Brought in one broken storm window, a very small job. They were super friendly and helpful and the repair cost much less than I expected.

Theyre so professional so nice and I allowed them to finish the work there they get so busy that their humility on their work comes first its so honorable to see someone work with so much humbleness I will always come to this company to get any kind of glass work done they really are the best they hold up to their reputation

I called this place twice, never received a phone call. I went there to the store and I talked to the lady behind the desk and she promised me that the second day I would have someone meeting me at my store at 3pm. On my way down to my store I received a call from the technician and he said he got there early and looked at the door and I explained that I wanted to meet him to explained the situation but he wanted it over the phone. Then I told him I wanted to replace the whole door and he said he’ll get back to me. And he stopped answering my calls. I went back to the shop and talked to the lady and she apologized and said they’re busy and that the technician will be back tomorrow at 3pm. He didn’t show up, I tried to call and now they are not taking any phone calls and that they won’t be accepting any new business. I went to the store and the lady said the technician was sick and couldn’t make it. I argued that I have now wasted 4 weeks waiting for them to come replace my door and another gentlemen told me to go find another company. They are unprofessional, no respect for clients and very big liars.

Reasonable priced professional service. Also very helpful & nice counter staff. I will use their services again & I would definitely recommend them with confidence to anyone. . .

There is no reason to go here. Please go somewhere else. They are overpriced and it’s just not worth it. Don’t say I didn’t warn ya

I needed replacement glass for a vintage display case. I needed at least 1/4 glass, which is not cheap, so I called around and found that Amazin glass had the best price. I was concerned because the frame in which the glass sits was a little bit off from perfectly square so rather than just giving them the measurements over the phone I brought the frame in to have it fitted. They had it for me in 2 days as promised and the results were perfect! I cant say enough about the friendly and knowledgeable service from Donna at the front desk and I would highly recommend them to anyone based on this experience.

Great service friendly it the place to go

I needed the glass replaced in my wood stove door. Got there at 8 when they opened and was leaving within 30 minutes with a great looking piece of glass replaced for a great price. Excellent high quality go-to installers for all your glass needs. No BSThey have replace the windshields on our foundations sprinter vans. Fast, easy and reasonably priced.They did a full store front installation including large windows, framing, trim and door at our building on 465 central Ave if you want to see their work.They were there within minutes when someone Broke in and smashed are door.These guys honestly have done most of his store fronts often down all of central Avenue and all over Albany. There are plenty of competitors but there is no competition if you need glasswork in the Capitol district.
