The salesman who evaluated my roofing situation was very good at making a sale, it was a very good presentation, unfortunately the prices that I was quoted is nothing less than criminal. $53,000 for an asphalt shingle roof and almost $100,000 for a metal roof...seriously? Those prices are not even realistic, I would not give a company like this any business.

We knew our roof was getting old so I called on the Erie roofing advertisement that I saw and within a few days we were meeting with Nick our salesman. Nick was awesome and answered all of our questions. When it came time for the roof install the materials were delivered on a Wednesday and by Saturday morning at 7:00am we had about 11 guys and girls on the roof taking care of business. Before the end of the day on Saturday we had a total of 15 workers getting the roof wrapped up with minor stuff to complete on Sunday. Everyone was very cooperative and helpful. The cleanup was great too. Awesome experience and would definitely hire them to do more work.

I highly recomend Erie Roofing. They did a phenomenal job on our roof. The quality of the materials they used are excellent. It was a little pricey, but it is so worth it. The couple who installed our roof were amazing, very quick and efficient.

We found everyone involved to be willing to work with us to make the installation of our metal roof to be as painless. as possible. Questions and phone calls were answered quickly and completely. All were patient and understanding. These things are important to us. The roofing material speaks for itself. Very Impressive. The quality of the workmanship will only be known with time. It looks great to us.

This is not a review but a comment to a person who said a negative review about this company. If a professional is going to drive out to your home on his gas and in his time the minimum a home owner can do is both husband and wife be available to listen and ask questions. I feel it is very disrespectful to the sales rep if both home owners/ husband/ wife are not present. This is how these sales reps put food on their table for their kids and when you are making an investment on your home both home owners need to be there because how are you going to know what questions to ask if youre both not present and in addition it is impossible to make a decision without consulting with the other homeowner and thats not fair to the sales rep who is trying to help the home homeowners out and make a living for himself and his family so it just makes sense that both are available for a free demonstration. Dont you think it is mutually beneficial to have husband and wife available?

Roofing installation was done in the winter in snow and cold weather. Erie roofings subcontractors did an excellent job. The roof looks great and they were professional in all aspects of the install. Of course it took longer than anyone expected but very happy with the final product. Would definitely recommend them!

The crew was on time. There where a few hick-ups but all went very well. Our new roof looks great. Would definitely recommend them. Went the extra mile for us. Did a great job with clean up. Love our new roof.

Despite the sales tactics being a bit on the high pressure side, the sales rep, Mike, was fantastic and really took his time to answer questions and explain the process. The back office was very helpful and responsive when I had to make a change. The contractors did a great job on the actual work. The roof looks so much better now and has held up to the high winds here so far. Definitely recommended.

Just got my roof done today. From step one everything went very smooth. Before signing up my salesman educated me to help me make the right decision for my home. Seeing the quality products they use in comparison to other companies helped me make my decision. The roofers showed up on time and were very kind and professional. They were also very timely and diligent about completing their work. Was very happy with the end result. Wouldnt hesitate to call Erie Construction again.

Working with Larry (sales rep) and Mike (from corporate) was super easy. They took the time to explain the whole process. Mike was available along the way to answer questions. The install team work super fast and had our roof torn off and replaced in two days. The team was hard working. They cleaned up as they went and you couldn’t tell they were there.

HI!! I am very very happy with the professionalism and the quality of work that was done. without elaborating too much with details, I found there was a very large disconnect between the different agencies and different departments. The communication between the departments seemed to be lacking. The poor project manager Tony, was bombarded with all of our frustrations because he was our only point of contact, and we felt terrible for him because it sounds like that sort of stress happens to him all of the time.We were not informed when the dumpster was showing up. It was parked directly in the middle of my driveway, so that we could not park the car for the duration, through the weekend till mid week. There was no communication to us to say that a permit wasnt pulled the day they tried, to no fault of yours, but I wasnt contacted about this conflict. However, the workers promptly showed up on time, were very friendly, punctual, and extremely efficient!!!! they didnt have a permit to show up, my husband was home and the poor workers were just fulfilling a contract and had no idea what was going on. That is all.. I have spoken with the administration and related these concerns.Overall, we are extremely happy with the professionalism of Brendan, our salesman, and the administration, and with follow ups and concern! This company was Amazing from start to finish. From its friendly sales person to the actual workers who installed my new roof. I was very apprehensive of buying a large purchase, but they worked with me to find an affordable financing plan! Our new roof is stunning and I am so happy with this company and all they do

Had a good experience with the sales rep Rick and the project manager Jim. They were very professional and answered all our questions. We really like our roof and installation was pretty quick. Would have liked them to have cleaned up a little better but I would recommend going with this company if youre in the market for a new roof.

