Just left getting my full set and dip. Kenny was fantastic. Such a beautiful job and helped find the color I needed. Not from here, wish I was... this would be my go to place. Thank yall for getting me in so quick and doing a great job!!!

I took my mom here to get her nails done and while she does not speak perfect English, it does not really excuse getting botched service. My mom said she felt rushed out and when I checked her nails at home, you could see a rushed job on her nails. Overall, disappointed. I gave 2 stars because I have received decent service before, nothing stellar, but they slipped up and it irks me when they let quality slip to make room for quantity. Adios, Diva Spa✌🏼😞

So I’ve been coming here for 2 months. This time the lady that did my pedicure didn’t get rid of the dead skin. Every time they did. The lady Jennifer was very rude to me for saying something and said it’s my business to take care of my dead skin. I thought that’s what a pedicure was for. They didn’t even fix it. I left upset and I won’t ever be coming bk. Also when I changed from dip to manicure she gave me attitude because I didn’t want the dip anymore.

So I went in to get my acrylic nails off I think it was the owner that was taking care of me. She kept saying remarks like it was its too thick, ugh it wont come off, see look.... she made me feel like it was my fault and left me with my hands in a bowl of acetone for about 40 mins because the tin foil with acetone and gloves didnt work.. my hands were so dry and she was upset that I didnt get them originally done here and half way through another employee had to finish and file the rest off. This is what the end result was....definitely not a place I would recommend. Very rude and unprofessional especially coming from the owner.

Well i wish they had the 0 Star Selection because thats what they deserve but let me start by saying why Iam so disappointed, i went to this place on May 4, 2018 and i got a horrible service i dont even know the name of the lady who was doing my nails but i am going to tell you all my experience. So i went in and the lady told me to sit down so i did and she started asking me what did i wanted , and i had told her that i wanted a full set with no chip color and square round, so she started to work on my nails and i noticed she kept filing my nails on the sides for a while , and i look over and my nails were looking so thin so i mentioned to her that i didnt want them so thin on the sides, and she responded with this is better for you, because of your nails , i always do a beautiful nails , and i told her well honestly thats cool but i dont like them and i want them how i told you please and i kept pointing at my nails trying to show her what i didnt like about my nails and she pulled my arm , so i pulled it back towards me and she started talking Chinese language to the guy who was sitting next to her and then he looked over on our side and started looking at me and started talking in their language , so i assumed they was talking about me which i honestly dont care, so then i told the lady that i didnt want no color because my nails were not even shaped how i wanted them to be shaped , and i stood up and the lady comes and pushes me all mad and says okay no color? then move and i said to her well i am not paying for these and she says you have to pay or else we will call police so i got up and payed because i honestly didnt want to deal with them anymore i was so upset honestly i will never come here, this place don t care about anyone all they want is your money... im going to post a pic of how i normally get them done by my tech which are the burgundy ones and the ones i got done by them are the lavender ones...

Horrible experience!I’ve been going there for years and unfortunately ran in without an appointment. I was given someone else (Kenny) because the girl who did my nails for years has left. He totally wrecked the shape of my nails and when I asked the owner for someone to fix them she told me she had no intention on doing anything and I couldn’t dispute the fact I was overcharged! What should have been $8 worth of work my card was charged $80!!! She told me that if I tried to dispute the charges she would hold me there and cut off all my nails! Thank God my daughter video taped it and I’m filing a police report. She scared my daughter to the point of years. Awful place and now I realize why the girl who did my nails for years has left.

Ive been coming here for years. I used to love it. Now Ill never go back. I got my nails done last friday. No chip manicure. Mind you Ive noticed the service dipping in the past year. By this Friday my nochip manicure was already peeling off on the sides. What makes me madder is its not cheap to get your nails done. Almost every single time Ive gone in there my nails have scuff marks, brush marks, dents in the color because the techs are so busy rushing you out out so they can get money from the next person. I used to get my nails done religiously every two weeks. They would make comments to each other in their language about my nails, there were times I had to come later than 2 weeks because you know life happens. They make several comments and make me feel like my hands were gross. Im ready to move on and get service worth y money.

I always get treated very nicely here. They even offer you colors that are in season, or in style. They always listen to your requests and they do a wonderful job! Very much recommend to friends and family.

