The new roof installation just done on my house. They start on time as it was scheduled originally. Did everything fast and clean after job very good.The big advantage compare to other contractors they always have somebody at front desk to answer your call. As result you get response to your needs very fast. And this doesnt make them more expensive than other.I would recommend anybody to deal with Home Evolution.

The first person we delt with was the sales rep, he was very nice and had lots of information for our questions. After that we had the installers come out and they were all fantastic, very fast and very kind and respected our boundaries. The whole experience was A+!

Great workmanship, I would highly recommend this company.I had my chimney and roof replaced and it was completed in just a few days and the yard had no nails or debris left behind. The people are friendly during construction worked with me as I had to go leave the home and return with pets numerous times.My neighbor recently had their chimney and roof done but by another company and I can clearly see that the shingles are not alignedand that the workmanship was not there.

Home Evolution replaced a 30 year old roof on my home. They met the estimated time to start the work and completed everything in one day.They were professional and made sure that all plywood was in good shape by replacing any that showed wear. I feel comfortable the roof is good now for many years to come. When they left, the property surrounding my home looked exactly as it did before the work began. Not a nail to be found anywhere. The workers were all very polite and before leaving we walked around the house and they made sure I was pleased with their work. I highly recommend Home Evolution. They do excellent work.

They replaced my aging roof within one day, and left the grounds in better shape than when they came. The foreman took time to explain to me what they found to correct, and answered my questions fully. I can highly recommend them.

Everything went great--from making the appointment to them coming out and fixing the problem. I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to determine the problem and fix it. Shout out to Alex who was the first who actually got out a ladder and climbed up on the roof to inspect it! All 3 other companies I had out for an estimate never did, and all three of them recommended new roofs costing thousands of dollars without recommending me to go via home insurance! Turns out it was a major issue with the entire roof. I am happy to report that it has since rained and there was no more leaking or shingles falling off! I am very happy with the work they did. I would absolutely hire them again and will highly recommend them to all my neighbors and friends.

So happy with the service provided. I received a new roof on my family home built in the 50s. The crew that arrived early in the morning immediately began my project. Their total attention was on the job at hand. I saw no one on their cell phone unlike my neighbors roofers. They made all the necessary repairs and took great care in protecting my home and landscape during my project. When they left the job site it was cleaner then when they arrived. We had some miscommunication regarding scheduling at the beginning which was quickly addressed. Our new roof is beautiful!!! The team arrived at 7am and worked like a well oiled machine. Everyone was professional and efficient. All were wearing masks until we assured them we had both of our vaccines and they did not need to wear them. Everything was cleaned up when they were finished and they went around the house and garage twice with a special magnet to make sure there were no nails left on the ground. Home Evolution removed my old roofing and installed new; from initial contact, to a sales rep visiting my home, to the crew manager on installation day, everyone was professional and knowledgeable. I had concerns over an old leak between my roof and porch roof. The crew assessed the situation and installed a water diversion. The next rainy day there were no leaks on my porch ceiling. Without hesitation, I recommend this company.

The office scheduled our estimation quickly, and the estimators were on-time, professional, thorough, and kind to all my kids and animals!Contrary to some one-star reviews, the estimators had no issue dealing with me, the wife of the household, in absence of my husband. Home Evolution did a great job for us. We hired them to replace our roof and fix other damage to our home as a result of a tree falling on our house. They were thorough and extremely professional and made a stressful situation easier to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I am satisfied with their service. Ive initially got a free estimate from Alex, who was knowledgeable, thorough and honest. He explained everything about the current roof condition and what need to be done in a way that I can understand. It was very helpful that he gave me several options with their pros and cons. On a separate day, I called them for a quick repair for wind damage on my roof, which they responded right away. After a few days I had another wind damage on the other part of my roof. Very frustrating. But Alex came a couple of hours after I called him and repaired it for free. Id recommend Home Evolution to my friends and will consider them number one option for future roofing services.

These guys are amazing. We bought our house in September only to be told by our lovely insurance company a month later that if we didnt replace the roof, they would be terminating our coverage. They gave us 30 days to get it all done. Igor came out to our house, gave us his presentation and quote and promised us that they would get our roof done by our required deadline. Their quote was reasonable and we couldnt be happier that we went with them. There was some rescheduling due to weather, but in the end, they got everything done in two days and the house looks amazing. They showed up at sunrise and didnt stop until the sun went down. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you so much for helping us out of a jam, Home Evolution!

