never returned my calls then she became angry with me, twice. I called weekly, sent numerous emails to request the list and was ignored. I left that apartment in better condition than when I moved in. Do not rent an apartment if Elevated Management is the management company. Just look at her responses to people that leave reviews I personally believe the reviewers since I know how I was treated. I just read in the news that she allegedly pulled a gun on someone who was requesting to have their air conditioner fixed.

An amazing experience with the Elevated Management Team. The whole process was simple and convenient. Karie and her team are wonderfully kind, courteous and Professional. Their attention to all details and immediate communication is so refreshing and assuring. I would highly recommend working with them and taking advantage of all they have to offer.

This is by far the worst company I have ever rented from. The property is constantly being vandalized by addicts. They all are completely infested with roachs and u have to do pest control yourself. the property management doses everything in their power to not help their residents and blame it on the residents. I cant even keep any food in my home for the last two months because I dont deserve a functioning fridge apparently

I dont want to know Elevated. I read the review about the third party scheduling system and it is unfortunate this management group uses such a lousy system. I was also expecting to view a property when the scheduled date and time changed on its own automatically. I cant just take time off when I want. So the fact I already scheduled time off to see a property then it changed was a sign for me not to move forward with them. I read the negative reviews about tenants not being taken care of. I already lived in a place where a management group didnt care about tenants. I made the right decision to move forward with a place that answers a phone and can answer my questions.

It was a struggle to find anyone to help me, till i found this amazing group of people who are willing to work with me! The environment was excellent and the properties are tremendous! Everything theyve shown me was spot on! Very professional and respective! Christina was very detailed and explained everything in a well fashioned order! Good quality in a worker/teammate! They answer anything i need and quick to get my needs or worries i have. I recommend them to anyone! Best in town! 🥇🏅 Thank you for everything!

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! They will retaliate against you and when you try looking for another place, they are not willing to fill out the form to show you don’t owe any rent. Not to mention the wannabe red head who is nothing but rude. You all should be ashamed of yourselves as human beings your the worst and just cruel and spiteful.Never asked you to lie. Rent is paid in full and instead of filling out my form you decide to give me the run around and not fill out the form in retaliation.

The guy who was more than happy to take our hefty deposit told us the company was hands off, but I had no idea he meant they will ignore you and treat you like trash! The office managers main purpose in life is to cancel your maintenance requests and give you condescending reasons why THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU. Using this so-called management group will only cause you headaches and VERY ANGRY tenants. If you are unfortunate enough to get stuck with this company as a tenant, document every time you contact them so you can detail it to the Better Business Bureau, of which they are a member. I know I am!

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They do not care about their tenants and they will try to take your deposit.I left the house in better condition than we moved in and they still want to charge me more than my deposit for cleaning and weed removal. When we moved in there were bags full weeds in a hard to see corner of the yard. We saw it after we moved in. We took a couple of days and made them a list of maintenance request. NONE of them were resolved. I am a case worker and assist many homeless clients with housing. I have reached out to Elevated Management multiple times to work with them and on behalf of my clients that are looking for apartments, and each time they have been immediately responsive, attentive to the specifics of the situation regarding my client, professional and flexible. Housing clients can routinely mean getting ensnared in red tape at many levels, often to the detriment and frustration of my clients. Elevated has never made things MORE difficult for me, and has only made things EASIER.Their front desk staff person, Christina, has been my point of contact in most cases, and she deserves special recognition for her responsiveness and accessibility, two things that I cannot put a price on in this field! I called to ask about an apartment for rent for my father who is a retired elderly man. He is on social security and has a part time so he was able to afford the apartment price without any issues. THEY decided he needed a co-signer because of him not having a full time job- long story short, they kept the $70.00 of the two applications, and when we called to find out about the apartment, turns out it had been rented out a week ago AND they wouldn’t give us our money back. KEEP AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! They’ll do anything to keep your money in whatever form they can!!!

