What a joke of a company. They cancel on me the day of my party. Have my daughter crying her eyes out that she will not have the water jumper she picked out. Thank God I was able to find another much nicer Water Slide from another company. I also didn’t know that El Paisano Jumpers is not insured or licensed to even do jumpers by the State. I hope the State shuts down these companies that keep putting kids at risk. Don’t risk having the same disappointment I went through. DONT USE EL PAISANO JUMPERS...

We are a responsible family business and we make sure our customers are always happy. We never cancel any recervation that has been confirmed. We offer payment method of Visa and Mastercard for easy and convenient access to our service.And we didnt cancel Jeanette Montoya. Its a fake profile, probably somebody from another bouncer house company...The only reason that we have had to cancel or if we cancelled to any customer is for safety issues like rain, high winds or snow storms or if we see danger for the kids and customers.We explain to our customers the risks and come to the best possible solution to keep everybody safe.We are aware that this is a very competitive business and other companies like ours may not be happy for some competition, but our main goal is our customers. We treat them with respect and most important, we treat them like family.

They offer differnt package and have eveything you need for a party at good price. Friendly and professional.