Doesnt provide a quote to a single homeowner. The last thing my spouse wants to do in thier day off is listen to a sales pitch. They pretty much hung up on me when I said they wouldnt be sitting in for thier presentation. I left a similar comment on Facebook and they deleted it. A company that isnt transparent or moderately flexible cant be trusted.

I am a landlord who has always tried to save as much money as possible putting roofs and windows etc by hiring subs on by only a price factor which had bit me in the butt. Erie construction has opened my eyes to what professionalism looks like from start to finish. They installed the roofs in a very organized manner as far as roofing goes. Everything was picked up and I believe we will be doing business together in the future!

Nothing but the best! What a great experience from meeting with the inspector to clean up at the end. Crews worked hard throughout the entire project. Our yard was spotless when the project was complete. When any questions popped up getting in touch with someone was simple.

I am very pleased with the results! I worked with Larry (sales rep) and Angel (sale rep trainee) and was very pleased. I knew it was time for a new roof and couldn’t hold off on getting it done much longer. They went into a lot of detail in how the installation would be done and informed me of how bad my roof really was. I was a little hesitant at first but after talking with them for a while I felt very confident the company wouldn’t let me down. My roof was installed one week ago. The whole process was very easy right from the first call to the finished product. The salesman that came to my house was very knowledgeable and the crew that put on my new roof was fast and efficient. Everything went well and was all cleaned up when they left.All in all it has been a very positive experience.

I’d like to start off by saying that the entire process from the initial contact with the representative, (Brendan), to wrapping up the installation was virtually seamless.He arrived early, was respectful of my request to wear a face mask, and was overall very professional in his demeanor. He answered my questions with patience and at no point did I feel pressured or baited.I was, in all honesty, not in terrible need of getting my roof replaced, but after learning about the other products out there and how easy it is to get taken advantage of I decided to be proactive and invest in my home.I’ve never dealt with a roofing contractor before, but I can say with certainty that Erie Construction sets the bar for quality and overall satisfaction.Negative: I found a couple pieces of scrap material in the back yard, so I called the manager and he sent out an employee to do a second clean up and they made it right. (To be fair, it was rainy and windy that day, so it is what it is.)Thank you, Erie!

Ill be honest I was very surprised with how fast Erie got ahold of me; I asked for more information on 6/23 and was meeting with Larry on 6/25. Unlike the other two companies I called he showed up and took the time to explain what was going on with my roof to my wife and I. I recently purchased an old farm house and was looking to get information on metal vs. asphalt options for a replacement roof. Michael, the sales man that came to my home, was very profession. He inspected the roof and the attic for signs of damage. He took his time explaining the products and had samples with him for me to look at in my home. Ultimately, I think I will be using this company for a roof sometime down the road.

Sales person, Mike was very informative and worked with our needs. (Mike should ask if customer would like him to wear a mask covering)Tony, (scheduler) had to be called to schedule our roof. After coming up with date I was prepped and ready for roof to be removed. At 11:45 I called to see if they were coming and was told he had wrong date written down. Tony did offer to get a crew together and send them my way. Problem was our home is 3 hrs away. I suggested they wait until Tuesday morning.Tuesday I was up and ready, texted Tony at 10 AM to ask what time I should expect crew? He said they were on their way and he would give a call to check their eta. I received a voicemail from Fernando stating they would be arriving Wednesday morning between 8-8:30. When I asked Tony he stated that he spoke to Fernando and suggested we wait since there was a 50% chance of rain. Not happy but understood and did not want our roof leaking. Thank you Fernando It Did rain.Wednesday morning arrived and in pulled a crew of 3 at 8:20. Introduced themselves. Scoped out the job and got right to work. Very professional and very polite. Stated that supervisor Fernando has supplies and trailer were on there way and should arrive within a few hours.Excellent workers!. put out tarps, had all required tools needed.I put out some cold water and snack for them. I supplied a can of bee spray for them until Fernando could arrive with additional.Within the few hours Fernando did arrive with an additional crew member.This crew worked non stop only taking a 1/2 hour lunch break.Roof was off and new roof was being installed in no time. Every person had a job and looked very comfortable preforming their service.Working into the evening and finishing by flashlight at 9:45 PMCleanup was fantastic! Everyone worked together.Fernando returned the next day to caulk and flash around the chimney.Very pleased with the job.