Let me make this very clear... This companys real customers are OWNERS. NOT TENANTS. They will only work to please the property owners because the owners are the ones who actually pay this company. Tenant payments go to the owners, not the management company. Therefore, the tenants are just something that this management company has to deal with, and they are very clearly NOT going to go out of their way to assist tenants. So if you are a property owner you might have some luck with this company, but dont expect them to treat your tenants very well at all.

The worst company to work with ever!! They have lost our lease and put us on a month to month basis which we never agreed to. We were notified after eviction was put into place all the sudden we were month to month. They have made a half dozen mistakes including overcharges and misinformation on the lease and losing a resigned lease. They even admitted to their glitches in the system, They immediately evicted my brother from another one of their properties after his son sadly passed away and clearly needed help and time. This company is terrible and clearly is all about money. Please do not trust them, or do business with them. Over the 16 months Ive lived here Ive been on time every month. This month I was going to be 12 days late due to covid, and they filed for eviction. They also sent us a letter that says we need to move out whether we pay rent or not because our lease is up and magicly month to month But we signed a new lease, they lost it. Very shady company.

I literally been calling for weeks now leaving multiple and multiple messages, she answered once and said she would call me back but she never did call me back. So I went into the actual company I walked in and said I wanted to speak to someone about my rent problems and issues, she said they dont take walk ins and to leave a message and they will get back to me. I tried to tell her that I have been calling and no one was answering and to see if she could listen to my messages that I have there now, she told me that I have to leave a message and to leave. I wanted to see if this basic issue could be resolved.I asked for a mangers name and she said christina and she was the person I was speaking to she had an attitude right when I walked in. I told her that Ive been leaving messages and she just kept telling me to leave and to make an appointment. When there sitting literally right in front of me. So I told her okay Ill call in my vehicle so I call and left 2 new voice messages and they hang up or force it go to voice mail.I have to say that was very unprofessional way to see my landlord that way. Before my apartment was taken over by them it has been fine renting for 2-3 years but now she given me so much problems that I try to stay my composure but i felt very attacked.She kept telling me leave and make an appointment. I had no other choice but to leave.

If i could give this company a Zero Stars review, i absolutely would. Theyve definitely earned that level of rating with their appalling level of unprofessionalism. But since the lowest level rating on here is a One Star review i guess ill have to settle for that. Although in my opinion they havent even earned that 1 star.

I have lived in my apartment for over 15 years, with different property managers over this time. In January, Elevated Property took over, and I am so happy with them. Karie and all staff have been wonderful. Very efficient on repairs and quick response to my phone calls. GREAT COMPANYAND GREAT OWNER . I would highly recommend them.

Great communication when it comes to when they ever have to enter your place for an emergency or to switch over the air conditioning or heater. If there is ever a maintenance request they are on top of it fixing it that same day. I was really looking forward to viewing two rental units listed on their website. I made two separate appointments for today. Upon arrival to the first appointment, I was told that the unit had just been rented, and there was a second unit but they didnt have the keys. Also, that unit was most likely going to be rented to someone else sight unseen, so in fact neither unit was available.Disappointed, but still hopeful for the other unit, I made the drive back to the other side of town later that afternoon. When I got to the unit, another possible tenant was also there to look at the unit at the exact same time. We walked with the leasing agent to the door, and once again, he did not have a key. He once again informed us that it was most likely rented already, anyway, and suggested we look on the website at other properties.I wasted two trips to view properties that seem to be unavailable in the first place. I attempted to reach out to the person I had been emailing to set up the appointments after the first showing to verify that the 2nd unit was definitely available, but received no response.Basic communication and preparedness would have saved this experience for me, but it seems Elevated was lacking in both.

I asked about the deposit BEFORE signing any contracts and they said we’d get it back ONLY if they considered the apartment to be in “optimal” conditions. I’ve read many reviews on here where they look for any excuse to keep your deposit. So I went elsewhere. I recommend BERGER BRIGGS OR MADDOX MANAGEMENT instead.

