I reached out to A&M glass after cracking my dual-paned french patio door during a recent move-in this past Saturday. Abbas was very responsive and arrived within the hour to provide a quote. He was able to get the glass pane in stock the following Thursday and promptly arrived to install the glass. My only constructive criticism would be that we didnt have much advanced notice for the installation, but luckily I was home to accommodate. The door had significant molding and glue cementing the damaged glass, and Abbas was able to painstakingly remove the glass from the door without damaging the frame or molding. By the time he installed the new pane, reattached the molding, and remounted the door - all that could be seen of the repair was some scratched paint. I am extremely happy with the job that Abbas and A&M performed and would highly recommend to any friends & family.

We called for a estimate to an unfortunate situation regarding the front house window and they were very responsive and arrived in a timely manner and was friendly at first. HOWEVER we just wanted an estimate (which is what was stated on the phone - as any company - would have to assess the situation) when they arrived, the gentleman Abbas just began clipping at the window when he was told to wait and that we simply wanted an estimate and a time frame. He replied that he has the best price and it cannot be beat and if we dont choose it or agree. Do not call him again. We notified him that we were currently just getting estimates as with everything going on with the pandemic, we want to be smart about things financially. And he again replied with dont call me again. I will not come back. And looking at the rest of the reviews..im sure he is great at what he does but that was just unprofessional and unacceptable. As you can see from his responses that he gives the lower reviews a hard time for their honesty.

He met me at his shop at 6pm on a Friday evening, advised me with adjusting my measurements for a out-of-square window frame, recommended a glass thickness and then expertly cut and de-burred the edges. We called A&M Glass at 6:00 PM and the owner, Abbas arrived at 6:10 PM to replace the metal framed window, which was the extremely difficult job but his work was beyond professional and beautiful!! He did not mind working after the normal business hours to help us. Otherwise we could not sleep well at night because of safety issue around the building.Thank you Abbas!!!

Just called and i kindly asked for a quote. i let supplier know what i was looking for. said person asked where i lived which i thought was strange. I answered him politely and then flat out told me i lived to far for his business lol. WHAT? I wasnt looking for delivery and i did not need it right away. sooo confused.I asked if he knew what i called for and that i didnt need delivery.he then gave me an outrageous quote and i thought to myself huh?

Someone tossed a rock through one of my front windows late Friday night. I called A&M, and he was out at my place within half an hour on Saturday morning. The price was fair, and he even warned me that there was a fee if I used a credit card to pay the bill. His work was clean and professional, and he had a warm personality even for the attention seeking cat that kept bothering him while he was working. Id recommend his services to anyone.

Called Abbas on Saturday which most glass companies are already closed on the weekends He was available and very helpful and friendly. He cut me two pieces to custom size at a great price. Even loaded them for me and ensured the edges were sanded down to prevent injury and increase the integrity of the glass. Great guy I will be using him for all my custom projects!

This man is a live saver. We called him at 11:00pm on a Saturday night after our oversized glass sliding door completely shattered on the inside. Abba answered, gave us advice, a quote and offered to come out the next morning...on SUNDAY at 8:00am. He was on time, super sweet, knowledgable, trust worthy. Cleaned up everything, measured and promised the door with in 3-5 days ( our glass needed to be special ordered due to size).He was extremely professional, called us on day 4 letting us know the glass was delivered to him, came the next day and took care of it perfectly! We highly recommend Abba.

After contacting many people, who did not return my call or show up to do the work to repair a broke window, A & M Glass was called on New Year’s Day. Without hesitation, he came within the hour of my call and completed the work within the next hour. I’m very satisfied with the complete work on my broken window and will definitely refer his services to others in need.

On Saturday evening at 5:00pm i called Abbas for emergency window glass repair and 0n 5:30 pm he was at my home. And on 6:00 pm job was downe. And i am very satisfied and i will refer him to all my friends and neighbors.

Abbas did a great job with my tempered double pane glass repair. Someone threw a rock into it and it smashed the outer pane. Abbas came in, removed the shutters, took out the bad pane, got it measured and replaced it quickly the same day! Very happy.

Great service from this company. They came right away to measure my window which had been broken by an Airbnb guest. Abbas ordered the window on Friday and replaced it on Thursday. With the invoice, I was able to recoup the expense from Airbnb. Win/win. Excellent service.
