My father-in-law had Drawdy install a new roof on his home in 2019. He is currently selling his home but the roof failed inspection. The inspector (s) said that the roof was installed over rotten wood among other problems. When contacted by the realtor Drawdy refused to take responsibility or make repairs. In order to sell his house now my father-in-law is having to pay $8k + for roof repairs to someone who knows what he is doing.

Still waiting on an estimate and never heard back from the company. I wont beg anyone to take my money. So glad another local company was willing to take my business.

Very very very unproffesional. Called three different times to get a quote on an awning. I had other quotes and wanted to give them a shot at stealing the business. Ladies on the phone were very rude and not helpful. I had a deadline to meet which was over a couple days just for a quote and could not get a call back nor a time of a possibility when I would get a call... great job you just lost a $10,000 sale

Contracted with Drawdy Roofing in July of 2016 to replace my homes roof. The salesman praised how Drawdy was better than the competition, how they had a 5 year guarantee and how customer satisfaction was important to them. He also stated how they would work on a weekend if required to finish the job. They started the job on a Thursday and came back on Friday to complete the job. By Friday afternoon they ran out of shingles before finishing the job. I personally called the salesman Rick about this issue and was told there was nothing that could be done until the following Monday. So much for the working on the weekend to finish a job. That was the first red flag! On the evening of Friday, May 10, 2019 I noticed a wet spot on the ceiling in my kitchen. Keep in mind the roof is not quite 3 years old yet. Called Drawdy first thing the following Monday, May 13th to inform them of the leak and was told they dont guarantee storm damage repairs. It was explained to the woman that answered this call that the roof did not have storm damage but was leaking for some other reason. I asked if they could send someone out to try and figure out why my roof was leaking but she said they didnt have anyone they could send out at this time. She said she would inform Rick about our problem and he would call us. We didnt receive a return call so we called back on the 15th and 20th of May 2019. Each time we reminded the Drawdy representative of the 5 year guarantee, we were told they still didnt have anyone to send out to see about our roof. So evidently the 5 year guarantee is not worth the paper it is printed on and I can NOT recommend Drawdy Roofing to anyone!

They did a very good job. We are very pleased with our new roof.

Poor communication, had to keep calling to pin down inspection 8 months after hurricane. Inspector showed up and didnt even go on roof to inspect and write estimate, said they would check insurance companys estimate to make sure it covered everything. Sounds like they just wanted to make sure they got all of the money with no possibility of their estimate being less than insurance companys.

I know from experience you get what you pay for. These guys know what they are doing.

Draws did two houses of mine and they both leak. They have been out several times in attempt to patch. Having to seek out an actual professional. Also had a flat roof addition they didnt slope right, water puddles.

I love me some Drawdy Roofing! They have been a blessing in my life and the lives of my family! God Bless!
