I only was here to help my daughter out, she had to get new tires. They took good care of her and made sure she had everything she needed, she just bought a used car and they had to take off the lug nuts with locks on them, it couldve went bad, but they didnt charge to much to replace the lug nuts. I was impressed with how professional they were and didnt try to rip her off.

FIND A DIFFERENT SHOP.Shadiest Firestone I’ve ever done business with. Tried to weasel out of an alignment appt done under warranty because they did not torque my suspension correctly. I saw the 12 mo warranty on the screen and they would not honor it because the employee that made it did not work there anymore. Serious lack of attention could have resulted in serious injury to me and my family if my lower control arm got loose.CSR also refused to contact the store manager and would not acknowledge that alignments are THREE parts!Absolutely not worth it for a half-a** alignment at $165 with no warranty!

The store person said that the store will not accept Warranty Solutions contracts for servicing tires. The only reason given was, and I quote, I dont gotta the time to be stuck on a phone talking to them to do the paperwork. He didnt even offer to order the tire or offer a resolution. I have used Firestone for over a decade in Chicago on all my other vehicles. They have just lost a Firestone customer permanently.

Appointments dont mean anything to them. I had two appointments, one for an alignment and one for a tire rotation. The alignment was their first time slot of the day. I arrived on time and they said it would be at least a couple hours because another vehicle was already on the alignment rack. Why would you schedule two at the same time, or put someone ahead of me when I have an appointment. I showed up later for the tire rotation and they said it would be a couple hours at least again because theyd have to fit me in. Why did I even bother to get an appointment if youre not going to be ready to service my vehicle at that time? On a positive note, they have friendly and attentive customer service. Avoid.

Giving a star only because I have to in order to give a review. I cannot even wrap my head around the horrible service and treatment my husband and I just received. We went in for a safety check after being at City Hall across the street and were told that we would have to drop off our vehicle and that it might not be done until the following day- which would have meant no way home for us this evening or a way to work in the morning. In the next room it was visible that there were several mechanics not working/talking story. The guy at the counter was very demeaning- kept going on about not allowing a snapshot or photobucket for insurance, even after my husband told him that he has the app available to confirm insurance. We ended up leaving for service elsewhere because how we were treated. Absolutely no customer service and ZERO ALOHA.

Hours on Google are not correct but no one seemed interested in getting it corrected. Had a flat tire repair that would have taken 10 minutes but they were five minutes from closing, so I guess we are out of luck.

Good customer service. Had engine tune-up, brakes checked and brake fluid changed, fuel system cleaned, and windshield washer line repaired and other maintenance done. They did work on my 1993 Silverado that another shop wouldnt work on or another shops diagnostic machine wouldnt work on because their machine wouldnt work on anything before 1995. Will definitely return here!

Gave me a 90 minute estimate for an oil change despite having an appointment, then recommended a $125 cabin filter service which costs $20 in a store and take 2 minutes to replace myself. This shop just wants to make money and doesn’t charge labor correctly. $77.50 for labor to pop in a cabin filter is criminal. I’d be interested if they charge this to everyone or only uniform military to take advantage of them

I made a appointment at 1130am. I let them know that I will be waiting for my car. Had at tire rotation and wheel alignment done . They did a overall inspection. Then I had a call from Jon he told me what needs to be done on the car. He said that my car will be ready at 1.00PM. Thanks Delma and Jon for great service. I will be when its time to replace my tires. Jon also gave me an est for four tires. I be back. Thank you everyone that worked on my car.

Simple safety inspection scheduled for 9am. Waited 75 minutes to have them claim my wiper blades (which are new) cause streaks which is a fail. And that it would be 60 bucks to replace a single brake bulb.

The staff at Firestone helped me with my low tire pressure indicator. After finding that none of the tires had a low reading, the full-size spare was lowered from under the car and to be the one that needed air. Thank you Firestone for the needed service.