If you are trying to determine whether or not to do business with Elevated Management Group, let me save you some time and money, DONT!!! This company may have THE WORST customer service I have ever had to deal with. Sure, they are awesome when you first move in, who wouldnt be its fresh and new and the money is flowing... Just wait until something breaks and you fill out a work order request and you are sitting in 100 degree heat in the summer for 2 weeks because no one bothers to pay attention to work order or your needs. Or hey, maybe you would just like to talk to someone in person about a problem you are having in a rental property... practically impossible as they dont have an office you can go to and can only be reached by phone call/text (which is seldom answered) or an email and they may or may not get back to you in a timely fashion if at all. Elevated Management makes you feel as though you are NOT A PRIORITY at all and are not at all personable in the slightest. Once I decided I was finally done with this place and moving out, I figured out more wonderful things about this company. THEY WILL FIND WAYS TO KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT. Apparently the move in check list, which you fill out to determine what is already damaged on the property before you move in, does not mean a thing! As I was charged for everything annotated as being damaged prior to my arrival. I also had the carpets, living room and kitchen professionally cleaned before handing over the keys, I was still somehow charged over $300 in cleaning fees on my final bill. Please, please consider any other options before giving EMG your hard earned money.

If you can avoid renting from this company please do so. Im not even a month into my lease and Ive had to submit multiple service request for the same issue. No one in this company is concerned about fixing any issues or reaching out to help. I have yet to get a call back from the office about general questions about moving in. I was also given wrong information about parking, I live in the corner of 2nd and Marquette (downtown) again no company is no help whatsoever.

This was the smoothest and easiest rental lease my wife and I have ever done! Their team was very personal, professional & efficient. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jackie and Taylor were absolutely fantastic! We called about one of their properties, submitted our application, and within 15 minutes they called back saying we were approved! I am a current tenant. Whenever I have requested maintenance, Karie and team have been quick to send someone to take care of the problem. Most recently, Lucas was here working on our disposal. He was very kind and did a great job to make the space under the sink look better than ever.

EMG is always responsive to my needs. They really help me as I am a military member who lives overseas. They take care of everything to do with my property as if it were their own and I never have to worry. They also take good care of my tenants and respond to their maintenance needs right away. I was renting from another company and then I started getting contacted by Elevated. I didn’t know what was going on, I tried calling my landlord and never got an answer. Then Christina reached out to me and assured me that I wasn’t paying money to the wrong company and that my other company had retired and Elevated was my new landlord. Christina even worked with me to set up my account and got me on the right track. I appreciate the timely response and look forward to working with them.

Not only are they incredibly responsive, they went above and beyond to accommodate our move in. Our move in date was on a Saturday of a three day weekend and even though they are not open on weekends, Karie still went out of her way to make sure we were moved in on time.I had a lot of questions and Karie responded to all of my emails within minutes, sometimes even after their close time!

This property management company has been AMAZING. Literally A+++. The most professional, quick to respond, and efficient. We tried working with several other brokers and property management companies for a rental house in Rio Rancho. All the other companies were slow and totally unprofessional. EVERYONE we dealt with was amazing. I dont normally review places (good or bad) but they deserve all my praise. Im actually SHOCKED at how bad other companies were compared to how AMAZING this company was. I would use them to purchase or sell a home any day. This property management company is TRASH. The owner should spend more time on her customer service skills than she does reading and responding to reviews.

Christina of the albuquerque, New Mexico branch is plain rude and unprofessional, and as far as I know the whole company doesnt care for their tenant at the sage apartments, I have places many complaints but all they care for is right a request which they dont even handle correctly. We have had water damage in our ceiling for about a year and I have called them many times about this but they have not done anything about it but they expect us to pay rent without question. Along with the complaint of our upstairs neighbors who dump their disgusting washer water in the sink which comes up in our sink and leaves a horrible smell and soup bubbles. Most unprofessional company Ive ever seen.

Our on-site manager, Joél, does a great job of taking care of the building and keeps it looking very nice. He also keeps an eye on things going on around the building keeping it safe from criminal activity. So Im very satisfied living here and I have good peace of mind.