Bottom Line: get another opinion. They came out and quoted an insane price for work that was unneeded (according to multiple other professionals). This guy is really just running a marketing company.He offers discounts for reviews on major platforms and then goes through all his great reviews as part of his act when selling services. Im also pretty sure thats illegal on googles platform, FYI. Then he pushes high pressure sales tactics. Example: quotes price, says you have x amount of time to secure it or itll go up, but maybe if you do it now hell also throw in z with it (small things). Then he sits in his truck for a bit, comes back out, says your name, and goes: if you do the financing now well knock a grand off.Guy is just into marketing, its not about roofing - he could be in any business, its all about jacking up prices on work that, in my case, did NOT need to be done (per 4 other professionals in the industry, locally). Just another scheister taking advantage of people who dont know any better.Avoid this company, there are a ton of other good businesses doing the same thing for better prices with the same or better quality in the area. Dont pay the guy with the best promotional material to do it. The prices are insane because he spends a fortune on advertising and getting to the first search result on Google. Good roofers dont need advertising because word of mouth is all thats required.

They promised alot and came up short. They said they keep a clean worksite and use tarps, not true. They wrecked my siding and marked up the paint (I gave them two stars from one because they did come back and fix the siding and paint). I had numerous issues with tiles not laying flat, they had to come back several times to fix them. There is better out there, not sure why they are rated so high. I would definitely use someone else if i had to do it again.

Weve been so impressed. Id describe everyone as polite, extremely knowledgeable, very hard working, and dedicated. They go above and beyond, and are refreshingly honest and straightforward. No games or high-pressure tactics. And they are kind, which is rare these days. I would absolutely recommend them and they would be my first call when our roof needs replacing.

Alex and his team were terrific!! My roof was done last spring. They were professional and thorough. They showed me real time video, before, during and after the job to allow me to ask questions and review their progress. I love my front deck and gutters, in addition to the roof itself. If I could give this place a zero star I would. We told them from the very start that our house was a SIPS panel house and they said they could do the roof no problem. It was clear from the start that the crew had no idea what they were doing. They completely ruined one side of the roof and knocked down the railing on our front porch ( it was replaced but left for us to paint). They finally figured out how to do the job and the other side of the roof looks better but we have had multiple leaking issues in the area of our chimney. The job was done almost 4 years ago and we have had them at our house multiple times every year for leaks in the same spot and the warped roof on the front side of our house. They have ignored the warping every single time they have looked at it. Initially saying we should just let it settle. Then claiming it was because of the SIPS panels (even though the other side looks fine because a supervisor finally showed up on the job and told the crew how to do the roof). Worst over priced roofing company out there.

If you love having someone waste your time and generally hate yourself, Home Evolution is the roofer for you! Last year, I signed a contract to replace my roof in Hudson, but they took so long to get mobilized that the rubber needed for my roof couldn’t set because it got too cold! Then this year, they come back to the same job, take two weeks and multiple phone calls, only to find out that owner says “they have never done a project like mine before, so they are passing.” Extraordinarily disrespectful of my time - they should have just told me upfront!

I did not have a good experience. I requested a quote for residential siding. The response to my request was fairly quick. However, weeks went by after the first visit and did not hear back. Upon calling the office, I was assured that the quote would be forthcoming .I sent a follow-up email and eventually the quote appeared. The written quote was extremely unprofessional as it did not break down any material costs, the type of material, labor cost or timeframe to complete the project. The only item that seemed Important on the written quote was your payment options. I also noticed that during the in person quote, I had to prompt and ask a lot of questions. I was hopeful that the contractor would ask me more questions about the project, the types of material that are available, etc. It simply was not a good experience and I decided not to move forward using this company.

