Kristen and Lee do great nails. The only issue is that Ive had to wait, even with appointments the last few visits. One pedicure took so long with a new tech that I decided not to do a manicure. With Kristen and Lee though, you likely be very happy!

The ladies really took their time and did a great job with me and my daughter. Nice clean shop and lots of colors. We will happily return!

Today was my first visit here, but certainly not my last. My niece and her daughter and I have been to several salons and have finally found the very best!Doreen was so helpful in choosing the perfect color combo and Tina is absolutely magical! I went here based off of reviews and requested Yuki. HORRIBLE experience. As she’s removing my dip, she cuts 4 different fingers, gouges my natural nail from my pinky, and gouges/breaks my ring finger.Do not recommend. 1 star is one too many.

Lovely nails employees are well trained. My nail technician, Kathy, does a thorough job. My nails are perfect when I am finished. Whats even better is that there are infrared nail dryers. Manicure lasts a long time.

This was my first visit. Everyone was so very nice. There was a young woman who was learning to be a tech . Very nice, extremely attentive and Amy watched over her work on my pedicure. Then Kathy did my manicure. Everyone was professional. Im very pleased and will definitely return.

Lee was my nail tech today. She was professional, quick, very talented and very kind. She welcomed me warmly and was very polite. This was my first visit. Easy to make an appt and I did not wait long after arriving. This salon was clean and all techs were friendly and professional. I will return.

Went in for a no-chip manicure on 05/30/2021. By Thursday, 06/03/2021 my nails were all chipped! Not even chipped, the whole no chip polish was lifting up completely from my nails. For a $30+ No chip manicure, I expect for my nails to look decent for more than 4 days. Highly, highly disappointed.

This is my third time going for a no chip manicure and they always do a great job! Every one who has attended me has been great and the staff is super nice. Thank you for the great service!

Found this place the spur of the moment and I will never go back. The staff was rude and told me “I needed to make up my mind” because I spoke up when she did one nail and I didn’t like it???? It was actually the lady that sits in the first table up front which I believe is the Owner, which is even more unprofessional. If I don’t like something I’m not going to have you do a full set and then tell you. I also have a bunch of nails that are different sizes comparing hand to hand. My pinky you would think they closed their eyes to put the nail on because it’s so sideways. Never will I ever go back to these rude mfs.

So refreshing to go to a properly run nail salon that’s clean friendly and everyone does good work! Yuki is my favorite she not only does great work she makes great recommendations too!

Lovely nails is the best salon Ive ever been to, which is why Ive been going there for many years. Although its a half hour drive for me, it is worth it. Ive tried other salons closer to my house, but none can compare to the professionalism, up to date knowledge, and cleanliness of this salon. The decor is beautiful, uplifting, and comfortable. I always am pleased with my experience there. Out of 5 stars, I give it 10!!!!

Lovely Nails was recommended by many members of my Addison eGroup Facebook community. Amy, the owner and Bom were specifically recommended. Amy was not available today so Bom did my fill in and I was not disappointed!Bom was friendly, professional and actually took the time to ask me what I wanted which I so appreciated!I relocated to Addison on July 4, 2018 and tried two other salons which were sub par so I have been driving an hour one way to my former salon. It is so hard to find a nail tech who you really like. I would say just as hard as finding a good hairdresser and Bom did not disappoint!The salon itself is very clean and has a cute layout. They offer a selection of beverages and have A TON of polish options.I will definitely be going back.

I have been a customer for over 15 years. They always make me feel comfortable. This was my first visit since Covid and I was extremely pleased with how Amy and her crew remodeled the salon. Social distancing and they take your temperature when you walk in the door.All the pedicure bowls receive their own disposable liner and all the utensils are individually packaged. So happy to see Amy and the crew again!!!

