I just had my nails done and got a pedicure for the first time in 12 months 😬😂. Linda did my pedicure and it was amazing, my legs and feet are all tingly and cute 😁. Tony did my full set and did such a great job. They are exactly how I wanted them. I left here feeling lifted and relaxed. Will be back soon!! 😍🥰

They do good nails but definitely watch them and their prices. I called for a child mani & pedi and adult pedicure. When I got there she only handed me the pedicure menu for adults. I was completely unaware the menu for kids mani &pedi until I got to the front to pay. My tab was $93. When I asked about the children menu she act like she was confused. So I explained my niece is 11 she shouldve had the kids mani &pedi which was $30 t my adult pedi $38. She bargained to charge me 2 adult pedi and $17 for my nieces mani.

Tony is by far the only best nail tech keeping this business alive. He had done my nails twice and had no issues. A week ago I went there and he was off, another lady did my nails and today is Tuesday one nail is already broken. Tony is phenomenal at what he does, he makes sure your real nails are perfect before adding any fake nails of powder it them. If you visit this location make sure you ask for Tony because the other ladies don’t know what they are doing

I have been going to Tony for years. Hadn’t really occurred to me to do a review until today. Tony worked an absolute miracle on one of my nails.I’m a hairstylist and a hazard of the job is hair splinters. It’s amazing where a hair can find a way to work into the skin. I injured a nail by getting a hair splinter and it got infected. Like bad infected. So bad, almost the entire nail came away from my finger. I had less than a third of my nail plate still intact. Now, I did nails decades ago before I did hair. I knew it was bad and thought I’d just have to wait a few months before anything could be done with it. But Tony to the rescue! His product knowledge and talent is SO GOOD, he was able to build up the plate enough with one product to be able to put on a tip and acrylic overlay. I could not believe what he managed to pull off. And it looks great. I’ll have to baby it until it really grows out, but this is a remarkable fix.Go see Tony or any of the great ladies at Luxury Nails.

I went to get my nails done. I asked them can you do this design(showed a picture on my phone). They said ya and gave me the prices. The design is wack. . Design part got smeared before i even reached my home. Rest of the service was alright.

Great staff & great prices. I come here every 2 weeks to get my nails done and i’m always satisfied. Saw a recent review about how this place is “unprofessional” and not taking safety precautions for COVID. That is completely false because the staff here are very clean and care about their customers. Amy is my favorite, I always come to her when I get my nails done & she does them the way i want them to look. She’s very sweet & professional & is one of the best. She’ll take care of your needs and will have your nails looking flawless! Love this salon and will always be my go to!

I want to start off by saying that these bad reviews baffle me. This nail salon is legitimately the only nail salon I’ve ever been to in my life that feels so warm and accommodating. Ashley is my go-to girl and has been for a few months now. She’s the reason that my natural nails have been able to grow out so long and strong, and does a quality job each and every time. She takes her time and is careful and gentle. She makes professional recommendations based on her expertise and can execute any idea I throw at her for my nails. She also points me in the right direction if she thinks that my color combination ideas don’t match :) If you want an excellent experience, ask for Ashley!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I went to this place a couple times.First time everything went okay BUT This last time I went in to get a full set and 2 days later one of nails broke off. I went in to get it fixed that same day but was turned away immediately I walked in Amy the person that had done my nails had NO customer and there was nobody waiting! She sent me away because she was “super busy”. She told me to come the next day. Not only was she not professional but she was super rude about it too! Never going back to this place. Not professional. The place from inside looks messy, unorganized, and you can tell they do not clean or sanitize well. When they should be super clean especially right now with COVID. They don’t care about their customers. I would recommend saving your time and money and find another salon.

Im visiting from out of town and found this gem of a nail salon. What a fabulous location! The staff was professional and courteous. I had a great conversation with the manager who is the sweetest! I wish I could transport this lovely salon to my home town. Thank you for such an amazing experience and above quality work. You all went above and beyond. I highly recommend this place! I had a spa pedicure, which was amazing, and a NexGen manicure which was so awesome I had to post a picture. ❤️

Amazing job by Tony, i thought the price was a bit high but I realize he took the time to take my other nails off, he soaked, drilled lightly and cleaned up my nails without hurting my real nails ! A job well done on my new acrylic nails ! Thanks again tony!

My husband and I got the basic pedicure and added paraffin wax and I got an eyebrow wax. The staff was very friendly and they did a great job for what they had to work with lol! We rarely get pedicures so they had their work cut out for them. The place was clean, the spa chairs were nice and new. And I mean no disrespect by this but they were all easy to understand and communicate with. I highly recommend them.