I had my roof done by Home Evolution about 6 months ago and was amazed they called me recently and asked if they could inspect the roof. They wanted to make sure every thing was ok with the workmanship. When it was installed they were friendly and very professional. It was done in no time. When they were done and cleaned up I was asked to inspect the area to make sure all material was picked up and clean. I was very happy with the work. Very good experience overall. Igor has been great to work with. He initially quoted the job about a year ago and followed-up today to make sure everything was still good. The roof did great through the rather strong winds this winter and no leaks. The initial walk through included reviewing a video of the current state of the roof which is a nice touch. We have a rather large and complex, asphalt shingle roof including sky lights and solar panels. It was impressive how quickly their crew tackled prep, removal, and install. Trash management and cleanup was top notch. All work was done in a single, nice weather day which is no small feat considering the complexity of the roof and replacing three skylights. Very impressed with the final installation. Everything is straight and looks sharp. The solar panel install crew even commented on the high quality roof install.

Problem was thought to be a roof leak that builders service person & a plumber could not find in multiple visits over many months while the leak & its damage continued. Replaced all the windows (21 total) a few weeks ago and they did a great job. It’s an old house, so window frames were far from straight, but they took their time and made everything look really great. Would definitely recommend them and will use them for future projects.

Great experience! We highly recommend them. We had a few other companies give us estimates, and Shawn was by far the most thorough. He was the only person to actually get on our roof so he could inspect it properly. He took pictures of the areas of concern, walked us through each one, and explained the recommended repairs. This was Thursday, and they were at our home by Monday to begin the work! Due to weather (obviously out of their control), they finished up Tuesday. Leo and Joe were polite, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure our home was well taken care of. They cleaned up any debris and the yard looked spotless. Home Evolution replaced my roof 5 years age. They did an outstanding job. I have since moved and the roof on my new home was leaking. Igor came to my home yesterday repaired the leak. Inspected entire roof and repaired several other problem spots. Another outstanding job.

While not the most inexpensive option, they are very thorough with the details of everything they provide for the money. My new roof looks great and the quality of workmanship and materials is good. My whole roof took their crew only 5 hours to do and my yard had no nails, etc. on it after they were done. All of their staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are hands down the best company I’ve ever worked with in the capital region. I’ve used them now for work at two properties for multiple projects. Several of my family members have used them for their roof replacements as well and all of us recommend them highly to people that we know. They work FAST and the quality is top notch. They want you as a homeowner to make informed decisions, everyone I spoke to was really personable and willing to help. When we buy our next property I’ll be giving them a call if and when we need a new roof, siding, or windows.

We had a great experience with Home Evolution. We have a low-slope metal roof that has leaked on and off for years. After getting the runaround from a few other companies, we signed on for a new EPDM roof. Andre and his team did a great job: they showed up early each day, worked constantly and let me know what was going on. The company stuck to my quoted estimate price. As others have said, theyre not the cheapest but Id gladly pay extra for a contractor who shows up and does professional work.

Home Evolutions just installed a new roof on my home. I could not be more pleased with the excellent work and professionalism. From Alex who came when I had a terrible leak into my house and explained to me what happened. He went up on my roof and took a video. Showed me exactly what it was. Explained my options. No pressure. My choice to do what I wanted. I decided to replace the entire roof (24 yrs old). When they came to do the roof they were most cognizant of my property. They came right on time and it took them 10-1/2 hours to complete the job on a very complicated roof. The materials they ordered were exact. The foreman Vadim took great pains to fix the main problem himself while his team worked on the entire roof. He was polite and very professional and caring of my property. They did an excellent job. Each member of his team worked very hard, including 2 women. Never wasted a minute. I am so happy with my roof and feel so much safer with it. They are not cheap but I was not looking for a bargain when it comes to my home. Their price was very fair. I highly recommend this company.

Very pleased with the work done on my roof. Landscaping was well protected and only 1 small bush was damaged. 1 screen was damaged on the side of the house (no ability for tarp to catch roof debris) and Igor was quick to reimburse me for that repair. After roof was replaced I decided to also replace gutters and downspouts with HE. That too went well, although I was not informed that the workers were coming out... They simply showed up.2 reasons for missing 5 stars. First was the cleanup. Generally very good, but a number of nails did show up after the first heavy rain. Apparently nails either in the gutters or on the roof that came down during the rain. Second reason was the lack of notification for the gutter subs. Otherwise, I was very pleased and highly recommend HE.

