It was clean and fairly well staffed. The back wall had some Halloween costumes out. I was a little surprised but if your looking for a good selection now your time. They seem to actually have more stuff for girls parties than boys. I did find what I needed at great prices. The carry a lot of variety including a lot of fun unicorn decorations. They do have some pinata also.

I went to go get some supplies for a tropical themed garden party. I had never been here before and was amazed by all the stuff they have for any type of party. Its all very inexpensive as well.

Things here are well organized, but you have to know where they are to find them without walking down every aisle. A gentleman asked a worker if they had any Star Wars stuff, and she said just whats on the shelves, without telling him he had to go a section over and two aisles back. But great variety for any and every occasion.

I can usually always find what I need for good prices!

Addison and Tho were such a big help in getting a balloon order done for me within 20 minutes tonite. Both were pleasant and careful to make sure my order was correct. Addison was fun to talk to and interested in what I had to say. Great job to both of you!

Traveled 2+ hours. Was very busy. Got over 20 items of party supplies and the cashier tried to stuff my items all in one very thin plastic bag. Which started to rip and continued to stuff it still. Even after I told her the bag was ripping. Lol and 15 mins after leaving I realized there was some of my items missing so I had to go back. Which the same cashier claims she ran out after us. But I was parked there for 10 mins before leaving.

Customer service is awful. Very rude. They tried to tell me I was lying because I didnt have a receipt saying I purchased my balloons there, therefore they wanted to charge me double to inflate them. Made us late to a childs party . If I could leave 0 stars u would

I over herd a worker saying she came in contact with a person with covid.. she say she did not want to go get tested because she did not want to miss work or even get the test done. She as well said her mother had covid and did not tell any manager and kept it to herself. I honestly think this place should not stay open if their workers are going to have that type of behavior. That one woman should be band and fired from there because she does not take the restrictions seriously. When I over herd her taking I wanted to leave the store asap.

Staff were helpful and kind, parking is a bit small, but not busy. However, they ran out of hanging door decor, but they helped me find something better.

Supes surprised with how well stocked this place is! Guess it makes sense but man it was so nice to walk around inside again (I hate online shopping). Been coming to this location for years and they always have it goin on. Just happy to be able to shop in store, friendly service for the most part and as always, tones to choose from!!!

It almost seemed like its day was done. The shelves were partially stocked and the costume area was near bare....but perhaps this state is common before October stocking begins?My son needed a high quality, recognizable costume and they had nothing. On a different note...I always bought these type of things from them in the past and was satisfied. In the end we went directly across the street to Spirits and were blown away!!!!Sorry Party City never thought this day would come.

Great store, but really looking for strawberry shortcake party supplies for my grand daughter

This is a pretty good size party store, and we had fun shopping our way through several holidays! Its also the only place where we could find Mickey cupcake supplies, not even Amazon had regular size Mickey cupcake papers! We also ended up with quite a few party favors, a few toys, and some cake supplies, all for under $20. I also love how theyve organized party supplies by character themes! You can buy favors in bulk packages or mix and match them individually. They also had party games, yard decor, board and card games, and candy. If you need it for a party, you can probably find it here!

Ordered balloons as part of a suprise for my friend who was not able to have a baby shower due to COVID. Went to pick out the balloon colors and ordered them for Sunday. Went to pick up Sunday and they werent ready. Showed them my reciept and confirmation order for Sunday and they said the order had been moved to Monday... Hmmmm. No refund, no sorry. And suprise ruined.

I have gone to this Party City for years. They never disappoint me. I have found party supplies, costumes, wonderful gift ideas and the staff has always been great. Therese has done an outstanding job. I look forward to my next project knowing they will have supplies to make it rock.

Fast friendly service for all your party needs

Good place and good employees. Sells nice holiday party supplies year round. But when you first get in side you will wish you didnt have your sense of smell because it smells extremely mildewy. But when your in there for a few minutes youll get use to it.

Great party supplies for all your party and holiday events. The customer service is not good unfortunately. If you are waiting to speak to someone at the balloons or to check out, no one will acknowledge you and are often rather rude and not helpful if you have questions.

Website says costumes are in stock, but it is not always true when you get to the store. I wish they would indicate the sold out costumes on the wall of pictures too. Otherwise good selection.

I think that that crew that worked last night on Tuesday October 17th was some of the rudest people and most inconsiderate type of sales associates that could be employed by any store from the get-go coming into the store being our first time of course expecting a greeting of welcoming which we never received and the first employee we encountered was talking on the phone and when we attempted to ask him a question he brushed us off by saying ,oh Im sorry Im going on break but yet he failed to direct us in the direction of another associate or even offer some kind of solution a second employee just kind of ignored us everybody just walked around like they didnt care and even when we got to the cash register to check out we were treated with rudeness and the most unskilled unprofessional salesperson that you could ever come across I didnt really see anything special about the store the costume seem very cheap yeah there was a lot of neat ideas but to me its not worth the effort or the trip to the store you can locate many of those items easily at other stores online and they would treat me like a normal human being would be treated especially for going into the store and looking to make a purchase its hard earned money that we spend and we deserve the courtesy and normality that goes along with a pleasant shopping experience and if I could give them no stars and even negative Stars thats what I would give them

Party City was great. The manager and employee took great care of me. I had two carts full of items and the cashier was patient and kind. The manager made sure the items I received were ringing up correctly and she retrieved a bogo item that I forgot to get.

