Very unprofessional company with me and my family.Have continuously been patient and have not had someone come and replace some windows.We started off requesting Smith Glass replace cracked windows on our commercial building.Smith Glass replaced a few windows, and they look great.But they missed a few.So we have repeatedly reached out to them to come out and replace the remaining windows. It has been over 3 months, and the best they could do is send someone to look and give us a second estimate, only just a few weeks ago. And still they haven’t shown up after promising to replace the windowsMy father seems to trust this company for some reason. But if it were me, I would have moved on after the first week of them not showing.Now we will contact another glass company. I hope Smith Glass doesn’t show up out of nowhere wanting to charge us for windows after we were so patient and then decided to use another company.

I build custom picture frames every once in a while and Smith Glass has always provided the glass I need at a decent price. You cant go wrong with customer glass cuts from this business.

I contacted Smith Glass to provide glass for a new desk I had built. They did an excellent job with the cut and installing it at home. One piece didnt fit quite right and they cut a new one at no extra charge. Highly recommend them. Smith Glass has been in the local community for a long time and is a family owned business. I respect the owner and his integrity.

I had a crack in my SUVs windshield that went about 3/4ths of the way across. I had been putting off getting it done but finally felt the time was right. I chose Smith Glass because they were a local business in Albany even though my insurance company was driving me towards a national chain. Couldnt be happier with my choice going with Smith.They asked me a few questions about my glass and were able to get me in the next day. Long story short, I thought I had made a mistake in giving them some of the specifications of the glass so I drove down there late in the day. They found my mistake, were able to correct the glass order they had placed, even very late in the day, without having to reschedule. They also were able to give me a ride back to my house despite me arriving late and messing up their schedule in the process.The quality of the install was excellent. They provided me with instructions on how to take care of it, explained the warranty in clear language that I could understand, and even stayed a few minutes late after closing to ensure I had everything I needed. They also dealt with my insurance, making sure all is were dotted and the ts were crossed.Buying local, adjusting to my mistakes, excellent customer service and quality. I would highly recommend Smith Glass Service for any auto windshield replacement needs and will gladly use them in the future.
