The guy at the register not so friendly. No smile. He seemed more friendly to my coworker. Just a what do you want? I replied wings. How many he asked? 6 or 12? I said are they any good? He says yeah! I replied 12. He says what flavor? I replied naked nothing on em. He states there pre made. I said well change it to 6 barbecued flavor. He asked What dipping sauce? I replied blue cheese. I asked for a beer. He asked what flavor. I replied Modelo in a bottle. I asked for pasta with white sauce add shrimp. He stated that would take a while because it takes a minute to cook the shrimp. I said perfect make the pasta to go. He asked do you want anything else? I replied Water with lemon please. He asked anything else? I replied I’ll take the beer and water now. We are going on the patio. My beer came in a glass not in a bottle not very cold. The ice cold water helped. I was charged 35.00 for this. I was overcharged for the wings. He charged me for the 12 pc wings anyway. I was a little upset at the total at first. So I left a smaller than normal tip for the errors and attitude. But when I tried the wings I ate them all they were surprisingly good. We were outside on the patio because it was nice out. Oh and the inside was closed anyway. I’m not a fan of the pigeons but they were not too annoying. We had a nice view of the motorcycles and low riders passing by. I got pictures but they were blurry. I have yet to try my pasta. I hope it’s good. I would recommend this place for the atmosphere.

So good pizza,salad and a beer good times I must say so myself pizza is on point so good 🔥💯 a must try if in the downtown area appreciate the staff doing what they do when short handed.. but If you can enjoy the outside scenery of downtown and have a beer or soda pizza is worth a lil wait 👽😁💯🤟

UPDATE: The manager was incredibly friendly and apologized for the service. Upon my next visit, I decided to pick up my order at the restaurant. The pizza was actually really good quality, and I’m glad I gave this place a 2nd chance!Unfortunately an absolutely terrible delivery experience. I ordered online as they suggested, and it was set for a delivery time of 6pm. It is now an hour and a half later, and I’ve tried calling the store and their business center several times with absolutely no one answering the phone. Do NOT order for delivery because this restaurant will steal your money and not provide you with what you paid for. Worst customer service experience.

I went here because i was told it was amazing pizza that everyone loved. I thought otherwise. The pizza was nothing out of they ordinary if you take out the huge slice factor. The wings were very scrumptious though. The crazy bread was so so but the sauce it came with definitely stood out from the traditional marinara sauce and was very flavorful. Maybe the pepperoni pizza would have been a better choice.

The pizza was absolutely AMAZING and I highly recommend the big apple pretzel with jalapeno Alfredo. The staff are also very nice and the food came very quick. A really cool spot that Id recommend to anyone in Albuquerque.

Great place for a gathering downtown n have pizza n plus more on menu. Beer is available n soft drinks. Pizza is always good 👍 my last visit was great but pizza sauce was over powered by garlic may need to reduce n balance out taste on pizza sauce🍕but in all a good combo two slices n drink add a dollar to upgrade for beer 🍺

The slices rock socks. I can order the online and then walk the two blocks over and its ready by the time I get there. Most convenient pizza options when you live alone and dont want to spend three days eating an entire pizza by yourself. Soooooo good!! Had the mama Mimi which was fabulous and the wings are decent ? Wouldn’t suggest the wings but the marinara sauce taste so fresh I drank it like soup ! 🤤😋

We got the pepperoni, Black olive Pizza. Crust was not over thick. It was pretty tasty. Prices pretty good. They have a really good selection too choose from. The only issue is the patio was the only thing open and to hot to be outside.

One of my favorite places to visit in downtown Albuquerque. For me its a must even if its just a quick lunch or for date night stand up comedy nights are fun shows.

Awesome pizza place right on Route 66 in downtown Albuquerque! The atmosphere is great, quiet yet lively. You can choose to sit inside and watch games on their flat screens or sit outside in the patio and enjoy the evening air. We chose to eat outside and it was wonderful! Youre able to check out the cars cruising by and people-watch the downtown bar scene. The prices are very reasonable, real bang for your buck! Many different options to choose from! Best Green Chile pizza Ive had in town! All around a great place!

I really love all the food here. Good NY style pizza, all the salads a good, cannolis are perfect. Lunch special is a great deal!

Went there and waited worthwhile half hour on busy Friday night Arts Crawl. The food and service was well worth the wait! My only suggestion is to get a NYC style overhead and illuminated menu to help people make their decisions more quickly.

JCS NYC Pizza is my children favorite as well as my favorite. Perfect cheese to sauce ratio with the perfect amount of pepperoni and green chili. It tastes the same everytime.