Nails look horrible after 1 week. Paint coming off. Nails already loose. Not worth the $60 I paid for.

They couldnt do the exact style I wanted but their customer service is excellent. I went in near 6pm Friday night, after showing them the design I wanted they started on my pedi immediately. The lady was very gentle and no one pressured me into getting something more expensive (you know how it is). Very clean work environment and quiet. Staff was friendly and fast. Dark hand is what I got (picture does not do justice and Im ashy lol) white hand is what I wanted. Four stars because they didnt have enough colours

Just had my second encounter with this salon and I could not be happier! Ashley is the one helped me today and she is younger nail tech who sits in the front right side when you enter their location. She is super friendly and meticulous about her work. My nails have come out beautifully both times and I can’t wait to go back! The place is beautiful and clean and the staff is extremely friendly and willing to help you come to a clear image of what you want and deliver. Highly recommend! 10 out of 10!

Ive been going to her for a year now and ever since you wont believe how many compliments I receive on how great my nails look. She is extremely detailed and my nails have never been stronger. Her new place offers a wide range of services, has a ton of polish selections for your toes, and really great dip nail selections too! The best thing was the massage chair. The ladies were not rude or inattentive, but the attitude was definitely just doing their job. Im sorry if you are working in a job that requires you to not only work with the public but to provide services it should be done with a good attitude and smile. Who wants to return when its clear you dont appear to enjoy your job.

I never ever wrote a review before but I have to about this place. I simply went to this place to get my dip nails removed. I asked to soak my nails vs drill them. They made me feel guilty that I did it that way. I’ve been to other nail salons where they removed, clean up your nails, and put a clear coat on. None of that happened to me. I felt like they were talking about me and then they actually laughed at me. For best practice please make sure you don’t assume what customers want. This place made me feel very uncomfortable.

I found my new nail salon! Excellent customer service and they take their time! I came in 30 minutes before they closed to get old dip powder removed and a new color and shape done. Ashley was so sweet and attentive! She took the time to explain my nail shape so me and gave me CLEAN cuticles. I’d give them 10 stars if I could :) ask for Ashley!

Walked in here today with my wife and was told “We’re really busy.” My wife inquired how long the wait would be and the man working there responded “Sorry, you’re just going to have to come back another time.”I’ve never been flat out refused business before so this was surprising. The employee was just about done with his current customer and they didn’t look that busy. My wife won’t be back as they must be too busy for business and too unreliable to make the trip to their store. Be forewarned before going here, they may be too busy for you too. I suggest finding another, more reliable, nail salon.

Im from Denver and just stopped in without an appointment. I was taken care of quickly and my pedicure was wonderful. I sat through my entire appointment listening to someoneAcross from me making unrealistic demands. The staff handled it with dignity and grace. I would have lost it. Props to them. If They write a bad review They are crazy.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I had such a wonderful experience here. As a visitor from CA finding a good nail salon is difficult. I was so pleased to have found Luxury Nails and Day Spa! The entire staff was incredibly polite and kind. Nelly did my gel manicure and Lien did my Spa pedicure and they both did a fantastic job. Nelly mixed two colors just to make the perfect color that I was looking for. I smudged my toe and they were kind enough to fix it for me the next day. I got the spa pedicure with the parafin wax add on which was so relaxing! I left feeling relaxed and looking good! Thank you Nelly and Lien for being so wonderful!

My first time at this salon! I needed some nails done for interview and Nelly did a GREAT 👏 job! She helped me pick the colors and constantly checked with me throughout the process of getting it done. I did nexgen in a baby pink and it turned so beautiful.The music was tasteful and the ambience was nice. Also, they had such a great selection. It wasn’t too loud and Nelly didn’t rush at all. She really took her time to make sure everything was what I wanted!

When I got there a really nice lady greeted me but she had me sit in a chair to wait and no one said anything to me after that. Kinda felt ignored but my toes looked good and my pedicure was very relaxing.

The first 2 times I came here I had no issues, but this time is a different story. My nails were rushed and quality was POOR. Then I was charged something different from the last time and i picked a pedicure that was actually cheaper than the milk and honey one i got. I just paid $95 for a bad job. Very very unhappy and hate that I had to leave a review. Will not be back.

The salon is amazing, they provide great service and have tons of options. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuine. Ashley, the manager is the best!! There are a variety of services available. The salon is very clean and nice. Will definitely return and would recommend them to anyone.

