Got an oil change and safety inspection with no appointment. The guys did both quickly, effectively and checked everything. In fact, my oil drain plug broke (plastic on the audi) and they told me about it. I went down got a new one and they replaced it right away. Overall really great experience and recommend going to them. Oh and all this for 100 bucks. 6 quarts of synthetic oil, new filter and safety inspection. Brian and Christian were awesome.

Tried to get safety inspection here when I first got in the island and I was told to get recon due to my subaru having a hood scoop lol. So I went to recon,they laughed and got the shops name. I never went back to this shop, its just stupid.

My review on Oil Changers in Aiea 76 Station.This is the First Time coming to this business. I have used the Oil Changers in Waipio and Wahiawa.I drove up and waited 10 minutes to be greeted?There were one car ahead of me in line.I wanted an Oil Change.Soon someone greeted me and had me drive in to a oil change lane.They are professional ... I asked for an Oil Change, They have my information on the computer thats good.They suggested I could do some extra services based on my mileage.I took them up on a Power Steering Fluid change, that was only 10 to 15 minutes extra. I did have them add a Polymer that I had brought with me, No Problem.I remained in my car the whole time. I was able to see what they were doing to my car the whole time. These guys were amazing! They took us right in and we were done in a matter of minutes. I was out with my kids and the car started acting up. I knew we were due for a lube job so I did a quick search of places nearby. Turns out the last place to work on our car didnt tighten the drain cap and the car had been leaking oil for months and was dangerously low on oil. Three out of 4 tires were pumped up to a level 50 when they should be at 35 and the fourth was at level 30. The battery died when we went to restart the car and they tested it for life, discovered it was out and recommended a place to get a new one instead of forcing theirs on me. They gave us a military discount and they had fantastic customer service. I recommend everyone with a car to go to them.

Very glad I picked Flagship for my cars oil change! The employees were polite and knowledgeable. They didnt push any extras and were cool when I wanted to buy my air filter elsewhere. It was clean with a small waiting area. Very quick. They have a military discount as well.

I pulled in here after the swamp meet for a drink. When we pulled in there was a lady in a car saying something to us about parking. We could not understand her. We finally parked and when we got out she said are you going to be buying something extremely rudely. I replied yes what do you want? She then said very aggressively she was the manager. For a manager I felt as though she was completely unprefessional, rude and not welcoming. We left and took our business else where. Suggest others do the same.

Over priced almost double what the dealership charges! Recommend service that isn’t needed. The service recommended was performed 7 days before I went to them for service (353 miles driven since performed). When I let them know they still tried to argue based on mileage it was needed. Didn’t clean the oil spilled all over the frame.

I would not go anywhere else for a safety inspection. My experience was quick easy and painless from the get go and staff were courteous and professional. Walk-ins only for the safety, first come first serve. I was out the door within an hour each time I came here. This location is especially ideal for service members. I tried for the safety at the Firestone on base first only to be informed that it would be a 5 day wait for the first available opening. Absolutely not. If you’re on a time crunch, go to Flagship FastLube. I understand that the ease and convenience of base often times can’t be beat but there are exceptions. Go off base, it’s only a 10 minute drive in good traffic. You won’t regret coming here.

I’ve used these guys 3 times and have been in and out with fast and reliable service. Every other auto place in this area is crowded and wants you to schedule an appointment a week later. Check theses guys out!

This place is fast, but they do not install your plates, as was mentioned in a previous review. Youll be on your hands and knees doing it yourself; make sure you bring your own parts because there are none for sale here. Overall this place is fine.

Fantastic service! Went here for a vehicle inspection and oil change and the service was phenomenal and extremely quick! There is a Starbucks next door and my truck was done before I could even enjoy the coffee. This is the go to spot on the island. Thanks!

This has been the best experience out of about 15 service stations we have been too this week. The staff was extremely friendly and quick. While other places told us blatant lies about the inspection process or that we couldnt get seen for weeks, we came here, and thank goodness we did! Joe and the rest of the team were wonderful and if it werent for them I dont know what we would have done! We will be return customers for the remainder of our time here on the island for sure. :)

Highly recommend - Exceptional service from start to finish - State Inspection sticker. Christian greatest me and listened to my needs. When I returned for the final part of Hawaii’s two dtep state inspection process for Veh registration he treated me by mr first name - remembered who I was which made me feel like a long time valued customer. When he finished that’s when I found out he was the Manager as I asked for the Managers name so I could compliment his exceptional customer service - I had seen his name on his uniform but didn’t look for title. :-) That’s a mark of a great manager - assists his staff and does a personable deliver of care!Thank you for making today so easy.

I have just been stationed here (16 Aug 18) and gave them a call, spoke with Brad who told me everything I needed for the registration process both for getting a Hawaiian plate or keeping my stateside plate. I went right over and all the guys were very helpful and professional. The wait was shorter than I anticipated and all in all it was a great experience compared to my previous tours over here. Definitely recommend them!

Previously posted a review about this place incorrectly believing it was the shell down the street. I can’t apologize enough for that. The difference in service was night and day. Staff was very professional and helpful. Very friendly and pleasant atmosphere. So in conclusion 3 things. 1) don’t go to the shell. 2) please be better with technology than me 3) bring your car here! Especially if It’s during Joe’s shift.

They do inspections! And theyre right down the road from Satellite City Hall (DMV/Registration). Office is small and not the cleanest, but they are quick, affordable, and the staff is great!

Antoine and his team are some of the best mechanics work here. They dont try to upsell you when you bring car in for safety.

I went there yesterday for the oil change for my Altima and they did an awesome job. They topped up all the fluids and even vacumed the interior of my vehicle. they are fast and very nice.

We went to Fastlube without an appointment for a safety check on our out of state car (NV). The people there were so helpful explaining the process and directing on what to do next. We took the paperwork to the DMV and after we finished getting the new plates and Hawaii registration. We returned to FastLube where they installed the new plates and affixed the safety check sticker. WELL DONE FASTLUBE! We will be bringing all our automotive work to you from now on...

The first time I came aMonth ago and they were so busy to do my safety inspection!I came back 4 hours later & still busy!!! (Thats great business but bummer for me) anyway they gave me a dioxins almost half off!!!! What rate customer service !!! BlessedAgain I came emergency flat tire, they immediately got me in busy and all. It was just a tire valve so they did it even charge me!!! I dont even know these magic car people!!! Oil change been good so far..

After my oil change. I noticed oil was leaking from under my truck. So I brought my truck back to the Aiea Fastlube to have them check out the oil leak. The service rep said that my type of truck always leaks and would not even take a look where the oil leak was coming from. He said that it would be just wasting his time. So I took my truck over to another to shop and the mechanic found out the the new oil filter was not secured tightly. So after he had tightened the oil filter I had no leaks after that. Im never going to do any business with Fastlube again.
