My new favorite nail salon! Exceptionally great with such a sweet and accommodating staff! Always a great experience every time I go and my nails always look on point every time! Lily was my technician this time and she did this nail art for me so well. She was very fast and efficient!

The shape is perfect!! The only issue I have is everything is an additional cost to the full set service. Soak off, ombré, shape, length we’re all additional. I used to live near a salon where all of that was included with the service. But my nails are beautiful!The staff is so friendly and accommodating, the salon itself is beautifully decorated, and the complimentary drinks are great!

It’s my first time there. I am very picky about the way my nails and eyebrows done and Mr. Thai did an awesome job. I have ever done the almond shape but I really love the way it is on my hands and he made them very evenly and smoothly. Thai did a great great job for my eyebrows as well. I don’t have to drive back to my old nail salon in FtW to get it done again. I found a favorite nail tech now! I will try pedicures next time for sure.

They usually are very sweet and friendly but sometimes in a superficial kind of way. No more than most other salons I have been to. I have been places that were more personable and genuinely excited to see regulars or be a part of a special day. I may consider going elsewhere for my wedding nails in a few weeks to somewhere I know will show genuine excitement for the occasion. Otherwise usually prompt but not ways and VERY quality work.

This is my first time here. I did acrylic tip and dip power with gel pedicure. Kenny did my nails and he did AMAZING. He gave me his professional opinion on the design and shape and I love love love how it turned out. The foot massages and pedicures are also so good. Feels amazing. They have drinks too for a nice relaxation. Definitely coming back and recommend my guy Kenny! 👍🏼

I absolutely love the way he did on my nails. He speaks English Spanish and 5 languages. I dont speak English well and he helped me translate Spanish. Peter takes his time and he is carefree. I really love this place. First time I visited here, it feels like AWESOME and AMAZING. They have an interesting menu for both alcohol or non-alcohol. Nail technicians are sweet, so nice, friendly and professional. I decided to go this salon because of my friends recommendation. And I had a right decision that Im not disappointed.Having a plan for summer vacation in Florida, I want to take care of my nail and have a little bit different. And I got my gel manicure done and was designed by MARIA, who is the best nail designer that I have ever seen. She is so adorable, she recommended for these things: palm trees, whales, star, birds, beach...when I told her that I will go to the beach. The ideas for my design my nail is very pretty and I love it.Just come and enjoy!Highly recommend for this place.Ill will be back.

Had Sweet as my nail technician. Fast but not gentle. Cut me three time. She looked at my nails and thought they were done but my thumb was messed up and I was over sitting for over an hour and a half and didn’t want to wait longer. Most technicians I’ve been to clean up your edges or the paint/residue left on your skin and mine are just sloppy.

I moved from California and had a full set with gel polish. It was time for a refill but I asked them upon arrival to give me a new set of nails as I needed to start over with my nails. I was taken to the pedicure chair (for a pedicure as well). The manicurist began soaking my nails to take everything off. She proceeded to clean my cuticles and cut ALL of my nails (down to the skin). She began polishing all of the nubby nails., I then asked her if she was going to put tips on (as that is what I requested upon arrival. She went to the front to advise management what was goin going on. THey advised me that I was getting a gel manicure and the additonal tips would be $37.00 more dollars. The cost for a new full set and pedicure for me that day was $87.00. I advised them that that is not what I asked for. THey should have given me the full set (minus the nubby manicure) and charged me for a full set and pedicure. They wanted to charge for a manicure, pedicure and full set (w/acrylic and gel polish). I advised them that I would just get a full set next (or somewhere else) and that I was not giving them a tip - as I now have the shortest nails Ive ever had with gel polish. This was such horrible service. They should know what a person is asking for when they walk in. They did not even care to shape them !!

This nail salon is hands down one of the best I have ever gone to! They’ve taken COVID precautions super seriously with enforcing mask wearing at all times, having customers wash hands as soon as they get in, and taking temperatures. The salon is very clean and you definitely feel like luxury when being serviced! I don’t have any complaints about any of their nail technicians, but I must call out Kim! She did this dip on me today - this is the best shaping and thinnest dip I’ve ever had, I’m beyond pleased :)

I came here as it had good ratings and it was my first time getting my nails done. I loved this place and will definitely be coming back. I asked for something simple and it was done so pretty and cute. I had ‘Queenie’ and she did such a great job. The environment looked so nice and well taken care of. Champions nail spa has been a great place to get my nails done. The techs are knowledgeable and always get my dip nails shaped exactly how I want them! It has always been nice and clean when I’ve gone. Stop by to see them in the beginning of the week if you can, as they are typically very busy on Thursday through the weekend

Maggie and Kevin are my go to when getting pedicures. They are both so nice and professional. I’ve never had a bad experience there each time I get a pedicure there. It’s truly a relaxing experience for me. I am not sure if I want to nap there or enjoy my drink! Nonetheless I don’t have anything negative to say about this business.