Overall an excellent experience working with Home Evolution. The estimate was very well presented and informative. It took ~3 weeks from the estimate to work scheduled. On the job day everyone arrived around 730 and worked through the day to replace the house and garage roof. The workers were very efficient. Everything was cleaned very well and quickly once complete at the end of the day. The work was reviewed with me and house walked down. The customer service was excellent and questions answered quickly.

I called Alex - the owner of Home Evolution to make an appointment. With in a day or two he was there to give us the quote. Although the price was higher than others, it addressed chimney and roof stack problems, so I was spared having to find a mason to provide some significant flashing repairs. Also, according to Alex, other companies underestimated the number of shingles needed which would have impacted those lower estimates. Premium roof vent Home Evolution uses should provide better temperatures and ventilation in the attic.Hottest day of the summer for my roof install, so required another visit to seal some areas and that, too, was completed promptly. Absolutely awesome company to have a roof done by. Igor did an awesome job when he came out for the estimate and I can honestly say the work done was worth every penny. I thought I had a leaking skylight. Home Evolution came out and quoted the job. When they did the work, they found that it wasnt the skylight, and found the real problem, incorrectly installed ridge vent, fixed. I was getting occasional leaking through the ceiling in the kitchen. I can now tape, spackle, and paint the kitchen ceiling and feel like the issue is resolved.

From the moment Alex came over for the estimate to the final moments with Dave, we couldnt have been more pleased with our new roof. Our experience was highly satisfied with professionalism from Alex, whom provided our estimate in terminology I easily related too. Prior to our actual date for installation our roof leaked & a team came over to tarp the area of concern & returned 2 days later to begin our replacement. It was amazing the team removed shingles, replaced boards & installed new shingles along with clean up along their whole process. 7am-6pm the roof warriors prevailed! Clean up was immaculate. I was critical of a few areas under front windows where shingles didn’t fit flush, however, Alex came next day to witness the error & as it was a particular rainy week, within 2 days roof warriors returned to complete the project. My neighbor had a new roof and siding installed by Home Evolutions and it looked great, I got their number from a lawn sign after the work was completed. The estimate was equal to or lower than other contractors that had inspected our roof. Igor suggested we contact our ins co as we had severe wind damage, he helped with the claim and met with their adjuster. None of the others companies suggested we do this. Claim was settled, premium materials and installation completed on time and the work from start to finish was nothing less than outstanding, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof.

Ill start off by simply saying they were the highest quote we got for our roof. We still chose them.Our house is a smaller house but it had mold problems in the attic from years of neglect by previous owners and some install mistakes by myself. They inspected the attic, told me what needed to be done and surprised me at how it wasnt the end of the world. They laid out all the costs, where we could save money and we signed the contract that day.They showed up on time (7am) and were done by 5pm including cleanup. This job consisted of replacing ALL the plywood on the backside, new vents and vent hood for the bathroom exhaust, cutting and install a full length ridge cap and drip edge etc.Crew was very knowledgeable of code, best practices and tips for us to make the rest of the house look good (not a sales pitch either!). I couldnt ask for more.

They really know how to carry out the job to the entire satisfaction of their customer in a very good manner. Alex, Alex ,Dave, Igor and Ivan were the best . From the estimate, to the office coordination to the actual installation - it was seamless. Alex used the camera on his phone when he got up on the roof and taped all the issues and replayed them for me on his tablet so I did not have to squint to see it. The estimate was detailed and described what exactly needed to be done. Dave, Igor and Ivan (the installers) knew what needed to be done because they had Alexs video and all 3 were VERY knowledgeable about installation and showed me the problems that they were fixing. Above all - everyone was kind and courteous - thanks home evolution.

We did not appreciate his high pressure sales pitch or how he was clearly annoyed when we told him we simply couldn’t afford the asking price. He quoted us double what other companies have asked for. He claimed that his products are superior, but double the price superior? He beat around the bush with the price then made it seem like we wasted his time in the end.

Home Evolution is roofing company that I would highly recommend. They completed the job in timely fashion. They came back and did more work me on my flat roof as well.

Mostly great finished result of the roof replacement. I was super disappointed with the clean up. There were nails and debris still left behind and there was grime all over the white metal siding of our home. There is a big seam right in the middle of the new front porch rubber epdm roof. I was told the roof could be one full piece of rubber. All the guys were very professional. I was kind of disappointed though, because Home Evolution was the highest price quote. After three weeks, I never heard back anything from the company. Seems like a commission based company. Really try to suck up to you during the install. Once they collect your 3 payments; deposit, installation, and final payment. They’re off to the next house.