So apartment s i live in have a abandonded pool area where there were homeless people staying my neighbors mopad got dragged and stolen in called Christina she didnt care. Shrugged me off rudely but ended up fixing it for the properties insurance company a month later anyway. Construction at my apprtments doing roof repairs i heard the worker hit something about 11am was the neighboring apartment complexes gas line christina sent out a message blaming PNM who wasnt even at our property so she wouldnt have to explain to tenants or take any responsibility for them not having gas or hotwater true stories horrible managment group fee for everything they can stick on you but never there fault for anything Run away dont sign a lease

Business currently demands contact by appointment only but has no phone of internet system to create appointment. Office supervisor unprofessional and threatening even cursing and physically pushing me when I walked in after trying to explain my in ability to make an appointment. In addition after bringing up my father who was recently lost to police she insulted both me and his memory. Really unprofessional hurtful and awful people do not recommend them at all.

We rented our apt from previous land lord who had outstanding customer service , i feel like new owner of the property is ok coming around cleaning saying hi etc. but the management agent is extremely horrible they try to charge you every single maintenance request we had to pay $ 175 dollars for a person come and remove a lemon seed from dishwasher plus the dishwasher comes with the apt more or less has $ 200 value , we have fire alarm screaming every single night since almost 2 years reported million times , they are doing yearly check coming taking some pictures of the floor ( very much looking for the damage they can make money from you ) we keep reporting those problem they dont even bother to do any action, dogs attacking my wife and kids on the parking and mail box area they just send text messages ppl still walking around unleashed dogs , finally i requested mail box key replacement because some how our keys stolen included car key house key and mail box key and same night our care stolen from parking spot , i forget everything ask them to replace mail box key and added we need water tap replacement for the kitchen, instead off calling asking or sending someone they just update my maintenance request with saying status = need info specifically u can only realize they did this going and checking status of your request from their website ? just dieing to move out asap , thx for answering and taking all this problem as yelling back , as everyone can see you dont even read or i should say understand. Show me where I am talking about garbage disposal? No where plus feel free to go is Outstanding customer service. This is the way that treat you guys . Do something for your loved ones pls dont deal with this management company and take your business to someone else. Amazing experience with getting my own place. They’ve gone out of their way just to help me secure a place to live. So far I have been shown nothing but kindness. Talking with them blinds the fact of them being a landlord, they’re that Nice! Prices and units available just add to the great experience.

Elevated took over the leasing agency our apartments were with when we moved in. At first, we thought it was going to be a good experience, however, within just a few months, we noticed a steady decline in professionalism, which is now resulting in us having to take Elevated to court.Over the weekend, our fridge went out. Now, we wouldnt have been upset, but we had put in two separate requests the month prior to have our fridge fixed because we noticed it was going in and out. When we contacted Elevated the first time by the phone, they told us they couldnt find the requests. The second time, we contacted Christina in person, and she said (I quote) If you are unhappy, you can put in a 30 day notice. when we asked if they would be compensating for the food lost because of their blatant negligence if fixing the issue. Note: She did say that maintenance would be out that day, but he didnt show up.Instead, maintenance showed up the next day, when we had an inspection already scheduled by the company. This was to service other issues. Their electrician left exposed wires, which Elevateds inspector took photos of, and then after we mentioned that we were seeking out a lawyer about their lack of compensation for the $300 worth of food that went bad due to their negligence, TURNED INTO CYFD TO TRY TO SAY OUR HOME WAS UNSAFE FOR OUR CHILD.When CYFD came out, the case worker literally laughed when she walked into the home, said that she would be closing out the case ASAP, and that the concerns were completely unfounded.Today, we had a notice posted on our door that our home was unsanitary and unkempt. Which, is obvious bs. Even after several attempts to contact them to 1.) Get a copy of our lease agreement and 2.) to find out how our home was unsanitary or unkempt, we are only getting silence in return.Now, with that being said, most of Elevateds staff is incredibly respectful, but Christina Taylor, the property manager, is an absolute human dumpster fire.DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

As a renter I found Elevated Management Group to be very helpful. Any time I had a need there was a quick response. Karie Taylor was very professional and went above and beyond in her efforts to help me to buy my own house. I appreciate her integrity and her standards of service.