My sister talked me into going. It was the first time I ever had a manicure/pedicure. Who knew? This package came with many extras. The massage chair is standard, I had skin wraps...hand, foot, and shoulder massage. I was treated like a king. It was very relaxing and a great stress relief. The staff was amazing. V was my girl, shes incredible.

I had PETER did my Manicure and Pedicure yesterday September 16thHe also told me his family name is Anh. Hes so polite and took his time to get my nails done. He got me good cocktails too. This has been my go to since they’ve opened! Best service and quality in Addison. Atmosphere is calm, relaxing. Staff is always friendly. Tony has done both pedicure and manicured for me, great job each time! Pedicure is 3 weeks old, manicure gel done today! (Different shades depending on light) He always takes his time in his craft, and makes sure it’s done as I requested.

Editing my 5 star to 1 after a bad experience with dip. I trust them to do great basic polish. I wanted to do tips and dip but it was a horrible experience. I paid extra for a better manicure (cuticles, wax,etc) but was rushed through without any of those add ons. I also got something completely different than what I had asked for. When I paid at the front, I let them know how disappointed I was, and they just said I could come back and get them soaked off - no other solution. Will likely never come back, which is very unfortunate because this has always been my go to, I must have been here every week for the last year. Do better.

This was my second time coming to this nail salon. I had a very good experience the first time. The reference photo I showed was much simpler than my first but it was executed so poorly. The gel is mixed in with the nude dip powder and there is gel top coat all over my skin. It was so rushed and there was no attention to detail. I also felt like I paid $60 for the most basic nails.

I think they did a beautiful job on my toes! I didn’t get my 10% off for being a new customer though 😒 but I’ll be back so hopefully I can get it then…. I like this place though! It’s new, swanky, the chairs are comfortable, the bar looks amazing though I was not offered a drink 😒 but they did a great job so I’ll charge it to their being busy and not their hearts 💕 I’ve had worse experiences where I was given a drink so they get a pass from me! 👌🏽

Best nail salon ive been Paul is good and very good service.

I went in to get Halloween designs. When it was taking my girl a long time a guy came over to help. He completely ruined it by doing sloppy polka dots and stripes that did not match what my original lady was doing. I was very upset so they said I could come in the next day to get it fixed. I brought in reference photos of what I wanted and was assured that she could do it. She did not even come close. It looks terrible! And got what I paid I can’t believe I ended up with nails that look like a preschooler did them. Below is the reference photo I asked for and then the other two photos are the results of what they did. I’m infuriated!

It’s kinda of a hit and miss. At first it was great the nail work and shaping was fantastic. But the last 3 times I’ve been the quality just wasn’t there. But the last two times were It for me. The nail tech argued with me the whole time I was picking my nails. I kept trying to show her things I want and she just kept saying it would be ugly and then after she ruined my ideas tried to rush me to pick something else. Even went to get her manager about it. Then when I said I want this or that she just kept saying more money more money. I’m not sure if she thought I couldn’t afford it or if she was just ready to go (I was her last client) but it really rubbed me the wrong way. In conclusion she rushed me and was lowkey rude then the nails were not that great. Then the last time I went (for my birthday set) the nails are awful. The shape and the work were both below average and she cut my fingers like 4 times. For the most part the pedicures were nice. I’ve only had one bad one here. But it’s been a year and to go back three times in a role and be dissatisfied. Also be Careful with getting your waxes here. The regular lady wasn’t there so a different person tried and she really messed them up. I’ll be looking for a new nail salon:/

It used to be really good when they first started then service has declined significantly! They add their prices as they please (different than what’s displayed). Customers, be sure to get a final price so you don’t get surprised when you pay! Also, after you make an appointment, they make you wait 15+ min but when you’re 10 min late, they say the person you made the appointment with is not available. I finally thought I found a nail shop I liked but not consistent! Please just go back to how you used to be when you first started but that only lasted for 6 months - sadly

So nice to finally have a nice nail spa close to where I live w reasonable prices, great service and a FULL BAR ~ not that I need a drink every-time I go, but it is a nice plus!!I love the friendly nail techs ~ Maggie and Sweet are my favorites!! The chairs are nice and comfortable, and I like that you have several options to choose from on services! Will definitely be back!