They resided our house and put on gutters. They did a great job, did what they said that they would do and did it when they said they would. They were very helpful, cleaned up well and went out of their way to be sure that when they were done that they left happy customers, which they did. We would not hesitate to have them do anything for us, we could not be more pleased.

Alex and the Home Evolution team were awesome. They were efficient, careful and very helpful. We appreciated all of their time and hard work to help us fix our roof after Hurricane Irene.

They came when they said they would. Charged what they said they would. Did the fine job they said they would. They left before they said they would. That kind of says it, huh?

Alex came out to inspect the roof, actually climbed up on the roof, took a video and pictures to show us the damages. We had a leak above the kitchen, thought it might have been the step flashing, was actually the shingles were pretty damaged leaving a good amount of area for water to seep through to the plywood. We had a good amount of rotted plywood, the guys at home evolution came out and did an amazing job replacing the decking along with replacing all the shingles, couldnt be happier. Called them to replace some old windows as well, Leo was very helpful and took care of it fast. Highly recommend working with them!

The materials arrived as scheduled, and the next day the crew arrived as expected. They worked from the time they arrived until the project was completed with just a brief break for lunch. The foreman kept us up-to-date with the progress of the roof replacement and was able to answer any questions we had. The roof looks great!

They were more professional than any other roofing company we had interviewed. All employees we had contact with from start to finish were friendly and professional.However… they were more expensive than any other company we received quotes from.Ultimately we chose Home Evolution because they offered to work with our insurance company and help us through our insurance claim for damage we had on our roof. They did a great job of doing that!They began at 7am and completed by 6pm. They did the whole job in one day. The amount of work completed in that day was impressive.Because they are the highest ranked roofing company (almost all 5 star reviews) and the most expensive from our quotes, we held them to high expectations.We did have a few issues, that we, as the paying customer felt were unacceptable. Home Evolution true to their reputation has worked back and fourth with us in the weeks after our install to come up with a solution that renewed our faith in the quality, craftsmanship and service of their team.They truly do work hard to maintain good feed back and a positive reputation.

I couldn’t even get this company to come and quote a job. After they cancelled 5 appointments because of snow on the roof, I couldn’t give them any more chances to waste my time. Had I been informed of the snow problem (ridiculous for a company in upstate NY) I would have entertained a quote at a later date but that won’t happen now.

Had my roof replaced by Home Evolution. They did a great job. Arrived on time and the new roof was on and done by 3 pm the same day. Great workers who are committed to doing the best job possible and the clean up afterwards was impeccable. I would rate them a 12 on a scale of 1-10. Alex from home evolution have been great. They replaced my roof four years ago. Alex and his employees were on time and a great job cleaning up when they were done. And they even helped my wife back our out of the garage. A year after the job we had a ice dam. I called Alex and he was at my house a half hour later and helped me out. I had the pleasure of working with Alex and his team. The quote was fair and professional and he let me know that it would be done within 2 weeks. A week later, the roof was done. The shingles arrived on one day and 1-2 days after, the roofing team arrived and did a perfect job. The quality of the work was superb and there was no mess around the yard. Our experience with Home Evolution was absolutely fabulous. Igor was our Project Manager and from his initial assessment visit to his annual follow up visit he was the epitome of professional and competent. The communication was consistent and excellent. The demo and install crew were both professional and respectful to the property and landscaping (which was difficult as there was a lot to work around!) They had the entire roof done in a day and upon their departure, you would never have known an entire crew had been here save for the beautiful new roof. Home Evolution is the epitome of quality workmanship. I contracted with them to have my roof replaced. Vasiliy is a true professional. He came over, spent a good deal of time examining my roof, took pictures to talk to me about the problems it had, explained the process, told me about the different types of shingles, and he helped me pick out the right shingle type. The workers were prompt and quick, and importantly did a fantastic job and clean up. The roof did well during the first brutal winds of winter. Vasiliy came back in the spring to perform and inspection and see how the roof was holding up. The work done has improved my houses protection. Definitely a quality business. I will be referring them to all those who need roof replacement.