They have good stuff. If you need little perks for your party, this is the place. Quick run in and get it. Pretty well organized. 5 stars would be available with a little cleaning of the store.

I purchased a mask and shoe covers for a witchs costume, several days before Halloween. There were no visible signs anywhere with return policy that no returns after 10/24. No warning was issued by sales clerk who handled purchase. The mask caused my skin to itch and the shoe covers didnt fit. The purchase came to over $30, which is a lot in my budget. I tried to return the items 24 hours later and was informed that the sale was after 10/24 and non-returnable. I asked to be shown where that policy was displayed and why didnt personnel didnt make a comment before I purchased. I was asked to show my receipt and in very small print on the back was the warning about returns after the date. The purchase had to be made in order to know about the date and return policy. DISGUSTING RIPOFF PRACTICE. I HAD NEVER SHOPPED AT PARTY CITY BEFORE THAT TIME, AND NEVER WILL AGAIN. I WILL TELL MY STORY TO AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE IN ORDER TO WARN PEOPLE OF THEIR UNTRUSTWORTHY TREATMENT OF THE PUBLIC.

Love this place for party stuff. it was sad to see that didnt carry a lot of graduation stuff for December graduations (collage). but over great really liked the staff they were helpful in finding what we needed.

Had to buy my own helium tank as the rubber balloons dont last long. The cellophane balloons are rather expensive but the staff was great and knowledgeable.

Customer Service was ok, there was nothing wow about my visit. The fact is a knew what I was looking for and only purchased what was needed. A business like this would be more profitable and benefit from not only greeting their customers but proactively offering assistance. Even inquiring about what event their customer is shopping for and knowing their products they could easily add on sales by positioning things that the customer would benefit from but not have thought about. Last comment I have is regarding the conditions of the store and the reason I only gave them 2 stars, the place was a mess completely disorganized and there were empty shelves. There were things thrown on the floor and employees who passed by without taking the initiative to pick things up.

They are pricey but have EVERYTHING!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Good selection of cheap party items...a real metropolis. I found stuff priced lower than Walmart. They can definitely hook you up if you need helium balloons. Plus I was totally shocked at how much Christmas merchandise they had this year. Thanks for being awesome, Party City!

Employees going through the motions like they are dead inside. I bought a black light bulb 🚦, I was overcharged and pointed it out to the cashier. She just nodded and lazily said I must have gotten it from the wrong spot. She almost had me convinced but it was bothering me. After I paid I went back myself and saw I was right. I had been overcharged. Back in line, different cashier, the last who had rung me up the first time disappeared.. New cashier doesnt question me, but proceeds to answer the phone and talk to someone while she was helping me...??? When she was done, she had to call a manager... 🙄. It was only a refund for $1, I know its not much but its the principle. I had initially told the first cashier she was overcharging me and she dismissed me. Manager finally does the refund, no apologies. Very annoying. Lazy customer service. I was in customer service for 10 years, this was extremely bad. If you dont want to be there, find a job youd rather do, but sheesh. Party city more like lazy city.

After leaving that other Halloween place very unhappy with the staff. Party city was so organized and ready for the massive crowd. Finding a costume for my little girl was easy, the staff brings it to you and there was 6 people at the checkout line. I noticed it was moving fast so we stayed longer to shop for more stuff! This will be our first stop for all holiday goodies! Happy Halloween everyone! Thank you party city!

Halloween time! Just picked up a bunch of party supplies for my kiddos b day bash. Great prices and they carry helium tanks.

They have some cool costumes and everything you need. Just no one to help you or get things off the top racks for you. Literally the only employee I saw while I was there was the cashier.

My review is for PETER PIPER PIZZA (not Party City) where i love going with my son and my granddaughter! ! Lots of fun, plenty of food, like my kids before her, my granddaughter loves the games and does the whole thing by herself including the fun foto booth!! Easy to keep your eyes on your kids, eat and leave happy! 🍕🍕🎉🎉

This seemed like a fairly large Party City and had lots to offer. Was also clean and organized, and it seemed well staffed. Nothing over the top to share, overall just a nice Party City.

A bit pricey as usual

Bad. Line was long for balloons. Employees did not seemed to be in control of anything. Too many employees doing nothing but, standing around doing nothing to help customers in very long line. Store was overly stocked, dirty. There was maybe six to seven people in store, all in the long line and cashiers just standing and staring from there registers. Next time I will just go buy helium.

Great experience. Picked up a balloon bouquet for a friend in the hsp. Was fast, easy, I chose what I wanted, and so much less expensive than my ordering online and having delivered. Folks were efficient and friendly.

I found some cute string lights for my granddaughters bedroom for her 11th birthday. She loved them❣

It has what you need for get-togethers but I always feel that many things are over priced (especially the balloons). The place is also not very clean and the carts are old. Though, it is organized and easy to find the themes or items you are looking for.

Could use more items. Employees hover over you like your going to steal. Made me uncomfortable. I just purchased what items I found and left. I am handicap so handicap carts would be nice. I will go back. I hope my next experience will be better.

Ive always had great customer service with this place every time I go and the cashier saw me looking at the balloons and when I went to go purchase them and have them blown up she said that they cant do walk in that I would have to set up a time and date to have them filled worst customer service ever and than she had an attitude when I asked of the other location could take walk ins and she said in had to call them.. lost my business ever going back to that location