Coming for a very poor management company to this company for my rental, thus far, has been fantastic. Total upgrade! Elevated management had been attentive and responds quickly. The few issues that I had upon move in, maintenance replied and arrived within a reasonable amount of time. He made sure to explain and relays information promptly. Lincoln has been amazing. Pleasant and easy to work with. Brooke and Karie has been so helpful and respond quickly to emails. I appreciate all of Elevated Management staff, and I look forward to this wonderful rental. We have been working with Elevated on our rentals for almost a year now. When we first meet Karie she said We were going to be so happy with the way our properties are managed! And she was right. Karie is really more of what I would call an asset manager as she has help us create much more value than a simple property manager who leases, does maintenance, and collects a fee. Karie and her excellent team executed a large renovation at one of our properties and has made it a much nicer place for tenants and the neighborhood!

First of all, wow! Customer service is wonderful! The new townhouse was perfect and the applying process was super stress free. They were able to get us in quickly and were always on call when we had questions. Our agent was Lincoln and he was amazing! He was able to work with our crazy schedule and get our new home ready within 2 weeks! I am completely at awed with their customer service and plan on staying here for awhile. My family was notified that we were due to move in August 2018. We were not having any luck selling our house with another company. I was stressing when November rolled around and we were due to leave mid December. I started asking around and was referred to Karie Taylor through a mutual acquaintance.Within a week and a half, Karie found us a renter for our asking price.Karie has been extremely quick at responding to our questions and has made our move stress free and with a smooth transition, due to not having to worry about our other property. We have not had any complaints as to the care of our property or the service we receive. This company is amazing to work with, are very professional, and are willing to work with us when it comes to regular maitenence needs of our house among other things. Elevated Management has been managing my rental property for over one year now and I couldn’t be happier. My house was leased within 2 weeks of listing to a responsible tenant. Dont waste your time if your low income!!!! they denied my application I make 340 a week i could easily pay 650 a month but I guess thats not good enough for them and the house I looked at was supposed to be a 2 bed room but all I saw was one bed room with a londery room idk I didnt think u could make a laundry room a bed room this company sucks!!!!!!!

I have apartments I am looking to turn over to a property management company. Called to ask a simple question. Phil gave a snipe response and hung up! How would they treat my tenants? I would not recommend doing business with them and will advise against using them to others.

Love love love my new home! Karie and Brooke were on it! From setting up an appointment to view the properties to signing a lease and getting keys... seamless. The area is great and our neighbors are even better.

Elevated Management Group has been amazing from the moment I reached out to them!!! Karie, and her team of Lincoln and Brooke have been beyond helpful. They have answered all of my questions, and I mean all of them. On a Saturday, Lincoln went out of his way to give us tours of all of their The Q locations. He even made it possible for us to see another locations a few days later just so we could make the most informed decision. Because of Elevated Management, finding our new home was so much less stressful than I thought it would be. Cant wait to move into our new place soon!!!