I was here for hours but they were very busy.My nail color was beautiful but shaping and detail could use some more attention which they are going to rectify. Pedicure was organic add jelly it was nice but I don’t feel like today I got to enjoy the full experience; I would rather go at a less busy time to know if I’ll continue as a repeat customer. The techs were very nice . One was new and very nervous but he was very creative and did a beautiful color job. The other tech Vihn was very nice and patient and helpful with me picking out colors . The salon was clean just crowded but it’s the weekend. The mood felt stressful and it seemed difficult to relay what I wanted and the constant pricing made me feel annoyed. It’s a lot to take in for your first visit, for at least me anyways but I look forward to giving them another shot as far as a recommendation I’d say go for it if you like them you do you don’t let them know.

It was okay nothing over the top. My pedicure was good but the environment just feels like theyre rushing to get their customers out. I rather go to a place where the technician takes their time on me. The place looks lovely though....I dont think Ill go back.

Unfortunately, did not have a good experience. My nail tech was not very good and my manicure looked almost like I did it myself. The place, however, is nice and clean. Everyone was following the rules regarding Covid. They have a very good offering of services and drinks... It may have just been bad luck on who I got to do my mani/pedi as this was my first time and didnt have any point of reference of who to ask for.

This will be my second time here. I came back for a reason. It is a very nice and clean place. They always have someone that will greet you and make you wash your hands before signing in. They take your temperature. You fill out what you want on a slip of paper listing services and prices. Liz did my gel nail manicure. She is very gentle and does a great job. Vee did my pedicure. She made me a drink and took her time doing the pedicure. She really made me relax. I got the hot stones, hot towels and wax stuff for my feet. She did amazing. I will continue coming here and referring friends and family. Awesome job!!

This is hands down my favorite mani-pedi salon in Dallas. I love everything about this place and the people.

I got lucky with David when I came in as a walk in for the ombre nails, so I made an appointment with him for the green and orange nails and he SNAPPED (he also recognized me immediately). David makes all my dreams come true and is happy to do what ever I come up with as a client. 1000/10 recommend. Not to mention I feel safe as a client getting my nails done in the middle of a pandemic. As soon as you walk in they make you wash your hands and they take your temperature. They also sanitize their stainless steel tools. Speaking as an out of commission TDLR licensed manicurist, I trust this place.

Big fan of this nail salon. Ive been here ever two to three weeks for approximately two years. I have had manicures and pedicures from almost all the different staff members. And while there are favorite people I am quite sure no one there is going to be disappointing. Prices are reasonable for the area. Convenient to downtown and also have a reward program for frequent visits.

Anna is AMAZING! I’ve been getting my nails done for over 30 years and she is BY FAR the best. My nails looked just as good four weeks later than they did the day they were done! KEVIN gives an amazing pedicure too!!!!

I arrived, explained I wanted a clear color but with sparkle.. the guy told me to decide on a color and moved on and helped the next person without saying a word... I’ve never been treated so horribly. The Addison location is horrible.. I’d rather drive 20 minutes and go to the one in Dallas...

I came in today and enjoyed my experience. It was a little busy around 2pm on a Wednesday which attests to how great the service is. I waited about 8 mins a shot right in with my nails. I got a simple light pink dip loser set with acrylic add on. I’m overall satisfied with everything, but I am not picky. The nail tech might have felt rushed because of the business, but I peruses not feel rushed.

Just got my nails done and next day one broke they are too thin worst part I board plane at 8 am so I can’t come back. I’m going on vacation for 3 weeks disappointed to say the least this is still my favorite nail shop though so beautiful my feet were done pretty good and my eyebrows; I love the drinks they prepare nice touch! my daughter Polish came the next day as well off but I guess that’s what happens with children still upset wasted money

I switched nail techs due to the 1st guy being very rude. I saw that he was finishing up someone’s feet and ask him to politely wash his hands. He was really rude and acted as if he should not have to wash his hands. I ask for another nail tech. I wanted almond shape. The lady was really slow and she did not listen to what I requested. I told her natural and not thick. All of my nails where shaped different. She was really nice when she wanted to talk and listen, just didn’t have an eye for perfection. I ended up reshaping my nails when I got home which is not ok.

I always have a wonderful service whenever I go! It’s my favorite nail salon. Alyssa did a wonderful job today. I love my nails! This is my go to place. Prices are very reasonable and the service is always perfect.

The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing and Henry was the greatest. I love his personality, warm and friendly. Whenever I’m in Texas I’m definitely coming back to visit and want see Henry.

From the long 45+ minute wait in the actual chair, to the fact that my nails only lasted 2 weeks this is not a place I will return to! Also the guys are so rude he was embarrassing me making stupid comments with the pedicure like “wow you have so much skin” and “oof you have a lot of scars”(mosquito bites) just do your job why make unnecessary uncomfortable comments! And my Biggest pet peeve when I told the other guy that one of the dip nails from my manicure is crooked and they keep insisting it’s not when I can clearly tell that it is

Decent service... first time going the gel polish came off after 3 days... never had that happen before... made a 6:00 pm appointment and they still hadnt made it to me by 7... my niece was graduating so I left the second time I went...