I wasnt going to add a review but I have to share my unusual experience and be honest about how I feel about my personal situation to help others and hopefully Firestone can grow to treat paying customers better and learn from my comments.I took my vehicle in for a safety inspection appointment. The guy at the front desk said I needed to show proof of registration and email my vehicle insurance card to [email protected] which seems like a personal email address?? I found this very strange..An hour and a half later I got a call from the staff stating that I needed a $3.00 bulb replaced.I asked how much it would cost and I was a little disappointed to hear my total price for a safety inspection and bulb replacement would come to $96.00 AND I couldnt get my inspection completed unless I got it fixed by Firestone or do it myself. The service was not quick and the labor charges are very high. All together my experience was OK, but next time I will replace the bulb myself.

They were horrible dont go there made appointment and it took 4hours to do an alignment we got a safety check and had wrong insurance card were told to bring right one back and they would give sticker we live in north shore came by next day and were told that we needed to make another appointment not that day and have to repay for test they misrepresented what they would do you can not trust what they say to you GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

If I could give them less stars I would, 100% recommend not coming here, and if you do decide to come here please go to another shop and get a second opinion, I came here with a $5 problem I could’ve fixed myself by replacing a single screw if I had known what it was and they told me it was the engine with a problem worth at least $3,500. I’ll never make the same mistake again by coming to any firestone

Came in Friday morning around 9am and were told they only did safety inspection Tue-Sat 0730-0830. Came back on Saturday morning at 0740 and told inspections are by appointment only. The service tech was able to work us in but still frustrating that we were not told this on Friday when we came in the first time

How can anyone like this place? They ruined my husbands car. Went in for a simple oil change. They put the wrong oil in, didnt clean the air filter it even look at it and the levels we awful. The jeep now shutters violently when its backing up, a weird water gurgling noise when the car starts up, and we took photos of oil leaking. This never happened before. We have a claim set up with Firestone. I have photos of everything! We kindly went in to report these issues and the manager yelled at us. we reported him to coptate.Jeep in evaluating the jeep now. Rude lady covered in tacky tattoos showed up from Firestone. Even the guys at Jeep thought she was rude.Do not go to this to this location if you value your car. Oh and on top of all of this is took them 4 hours to do an oil change. Worst place Ive been too.

Poor communication and dishonest.I forgot the guys name, but I made an appointment for 12pm to get 1 tire either repaired or replaced if it could not be repaired. He told me it would be a few hours but I dont understand how it takes a few hours to find out if a tire can be repaired or not, unless they are over scheduling appointments? Right then and there I should have just left and saved my time. So i have no one to pick me up (my fault, I know,) so i have to find something to do for a few hours. I walk to the mall and waited around til 3:30pm because they said they would call me when its ready, but tjey never did. So I walk back over there to firestone and my car is on the lift, the tire is off and nobody is working on it. So Im like whats up? And the guy was like Oh, which ones your? What tire did you need??? Im like thinking dang Ive been waiting around since 12pm and yall still dont know whats up. So he says he can call other Firestones to see if they have a tire the right size because the tire cant be repaired. He say that I have to wait a few MORE hours tho. So I just tell him to put the old tire back on there because at this point Im ready to get the hell out of this place because I can see that my time has been wasted and Im not gonna waste anymore. So 4 hours wasted. The tire didnt get repaired. I didnt get a new tire. Nada. Never again Firestone, never again. The front desk guy never knew what was going on. Uninformed and he kept mentioning that he couldnt believe I had a 2 year old and Im so skinny. 🙄 What does my weight have to do with you getting me a new tire??????? Unprofessional=unimpressed.Thank you, I hope that yall will read this and fix the issues within your company of unprofessional employees and over scheduled appointments.

The cheapest tire install I could find for plus size tires. The staff are pretty easy going and worked fast. They were able to accommodate me no problem as a walk in. Will definitely be using them again.