Karie Taylor and Elevated Management do a fantastic job with my properties. Karie currently manages four rentals for me and always exceeds my expectations. I don’t know why I see so many good reviews about this elevated management company, must be all related or something, because I had the worst experience with them. I rented one of their apartments located at Vassar Dr. NE back in Sept of 2017, I was transferring with my company from Austin and needed a temp place to stay with my family while I purchased my house. When I arrive at the place it stank like cat urine, even Lincoln, the person opening up the place for me apologized for the smell, said they had tried very hard to get it out, but just couldn’t.The place was very dirty, there was cat hair all over the place, from the beds to the frig and stove and very dusty, my family and I had to go out and buy cleaning supplies and it took us about 4 hours to get the place cleaned. I complained to Karie, the person in charge and they sent me a $10 gift card and apologized for the way the place was given to me.I arrived around Sept 23 and only needed the place for a month, they would not prorate the rent for October, they had me pay the entire month, but were able to prorate the month of Sept, said they would give me the remaining balance when I moved out. When I moved out, I did not get all rent money back and they still charged me a cleaning fee, after the place was a mess when we arrived and we left the place spotless, according to Brooke, who did the final walk-through and told us there would be no charges.On top of that, Karie had the audacity to send me a text accusing me of stealing the queen size mattress and box spring from the apartment and switching it out with, according to her own words something “Picked off the side of the road” who accuses someone of doing something like that! I tried many times calling her to clear up the issue and no answer, tried several times texting her to please call me as I really needed to clear up this matter as I am not a thief, but she never replied or called me back.First of all, I would never steal something like that, I have king size beds and second, when I moved out, I went straight to an extended stay for another 2 weeks as I was waiting on the closing of my house and all my stuff was stored in a Pod, but I never was able to talk to her about it as she never got back to me. I had to even call her from a different number so I could speak to her, but she hung up on me and would not discuss the issue with me.Overall, Karie and the Elevated management group gave me very bad, unprofessional and unethical service, if you want to take your chances with them, make sure to take pictures of everything, including the mattresses and box springs, not that it’s really going to help, it didn’t with me, still had to pay.

I just applied for a property and they screened my app and got back to me within mins. The unit was very clean. So far they have been so professional and responsive.

We recently sold our home very suddenly and needed to find a place to lease in a hurry. Karie helped us to find the perfect condo while we were on vacation in Mexico. Not only was she readily available for all our needs, but she also worked with the propertys owner to make sure the place was beautiful for us to move in. The employees at Elevated are very accessible and amenable. Maintenance requests are done through their online portal and are handled promptly. You can pay the rent online too and set up automatic payments which saves time and is very convenient Karie made the entire process seamless and I suspect it is because she values good respectable tenants. Thank you Karie for all you do! I would recommend Karie and Elevated Management to anyone who needs a property manager or who is looking to move into a place that has quality management. This management company was awful! Katie Taylor was very rude to me had a horrible experience with her! She does not care about the tenants. I would NOT RECOMMEND! I was very happy when the owner of the apartments I live in switched companies!

Not a company that I want to deal with EVER again! They do keep tenants deposits as this is what happened to me. They scam people and the owner of the property was aware of it. I have the video of the walkthrough on the apartment. Did your employee not tell you that I videoed the walkthrough? I asked him beforehand that I was going to video the walkthrough and he agreed. Its on camera and I also had witnesses alongside me while going through the walkthrough. It clearly shows how clean I left the apartment.We can certainly file a claim against your company, in court and well find out whos in the wrong.

Just moved into a new townhome, everything so far has been great and relatively seamless. I have mainly met with Lincoln, who has been helpful and flexible, and have been exchanging emails with Karie. She has also showed concern and has been attentive to anything I needed. In the past I have mainly dealt with larger management companies, so I am impressed with their commitment to my satisfaction for being a smaller management team.

Joseph and Jacob worked together to get me in over the holiday weekend even though the offices were closed. Great customer service. Thete were a couple little issues with the house but they helped me with that right away.

I have been a tenant with Elevated Management for several years. I have always found them to take care of repairs in a timely manner, respond to calls and texts and be fair. I read all these reviews and I have to think that maybe the tenant was not in compliance. I could not see any reason to give Elevated and the team less than a stellar review. Thank you all.

So far I have had a great experience here at The Q. A few nights ago I was locked out of my apartment and one of the property managers, Lincoln, helped me back into my apartment during his free time. He also delivered my lease agreement so I could open up a mailbox. It was very sweet of him to make the effort to help me out! I recently moved here from Oregon and I am glad I ended up at The Q. The owners care about their tenants and I would definitely recommend Elevated Management to anyone who is looking for a new place to live.