Not fancy but it has character. The pizza was giant and very good NY style pizza. They were busy doing s lot of take out/carry out but we got quick, efficient service. They have several beers on tap. My wife orders wine and it was a very generous pour in a beer glass...so, wine is not really their thing but hey, it’s a pizza place!

Prices are good, pizza is good and plenty of toppings to choose from. One of the top pizza joints in town

I give JC’s Pizza 5 stars in comparison to other pizza joints. The 18” inch pepperoni pizza had a nice crust that was the perfect texture: exactly what a pizza should be. Outdoor dining patio was nice. This was nothing fancy but if you are in Albuquerque for business this is near the hotels and Convention Center so it’s within walking distance. Beer selection was good. Service was friendly and the wait for food wasn’t horrible. I would go again.

Order food 2 hours before closing. At 845 pm no one would answer the phone and we never received our food. We have 2 small children on a cross country move and this is unacceptable costumer service. If you are not a local and or picking up don’t order. Customer service is very much lacking.

Honestly I love JCs pizza. I was born in NYC and raised in the tri-state and have tried many a variation of real NY style pizza that usually misses the mark. JCs is absolutely a real NY style pizza, perfectly gooey cheese, sauce that has real flavor, and crust that is the just right combination of thin and chewy. I go down here about once a week as a treat for myself and get the two slices and a soda combination. Also the service is always fantastic and it seems like they are taking seriously the health and safety of their employees.

1st time trying the pizza here the cheese and sauce were good but the crust was a little too chewy. I would still order pizza from here. Other than that the customer service was great I ordered over the phone for delivery and made the mistake of ordering the thin crust so I called back 20 mins after I placed my order to change it and even tho they already had my pizza in the oven they had no problem letting me change my order. The person I spoke with was a lady named Jamie she helped me fix my order. She had excellent customer service and was very friendly. My pizza was also delivered on time :) I will definitely order from here again

Once we walked in we loved the vibe. Waitress was quick to help us. We ordered a pizza to-go and waited 15 mins. All staff were friendly and we’ll defiantly stay next time to eat in. The pizza tasted delicious and the crust was amazing!

AMAZING pizza. Some of the best green chile pizza Ive had in Albuquerque. It was just greasy enough, but not too greacy. A slice folded in half will retain its shape and is crunchy enough to eat. I highly recommend this place, and its close to the Sunshine theater so if you are going to a concert its a great meal before or after.

Dont know how the food was, we had to leave before then. When we got there there were 3 groups of people waiting besides us. After several minutes I rang the bell, thinking, maybe, nobody had done that. A man said she told us shed be with us in a minute. As I said, we had been there several minutes so I am thinking they were waiting likely 10 minutes at this point. A few minutes later (after one group gave up and left) a man came in from the outdoor seating and shouted to the back to get anyones attention. A lady came up and he asked if his pizza had been started yet. She said it was about to go in. He turned to us and said Weve been waiting over an hour. If you guys are in a hurry you should probably go somewhere else. This place is a mess. I agreed and we went down the road to Thicc Pizza Co. and got a pizza within 20 minutes (theyre only a 4 minute walk away!). This place needs to get their act together. We were there for over 20 minutes and nobody even acknowledged us. And we were part of a line of people with the same or worse experience.

My husband picked me up Pizza for lunch they put two slices on one plate with another paper plate on top all the toppings stuck to the top of the paper plate... It was a mess and I ended up throwing it out! I would like my money back!!! Take pride in ur food and put the slices in to go boxes! Smh

Their pizza is very good. The lady behind the counter was very nice and she was helpful, which is always appreciated. Because of our current scamdemic we had to eat outside, in Albuquerque in July. That is not their fault, but they need more shade. OR, we need to go back when the sun is down. Either will work. They serve the pizza slices in brown bags, so theyre easy to take with you if you want. Even with the heat, its a great place to eat downtown.

Waited over 1 hour and 15mins for our food. I had the lady check on my order. She then disappeared for 15mins. She then comes out with another tables food. They were only waiting for 20mins. I waved at her she did the body movement like she forgot. She brings out our food and its cold. Their staff and service use to be good.

Best Pizza in Abq and friendly staff!

We ordered 20 wings and got 16. We paid 30% and the service was bad. They forgot our drink and we had to drive back to get it. The pizza was ok. But the worst part was the atmosphere around. The whole time people were stopping by and yelling at customers outside- I assume they were homeless or something was wrong for sure.they kept throwing things at customers and trying to steal food. Finally when our order came up and the guy came out to deliver , there was a guy on the street who tried to take the food. The whole experience was just bizzare. The chicken wings were terrible- not enough sauce and not well fried. Don’t think we will be coming here again.