I always come to Diva for my manicure and pedicure! Jenny does a great job and always makes sure I’m happy with my nails. I definitely recommend coming here, especially if you get your nails done regularly. They begin to know you as an individual, including your preference for nail shape and color.

I really dont understand all the bad reviews. I have been coming here for a few years and they always do a great job. On 2 occasions I have had an issue with a chipped no chip polish, but when I go back to show them, they ALWAYS happily correct the issue. Generally I think people end up disappointed when they dont clearly communicate what they want before the tech starts. Im super picky and Im paying for this so of course I let them know.

If i could give this place a 0 i would. The employees are so rude. The guy filed my skin rather than my nail!!! Like why?! I told him i like my nails thicker and i would pay extra he says no. 25 for a fill that left my skin on my fingers raw from him filing my SKIN rather than the nail. No way. This place sucks. Seriously if you dnt like your job then work else where. We come to get our nails done not to pay for your attitude and rudeness. Wosrt nail place ever!!!

I absolutely love this place! Huge selection of gel colors, very clean and inviting. The staff is always very friendly and professional. I have been a loyal customer for about 2 years now, and I will continue to go there for all my mani/pedi needs. Kelly is my go-to girl, love her!

I cant find any other salon as good as Diva. Great price, professional service, best nails. Kenny is my favorite guy. I moved away from this area so its hard to go 40 minutes just to do nails and I miss them deeply.

Only place in Addison that charges $30 for a basic acrylic full set. Now, paying $5 is nothing...if it were worth it. Seems like they use cheap material since my nails were breaking off just a couple of days after. All in all, I had to remove the nails after just 6 days. There was literally no point and calling in to complain and have them fixed. If a horrible job was done the 1st time, I wouldnt go back a 2nd time even it is to repair my nails. Their smiles wipe off their faces as soon as you reject them trying to up sell you and you they make it completely obvious that theyre talking bad about you in their language. Never planning to come here again. If youre looking for a GOOD nail salon, I highly recommend Fancy Nails and Tran Nails in Villa Park. Might be a little further but so worth it!

Best nail place

The absolute best salon to have a mani and/or pedi.Lots of parking,walk ins welcome.Lots of staff so waiting is not a problem. Neat and clean,instruments are sterilized for each client.Menu on wall so you know what to expect,loads of great new and old nail polish colors to choose from.Ive been a loyal customer for over 2 years and recommend this salon to anyone- your nails will never look better!

I got my nails done about 2 weeks ago. I got the no-chip on gel, which should be impossible to chip off! (Whenever I get my nails done at my usual salon, they never ever chip, especially on gel.) Anyhow, after two days half of my polish chipped off, now after 2 weeks my hands look horrible and I have to go get a new set because Im embarrassed of how my hands look. Usually, Id wait one more week before I went to get the fill in.Also, just when I walked in and seen all these no-chip colors to pick from, I thought: Wow, thats odd, why do other places dont have that many? Well now I know why. This was my first time and surely my last, visiting this salon. Dont get no-chip here!

My nails always last me a good month or so, they never leave them crooked or skinny like Ive had in past experiences, and theyre supper affordable compared to other places :) my new nail place

First time ever coming to this place and the last time!!!! Very rude over flowed the pedicure chair soaked my shoes then said they couldnt take care of my fill inn after I asked them and they said yes...Very unprofessional also put wrong color on my toes.

Would not recommend this place, this is really a waste of money!!! I kept on telling the tech to fix my nails he keep on leaving them crooked, and he keep telling me or making the sign to look them from below, really!!?? when painting my nails he also left a corner with no nail polish! very poorly done nails. I regret coming in here, worst is is that I have to now pay to get them removed since I really hate them. if I could I would give NO stars

Extremely ticked off..I got my gel nails done on Thursday and it’s friday the nail is already coming off!! I payed $45 for nails that are about to fall off!! What a disappointment!

They have a wide variety of no-chip polishes to choose from, but their no-chip manicure last almost a week.I tried them because my place was closed and I was in dire need of a no-chip polish change- mind you they dont do polish changes, they only do manicures. Their manicure was $30, $15 more than my place and lasted 1/4 of the time of my place.Very disappointed. Expected more
