They watch and manage our home when we are away. Very responsible, detail oriented and responsive. They are the best.

I worked with Sarah and Teresa through three leases and would have stayed if I had not bought a house.They were always polite and professional. I was also a good tenant and received my entire deposit back without any problem or concern. I admire two women running their own business, and I appreciate and support their work ethic. I never waited more than 24 hours for a response to a repair need and I could file a work order on their website, which was awesome. The repair companies they sent were always prompt, professional, and effective. I would absolutely recommend to good renters who want to be treated well.

BEWARE****. By far the worst property management co. They will over charge you and take advantage of you. PLEASE DONT RENT FROM THEM PROTECT YOURSELF!! They never seem to be in the office, they screen their calls and never answer their phones. They play you against each other so bad. PLEASE BY EXPERIENCE LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT RENTAL COMPANY. THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY IS ONE TOTAL SCAMMER!!! BEWARE******

Not a great place to rent from. Whenever we request repairs they have to “talk to the owner about it” and it never gets done. Which is probably why the only good reviews are from property owners

I have been trying to apply for a rental I have called them multiple times left multiple voicemails and Ive sent an email its been 3 weeks and I havent received a phone call or email from this company. This is bad business. I definitely wouldnt want to rent from this company if they cant return emails or phone calls.

Normally dont leave 1 star reviews. But they deserve it. Lazy workers who dont seem to do very much except collecting a pay check. They dont pickup their phones nor even get back to you when you leave a message. Very slow to do anything unless something really bad happens or owner demands it. Wouldnt install bars over window or even fix the broken screen after seeing pictures because they need us to file a report with the police for something like that. They also are very rude. Not accommodating or even compassionate towards a persons situation. Only in it for the money and honestly bad for an owners property. My gf asked them several times to fix a toilet whose reservoir would overflow every time the toilet was flushed. They never did anything so now there is water damage to the floor around the toilet and even the sink counter itself. But complain about a little bit of water left on the counter of the kitchen from cleaning for the move out. Very poor customer service and attributes of the ladies are always negative. If you rent from them, prepare to get screwed, ant wait to see how much security deposit they decide to keep, knowing them they will likely ask for more.

Sarah and Teresa are friendly, professional, and prompt, when responding to any request we ever made. I would recommend them to anyone, based on our excellent experience with them.

I will never recommend this place to anyone. My boyfriends family are good people and always pay their rent on time. they always take care of the property. they decided to move. the current landlord gave them a bad review because she was pissed that they decided to move and the company believed the landlord without even asking them about it. now they are stuck with a money order for close to a grand that they refused to help us cash and are being rude about it. very dissapointed in quintessential properties. i had to give them a star because it wouldnt let me post without it. but they dont deserve even that.

BEWARE!!! This place likes to take advantage of young renters and destroy their credit. DONT DO IT!