Erie construction gave my parents a beautiful roof. The sales team was not pushy and explained every step to my elderly parents. The install manager (tony curran) was accurate on materials and also explained all materials to my parents. He was concerned about there schedule for scheduling the work and answerd all there questions. The actual roofing team was polite, and maintained a safe work environment, they also answerd any questions and addressed any concerne my parents had. The roof was put on in one day!! The roofing manager explained completion paperwork to my parents before they signed. Our experience with erie construction was amazing. I would recommend there service to everyone needing a roof.

It started with a big problem back and forth with the bank. The online application process was laughable, they had to send us the online electronic signature several times. They finally had to deliver the papers in person to sign.We needed a Saturday install, because my wife works from home. We were told this was no problem, which became an issue later. They were supposed to call us to let us know when they were going to come. The crew just shows up on a Thursday, for a Saturday install, and wanted to get started working. They were told no, we found out later that they were just there to scope out the job. That was not what was said to me. Unfortunately, when they came we had just started a forced 2 week quarantine. If they had called ahead, we could have told them. When we were off quarantine, we let them know. They told us they would be there the next weekend. They were a NoShow, after my wife waited around all morning for them. The next week they finally came to get the job done. This after they tried to deliver the materials twice without calling ahead so we could have the cars moved.Ok, so the day of the installation. They kept asking about the back porch. It seemed like they didnt know what the job was they were hired to do, just more miscommunication. They never put down any plastic or tarps, although they did an ok job of cleanup. They put some of their equipment on the neighbors lawn. They were sitting on our porch furniture when my wife came back from the store. Very unprofessional crew.Throughout the whole process the communication from the company was terrible. We were never informed that they would need to cut a ridge along the peak of the roof. This was my mistake, knowing that they install a vent now, but still was never told that there would be a huge mess down the middle of the attic. Luckily, I am doing some remodeling up there and there wasnt that much there. But there was still a huge mess.When we met with the salesman the first day, he was trying to work with us to get the best deal for us. We were told we could get 90days deferred, if that would help with cost. Since we have other repairs to the house to pay for asap, that was a selling point. Well guess what, the bank that approved us did not give us 90 days. Was this communicated to us before signing the contract, NO. Yes it was our mistake for signing without reading fully, but it was a straight up deal, we trusted them, big mistake.Now to their customer service, it is just as bad. It took several attempts to contact them before the manager finally got back to me. He stated on three different occasions he would look into my concerns and call me back. He did not, until I contacted him. He also made me feel like my concerns and my being upset was over the top.I talked to the installation manager about the issues we had the day of installation. He gave me the standard customer service brush off and tried blaming the salesman for the issues with the attic mess.When I talked to the manager about the mixup with the 90day deferral, he pulled the legal card. You know sir, you have a signed contract with the bank. He made me feel stupid about assuming that what the salesman had promised was what we were going to get. He made NO attempt to make it right, or try to satisfy me.I do not feel that what we got was worth the money.BOTTOM LINE, DO NOT USE ERIE CONSTRUCTION, THEY ARE TERRIBLE.I posted this same comment on their Facebook page on several of their comments also. They were all deleted, and I am now blocked from commenting.

I hated this place because they stole $1500 from my bank account....I had sent 8n the cancellation notice with the 3 day period and they didnt wait the grace period to charge my account , in addition Larry, the sslesman,(con artist) said they wouldnt charge the account until he made contact with me first.....