I usually do the dip French manicure and spa pedicure. They are friendly and fast. The dip lasts awhile since they put extra layers on. Place is clean and good presentation. I have been very pleased and highly recommend.

They are extremely untimely and unorganized. I came two separate days for appointments and both days they told me they could not take me even though my name was on their books. It pisses me off to be mistreated like this especially considering the climate of America. If I would have expressed my frustration out on them instead of this review I’m sure I’d be incarcerated! I’ll never be back and I don’t suggest anyone else go either.

Not the most attractive salon but the customer care and nail care make up for it. They want to make loyal customers and will actually have a conversations with you.

A solid three star nail spa in Addison, the technicians are good - got the job done but this is not a spa. The experience was less than relaxing with four televisions going, all with sound on different channels. Next Gen choices of colors are only about 30. Nice friendly staff - but not a $100 experience.

Being a guy, I never thought I would find myself in a day spa, much less getting a pedicure.. It was the greatest experience ever! Friendly staff, comfortable massage chairs and complimentary alcohol! If your a guy, Id say screw social stigma and hit this place up.. Youll be glad you did!

The place is good dont take me wrong, Its clean and they have good variety of colors, I used to come here but what stop me from that is the attitude, In this case Ashleys, she is good but she can be rude, I walked in to get a manicure and she said is if you dont have an appointment I cannot take you, She didnt even offer me to wait or to make an appointment for another time, That was very rude you do not reject customers just like that!!! Very disappointed at her attitude.

I made an appointment last week to come in on Wednesday 7/3 at 6:30pm for a mani/pedi and got to the salon to find it closed with no sign or message. I understand that things can happen at the last minute but I received no notice (no call or text message) that they were closed. This is my second negative experience with the salon. I tried to schedule a mani/pedi as a walk in appointment in April and was told they were fully booked and could not help me despite the salon not looking busy at all. I decided to give them another chance and be proactive by making an appointment ahead of time. Clearly that didn’t work either. Lesson learned. I’ll be looking elsewhere next time.

Ashley has been my nail tech for about 4 years. I have seen her grow from being a nail tech to a salon owner. Her salon is so nice and she goes beyond and about to offer good costumer service. She is always on trend with the latest styles, polishes and Technic. No matter what picture I text her the response is always yes I can do it. I love Ashley. She is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First time I went here the experience was great. Second one not so great . The girl made me feel like I did not “belong” in the establishment just based on some of the comments she kept making . Also my nails already look like I need a refill and I just got them done 2 days ago . I won’t be back especially after the amount I spent to be treated the way I was .

Truthfully the worst manicure I’ve ever received. First of all they put on the wrong color twice then they made my finger bleed and tried to cover it up. My nails were extremely uneven, files horribly and the polish was all over my actual skin. The gel polish was spotty and you could see my nail still under the polish. After 3 days my nails turned black and I had to take them off. All in all will never be back, very bad experience and wasted way too much money on this

Bad customer service from the new owner and not very honest. One example is I called to see if they were busy and was told not at all but once I arrived (5 mins) I discovered they were extremely busy not a vacant seat in the place. I’ve been to the establishment several times under the old owner, great service but the new owner I’m not impressed with.

First time here and I was not impressed. I usually visit the same salon, but I received a gift card to here so I decided to try it out. When I arrived I asked for a manicure and pedicure. Apparently they forgot about the manicure because they sat me down for a pedicure and I never received my manicure. I didnt even bring it up to anyones attention because I had already been there 2 hours and couldnt wait any longer for them. Service was slow. The woman doing my pedicure probably got up atleast 4 times to do other things. She hardly even ackowledged me. Quality of work was not great. They probably take care of their regular customers but they really should do a better job with new people walking in the door to gain more business.

Very upset with service and the providers were not skillful. Request for removal of dip powder with regular main. Some residue of dip was left on natural nails and natural nails were not buffed out. Guest that was with me had to ask for another technician to complete nexgen manicure correctly. Do not recommend, not even for a basic mani.

Probably not a good place for walk-ins. They appeared to only have two people working and one lady who I guess was the receptionist. They told me to come back later but didnt specify a time but said they had appointments lined up.

I come here once or twice a month - the technicians take their time, no rushing you in & out of the door. The manager is super accommodating, and I like having wine while getting a great pedi.

Go to Ds Fancy nails instead! Its right around the corner off beltline and midway.