Took my car in for their vehicle inspection, and it took them over two hours to do it, even though I came in on an appointment basis and not as a walk-in. I was sitting in the waiting room and saw that they finished with my car and parked it in the back of the parking lot and did nothing with it for over 30 minutes, at which point I asked for an update and THEN they realized they were done and rang me up. I saw people come in after me but leave before me - should that really happen when I came in on an appointment, was sitting in the lobby, and they were done with my car long before they finally rang me up?They then quoted me for $1400 work of work, which included quotes for parts that were all over twice as much as those parts would be available online, even considering shipping and handling. Sure -- I get that they guarantee the work and parts, but that just seems excessive. I asked the clerk about the high parts prices and she said its because the quote for the parts include the install service - but isnt that why I would be paying for parts AND labor??Worse yet, they recommended I replace my rear brake shoes and brake drums, saying they were out of tolerance. However, I checked the brake shoes and drums myself and I still have plenty of wear still available on my brake shoes and my brake drums had over 1.5 mm of wear still available before needing replacement. I would consider that margin acceptable, especially since the drums are made of hardened steel and it wasnt like my shoes were grinding the drums down since the shoes still had plenty of pad left, too. Because of this, I wonder if they even really inspected the back brakes or instead just threw in the recommendation to replace them in order to try and get $500+ from me for work I didnt need.Will definitely not be going back. Be cautious.

Not impressed at all. Did my safety check last week on Thursday, had to come back once I did my registration. Originally was told could just run the car in for that. So I did the next day. Was told they couldn’t do it that way and they didn’t have a tech in. So scheduled an appointment for 10:30 am today Saturday. Got there and was told it would be about an hour wait. What the hell is the point of having an appointment and being told it would be a quick in and out thing? Probably just going to pay to go somewhere else so I can finally get this done. Also drove all the way from wahiawa today for my supposed “appointment” since we live there and I only did the safety check here because I work near by. Will not ever be back and don’t recommend anyone use them as they don’t stick to their appointments!!! Very bad customer service.

I called in today as a light came on my dashboard for my tires. I was seen in minutes and asked to park my car, someone Immediately walked up and checked and put air in each tire. Its hard to find mechanics you can trust. These guys have been working on my cars for years and they always seem to have the best price. They dont trip if you cannot pick up your car right away, but I wouldnt recommend leaving it because the area got a lot of sketchy people around.

Very friendly staff. I was able to make an appointment same day. They did not have all four of the tires I needed at the time I called, but Roland was able to locate two more by the time I got there. They didnt start working on my car until the time I was told it would be ready, but I would prefer them to take their time rather than rush. Its within walking distance to the Pearl ridge Mall and other stores, so Im giving them five for convenience and friendliness. Thanks a lot !

If youre a customer who value so much of your time, then this is not a place to go. I will give them 4-star because the mechanic who helped me Ryan is very knowledgeable. He seems to know what hes doing and recommend places to go for other kind services your car might need. Although it took me 3.5 hours of waiting time for 4 tires change. I finished 4 episodes of my Season. LOL!

Worst service ever. Save your money and go anywhere else. Honestly I shouldn’t have to wait 1.5 hours for an oil change, especially making an appointment ahead of time. If you can’t start on our car then don’t make us sit in the lobby for an hour with our dog and then decide to start on it an hour later.

End of story- when I asked to see the parts after the work, they refused to work on my jeep. The technician didnt feel comfortable. Sad mechanic shop when they are comfortable to work on a jeep! Sorry for the long story- so I put the ending up top.Brought my jeep in for some brake work and safety check. Brake inspection comes back with new rear brakes / parking brake needs to be replaced. Which I suspected. They quote me, I give the go ahead. Then the next day I get a call that they had not started yet because the brake lines are rusted and need to be replaced. I have no doubt they are rusted, so I asked for a quote to replace the brake lines. - Heres where it goes weird. They could get me a quote until they started the brake job (which I authorised yesterday) and possibly broke a brake line. ... wait... so let me get this straight. Youre telling me the brake line is so rusty it will probably break if you work on it - but you cant provide a quote until youve broken it? Yes, that is correct. -Ok. So as a customer, Im letting you know I would like new brake lines- how much would that cost me? We cant tell you until we measure your brake lines. Ok, then go measure and let me know. Calls back- sir there might be a problem with your brake box. Theres a 50/50 chance we can fix/replace it. ??? What?!?