I have Asthma and I cant wear a mask; I am medically exempt. They all were wearing face diapers. My mother and I went for a well deserved pedicure and was embarrassed and turned away. When you ser v e the public private or not. The law says you dont have the right to discriminate due to health issues. The Disability Act strictly prohibits this. It is a violation of my right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. The Governor lifted the mandate; I explained that it was not an issue for me to be there. You may own a business but you are not allowed to discriminate due to health issues.

I gave this place a try a total of 13 times, 7 of which were incredibly disappointing- one of which I walked out crying. The array of discrepancies include from the mail tech FIRMLY not allowing or doing what I explicitly asked, to the owner completely validating her technician’s repeated unprofessional behavior and resolving my issue by saying I go with someone else or somewhere else. What a shame!

Very poor customer service waited over 45 minutes in the lobby to get a gel manicure. While I was sitting, they sent another woman to sit right next to me, they do not follow social distancing by the way. The employees began to proceed to start on her nails before mine. Mind you I did not make any special request she was getting a manicure done as well. However they carried on with her service and continued to have me wait. Will not be coming here again.

I had my purple acrylic nails replaced with a new set of French tip acrylics. The purple from my old set is still showing in some areas where the paint wasnt fully removed. I let her know as she was working and she said she would get it but she didnt. She put my new set over the top which can be seen through to the purple spots. She also hurt my fingers several times as she worked and cut my thumb. She flew through the process very quickly and didnt take time to get it done right. I thought I would try them out for their Grand Opening and that was a mistake. I wont be returning back to Champion Nail Spa. Ive never had this bad of an experience getting a simple French tip set done before. Now I will need to go somewhere else and get them redone to fix the horrible job she did on my nails. I would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible.

Nicole and Maggie really made getting a pedicure a fun, awesome couples experience. They were professional, well trained and entertaining! The place itself is beautiful and the drinks - well icing on the cake! Highly recommend Nicole and Maggie. We will be back and will insist on having them both again.

In 4 days it will be a month since I got these nails done ! And this is the first time that I go to a place and my nails last this long ! I also like the shape even tho I asked for a almond shape and this looks to me more of a round shape but I’m fine with it ! Can’t wait to go back and get my new set done !!

I got a pedicure and a dip from this salon. They are my new favorite nail place! Not only is the salon beautiful and clean, but they also give you a drink included in your service. (And the prices are normal not all hiked up to offset the “free” drink like other salons). The service is amazing as well! I accidentally picked a nail color for my toes that I didn’t like so they redid my toes and helped me pick another color that matched my dip better. There was also no wait, Each time I’ve come they got me right in. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This place is beautiful! It’s always clean and they offer complimentary drinks! When I first started coming here, I’d just go to any nail tech and all of them are great, but my fav is Liz! She’s fast and sculpts my nails to perfection everytime I go. They last about 2 weeks, which is great. I like my nails short & almond and she doesn’t let me leave her chair until they’re on point!

I spent $75 on horrible nails. This was the second attempt at fixing them. I have stuff all over my fingers and they look HORRIBLE!!! My nail shape is uneven and they are slightly bubbled. I paid full price for a basic pedicure with no polish and messed up nails. They did not offer me a discount, but rather me me come back a few days later to have it redone.

This place always does a great job! Please ask for Lily for any manicures you want with designs. She does an amazing job and always takes her time!

I have been going here every two weeks for over a year. Previously I had asked for hombre and they did it with a hot pink acrylic after telling them I wanted natural. I stopped him in the middle and told him I didn’t like it and they continue to finish and said I would need to come back and have them re-done. I went back in David fix them. I went in yesterday requested a new set of acrylic hombre. The guy kept messing up and I was there for three hours trying to get them fixed. He then said that he just couldn’t do it and I would need to come back to have them fixed again. I did complain to Nicole at the front who then called David. David said that I would still need to pay but he could provide me a 10% discount and fix them the next day. I went in today to get them fixed and David said that he couldn’t do it because he had too many appointments and I would need to come back at a later time. I will never be back here again.

This place is hit or miss depending on who does your nails. I love the actual business though. Sip on some cocktails while you get your nails done in a clean professional environment. However, I would stay clear away from Lily. Theres no way shes licensed. Her work is horrible. 2nd time Ive had my nails done with her. Take my word. But everyone else is pretty good. I honestly would have given 5 stars if it werent for her. Because the rest of the staff will lie to you about her being a good nail tech to save face. But they will watch her work the entire time because no one actually trusts her but they still let her work on people.
