Place is disorganized and basically empty. Everything is picked over and there are boxes in aisles of things that need to be put on the sleeves. Sign clearly says that a mask is mandatory to enter the store yet several people walked in with no mask. Even the cashier had hers down under her chin. Place is dirty. Wont be shopping here ever again.

The service was excellent! I found everything I needed for my crafting and personal items.

Customer service was very good, only the shelves were very empty. Id try it again soon if Im in the area because the customer service was good.

Its 816am and store isnt opened. Sign says opens at 8am on Saturday. Door is locked. Open on time! Several people tried to go in after 8am. So annoying you have to go to another dollar tree.

This store is organize, clean, and has more than just the regular dollar items. They have great $3 and $5 items too. I love how big the store is. Friendly service too.

Im really disappointed in how inhumane they are. I really needed the restroom, it hit me out of nowhere, while I was doing my Easter basket shopping. When I asked to use the restroom the staff explained that due to covid they couldnt let me use their restroom. I had my mask on... I was having a bathroom emergency, which Im sure all of us have experienced. I had to leave and I embarrassingly soiled myself on the way home because I couldnt hold it. Really Dollar Tree? Youre that worried about lining your own pockets you cant handle the cleaning costs of restrooms for your customers? Greed is disgusting!

I really like Dollar Tree and this one is pretty big,a good size with a lot of the same fare.Always friendly helpful staff and pretty well stocked and clean.I appreciate the effort and like the convenience and close proximity to where I live and work.

I think this is the dirtiest dollar store in town. Lot of homeless hanging around.

Well it was a joke. There was 20 people in 1 line trying to get in and out but there was only 1 cashier and 5 employees. 2 managers were just standing there staring at all the customers as the employee was frantically trying to help the outrageously long line wrapped all the way down the isle. And again those managers just stood there doing nothing. Pretty sad when youre in management and talking to one another is more important. Im most likely not going to this location again due to poor management. And we stood in line for 20 min. This was today 10.31 around 330pm

Good place to save some cash. A bit of local homeless people milling about, so lock your car.

You can find some great items here for a $1.00. My favorite is the bottle of clorox green color. The other is sweet n low box, also a $1.00. Best time to go is first thing in the morning.

Poorly managed due to corporate not supplying bags, not having enough employee hour in evening shifts (3-9 pm), good store location and only 1 open check out line with 20+ customers waiting.... People were leaving. Some saw the line and left the parking lot. EMPLOYEE STRIGHT UP LEFT LINES OF PEOPLE AND CLOCKED OUT... Instead of helping check out customers.

A lot of the shelves were empty which is not uncommon for this location and the customer service was found lacking.

Great deals and this location is a Dollar Tree Plus. I got great headphones for 5 dollars.

They had and were still stocking Christmas 🎄 items. Found what I was looking for. Thanks 😊.

Went in store on 7/24/2019 for school supplies. This store was so clean! Complete 180 from the last trip. The lady stocking the toothpaste was working hard. I even told her how nice it looked. The man ringing up customers was extremely pleasant as well.

Probably the biggest Dollar Tree in ABQ but not different than most others:. Poorly stocked, some sections a total mess, wondering why anyone would shop here even for price. Cashier was nice, hard job to be cheerful with such a mess store. Dont know who franchises or owns the ABQ stores but boy a poor reflection on Dollar Tree franchises. Store at Paseo us the only one Ive seen that was clean, etc.. Fix these stores, people!!!

Love this place for arts a crafts

This Dollar Tree seems bigger and they have a lot more items than the one on San Mateo and Academy. When I have a ride I prefer coming to this one instead of the one on San Mateo and Academy. That one is good for walking distance, and its like hit-and-miss they dont ever seem to have everything I need. So I come here.

Very clean they were wiping down carts when I walked in. The employees were all wearing masks and were very nice. I am glad I stopped.

Its definitely a dollar store... Everything is a dollar... Dont expect anything fancy, so far the people working there have been fantastic.

This store is very understaffed. Long wait time at check out. Only one cashier. You better have plenty of time if you shop here. Great location though.

This Dollar Trees has a lot of empty space on the shelves. But they have a great freezer section and cold foods section that included fresh eggs. The cashier was almost friendly but blurted were selling out when I asked if his store carried a specific product I was looking for, before I told him what the product was. LOL. This store had customers yelling aloud at their toddlers and no background music. A bit rough on the senses. Its also small compared to other Dollar Trees. Ill head to the Wyoming location next time.

This store seems to have a great variety in stock regularly. The store associates are always very helpful and friendly.

This particular dollar tree has only one shopping cart which makes it hard or impossible if youre disabled or elderly or if you have a lot of things to buy. I feel they need to remedy this problem by providing at least 30 shopping carts available to their customers.

I have been to the store multiple times and they are never open when they’re supposed to be. Online hours will say open and no one will be at this location when I get there. It’s incredibly frustrating. All the lights are on in the store yet no one is there.

The store is ok, but they keep closing at 8pm when it says 9pm on Google. Please update the closing time if it is now earlier. Really annoying trying to go and having the place close on you.