Lovely Nails is convenient for me since it is in my neighborhood but even if I would move I would still come here!! I make appointments for my services and never have to wait they are always on time!! Everything is so clean and put together. I have never had a bad experience of any service I have had done!! This was my first experience like this, and i have never got my nails done before.Honestly i thought coming in by looking at the reviews and see if it would be worth it, and it would be great to treat myself. And i was so excited and happy. So i went for it, and as i Walk in, get checked in. So far was off to a great start at least thats what i expect, was clean and the service was okay. The pedi was okay a bit expensive but the lady did a nice job. But as for the experience for my full set for my hand was done very poorly, and my nails do not look nice at all. They are very uneven, and the sizes of the acrylic dont even match!! I am beyond upset. I payed 85 dollars and gave tip. And the experience of being rushed was something a customer should not go through. Honestly everyone has places to go. If you can not take customers any further due to the time of closing and it would take time to do meni and pedi it would make sense to inform the customer that information before hand. That it would take time before closing and you would not be able to finish it nicely. The guy who did my full set nails for my hands did a really horrible job. He rushed the whole process, he was pinching my cuticles and nails and it teared my skin, put on wrong sizes for acrylics made my nails look square and tilted, very uneven, very sloppy. Didnt coat my nails well. I would have thought the short guy would have known how to do his job. Showed him of exactly the picture/video of what i wanted my nails to look like. I wanted a soft, subtle and elegant look to my nails. Not tacky and bulky. And it turns out not something i asked for at all. And i got no hand massage or anything like that. So i looked at my finished full set and very upset. So i asked the nice lady before closing if she could fix my nails and she fixed it as nicely as she could and she waited for me before closing till my ride came that was really kind of her. But for the guy who did my nails did a horrible job and really took advantage of me not knowing about getting my nails done before. And apparently he thought it was okay to do how ever he liked, for my hard work and earned money I payed them for. And my time wasted. Honestly Im So upset!! So done!! Cant believe this is my first experience of getting my nails done. Looks so horrible. Definitely need a refund.

I was immediately taken to a very friendly and efficient technician. I loved my manicure and the price was very reasonable.

I went to lovely nails 2 or 3 times, I had a good experience with them only once when I wanted just to paint my nails (no chip color). The second time they didn’t do a good job at painting, it was uneven. The third time I finally decided to have manicure and pedicure. They gave me an old lady, who didn’t speak English or understand me. She was not even going to do my cuticles and around toenails until I asked for it twice. Somehow they do cut out the edges of toenails that leads to ingrown nails, I was shocked, but the damage is already done. I had no massage which I hoped to get the whole time, just a slight touching putting the lotion on. As for manicure: I have my own nails and they just ruin the shape and everything else using they rough files, I asked for a fine one, but the lady didn’t understand me. Manicure was bad too, the color was uneven, it was around my nails and under them. When I got home, I had to cut all the skin around my nails myself, and believe me it was a lot, also I filed my nails a little bit. I was charged $58, left $70, but I will never do manicure or pedicure there again. Guys, I do everything myself at least 10 times better. Probably that place has only a couple good technicians, who speak English, the rest of them are just a shame.

This use to be my favorite nail salon. They definitely tend to regulars. Tina is by far the best nail tech and wish I would have made an appointment with her and wouldn’t be writing this negative review. The man with sleeve of tattoos literally made my cuticles bleed 3 times! Today I had a young lady who I’ve never seen before and she only filed half of my foot all without putting on the protective gel. Also my nails were filed in a square (I asked rounded) and had to point out how uneven they were to her. She was obviously rushing as she told me she needed to go to the store and now “wouldn’t have time”. Very unhappy with service lately.

Omh I am so mad. I have been going to this place for years.I brought at least 10 new customers to them. The way the owner treated me was rude and disrespectful. They messed up my appointment for the second time without saying sorry and yelling at me then if I dont like their service I dont have to come. The people doing the nails are amazing but the owner and the front desk service are terrible and rude. Shame on you the way you treat your customers.

I used to really enjoy Lovely Nails. All of the nail techs do a good job in a timely fashion. It had been awhile since I had been so decided to go back. Unfortunately, it will be the last time.My nail tech did a nice job but she charged me $35 which at the time I didn’t think anything of. However, it wasn’t until I got in my car that I saw the sign on THE WINDOW that says $30 for no chip manicures. Who knows how often they pull this with customers. It is probably due to their silly policy of only accepting cash tips (sketch) but whatever the case I will not be going back. I suggest Happy Nails in Bensenville or Holiday Nails in Elmhurst. Both places have fair pricing, do a good job, and they actually charge what is listed!Very unhappy about this and will let my friends know not to go to Lovely Nails either.
