After my grandson threw a spear into my window and cracked it, I sent a message to our community FB page and 98% of them highly suggested Davis Glass. I received great communication, they set an appointment quickly, they even try to save you money by bringing the window in but I had them come out and they did an excellent job!! They are so nice. If I ever have another broken window (hopefully not) I will definitely call them. Mahalo nui!!

They couldnt help us with simple glass pane needs. Sad...my father hired Davis Glass when they first opened in 1975 to install 3 huge 6ft x 6ft, and 6ft x 10ft, & 5ft x 6ft thermo pane picture windows in our home.

Great place, needed a mirror cut. Did a great job and very fast.

The staff was rude and inconsiderate and had way too long a wait list (2 weeks) for a simple reapir in winter. No one had masks on nor did they put masks on or even offer to put masks on when I came into their show room with a mask of my own on. If allowed, I would check off every box in the What I did not like list.

Davis Glass did a wonderful job installing a new sliding glass shower door for me. They have also replaced my car windshield for me in the past. I’ve always had a great experience with them. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for future needs.

Needed small pieces to replace damaged aquarium lid. Same day service, perfect fit, and I think they ground off the sharp edges without charge.

Owner said shower door would be ready for installation on December 23rd. Almost a month later the contractor called me and asked if it had been installed and I told him no and I assumed it was on back order. A week later its finally installed, but I never got any explanation as to why it took over a month past the date it was supposed to be installed. Terrible communication by the owner for not even bothering to call and tell me it was delayed or what happened in the process.

Had my windshield replaced by Davis glass. Quick service. When I came to pick up my car I thought I had gotten into the wrong car! Not only did they replace the windshield but my car was squeaky clean! They had vacuumed and dusted. I was so surprised!

Great customer service. Fast and professional repair of our rock chipped windshield. Told us exactly what to expect. Price was even better.

This place has the worst customer service. The lady I spoke with was extremely rude to me on the phone. I can understand if people are busy, but if you dont have the time to do some custom shower doors, just say that, dont drive people away with being extremely rude and acting like you dont want the work.

Chances are you need it they got it. They do automobile glass also but only on newer models BUT you need a new window in your house? These are the guys

I had their company install 13 new windows in my house. The team from beginning to end, was accurate, competitive and very clean. Tied new Milgard windows into an older vinyl siding system. Not Easy!Company also makes a difference in the local community by giving back graciously to those who cant always do on their own! Nice Job- Highly Recommend.

After having a window break in our house, my husband and I called around to get a quote and Davis Glass had the best one. The glass installers came to my home, started to prep the window, informed me he needed to go get the glass cut and get another person to help him install the window. They did a great job installing the new glass however, the business office failed to follow through on their original quote. At no point were we informed during the installation that they needed to go with a different type of glass which would bring the cost up more. Naturally when we received the bill, we were quite angry and Davis Glass refused to honor their original quote. For this reason, I will never do business with them again which is a shame because I prefer to support a local business over anything else. But failing to honor their original quote or even communicating to me before installing the glass that I was looking at a different price point, is poor business practice and I refuse to support that.

I wont give my money to a company run by a person that treats its employees like refuse. Whether it be due to terminal illness or just slowing a little due to aging... Nothing like putting a family in financial disarray and not caring if you make small children homeless... Id give no stars for employment practices. They can do good work, but why support a person that treats people so badly?

Great service, I had a back view mirror that I cou6kd get to attatch to the glass, they did it in 20 mins. They charged me 20 dollars.
