We serviced this client, provided drain cleaning services. Epic Nails issued us a check, then cancelled the payment after we left the business. Refuse to answer our calls and do the right thing. We believe in having a respectable character. Performing a service then not compensating the company is a very good reason to consider the moral character of the business. Came here for my birthday nails with my cousin on a Saturday at 11:00 AM. My cousin made an appointment through Instagram with Tim.The location was easy to find, but the address on Yelp is wrong. Their new location is on swift road. It is located inside of a small mini mall. There is ample amount of parking. The decor inside is absolutely gorgeous. It is so chic and perfect for pictures!This was the perfect place to feel special and get pampered for my birthday. It is a beautiful place in general and the staff is very friendly/welcoming. During our appointments we had the pleasure of meeting Ken, Kendra, Nicole and Tim. Again, everyone was friendly, and very accommodating. All staff had on mask. You can pay cash, card or quick pay!I have been doing dip lately, but wanted longer length so I was going to do fake acrylics, however, Nicole let me know that they can just add a tip extension to my nail and still do dip!! I was so happy as dip is less damaging to your nails!! This is the first nail salon I have been to that offers extensions with dip powder. Also, Nicole let me know the salon is BYOB. Yes, you read that right, BYOB!I highly recommend to come here for your next service or a special occasion. Besides nail services, they do offer waxing, eyebrow tinting and lashes! I recommended to come for the experience, but also too for the outstanding service and detail to the service they provide. Tim and Nicole’s work is amazing. Absolutely love Tim and Nicole. They do amazing service and they make sure it’s done top notch. Reading these reviews make me laugh because I feel like it’s all BS lies for anyone who gave them less than a 5 star rating. They’re very open with every client, personable, and are just amazing people. They can legit do any nail design you want. Never had an issue either.

Epic?!?! I THINK NOT.My good friend went in the other day to get serviced for a no chip mani and it didnt even last her 3 days. She had politely ask the manager Nicole for a refund, due to the fact that she had to go to a different nail salon to get a completely new set. Nicole refused to grant her the refund and was extremely rude and unprofessional. I believe this is not at all how a business should be run.

I came in for a NO CHIP manicure. Within the next day, all my nails started lifting, I also noticed that the paint was over my skin. Which is not suppose to happen. I paid for a no chip set but not even a day after and it started chipping. I’m usually a regular at this salon and when I spoke to the manager in regards to my poorly done manicure. After waiting a couple of days, they offered me a repaint, I had asked for a refund due to the fact that I had to go else where and spend more money to have my nails fixed. Right after thats when the manager, Nicole started adding extra restrictions that I was not made aware of prior. She stated that the repaint HAD TO BE THE SAME COLOR AS I GOT PREVIOUSLY, SAME LENGTH AND they were ONLY giving me till the end of this week to come in and get my nails fixed mind you it’s FRIDAY. Nobody stated that I had a time limit. As much as I appreciated the offer, I personally didn’t feel comfortable going back to a salon that messed up my nails and had all my nails chipping THE DAY AFTER. After I had politely asked for a refund the manager stated to me that they don’t do refunds because “they work hard for their money” AS DO I. And then she’s going to state that “it’s common sense” that I would go to them to get my nails fixed within the time limit they gave me when IT SAYS NO WHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE ABOUT ANY OF THESE POLICIES. And I told the manager that, that’s when she hit me with “no we don’t because it’s common sense” EXCUSE ME?!?! Not only am I extremely unhappy with my results, I lost my hard earned money to a salon that uses ZELLE that claims they can’t refund me my money. And is only giving me until TOMORROW to get my nails fixed. I will NEVER give them my business again. They don’t even clean their tools properly. Pulling them out of dirty drawers with a whole bunch of dust when they’re suppose to be in alcohol. ESPECIALLY after you had use them on another client.

I asked for a a pink French tip as in the tips pink. I showed them the picture of what I wanted they said yes I can do this for you and came out nothing like the picture they say it’s because of lighting but it wasn’t. Very disappointed. And they charged me $55. And it wasn’t even what I wanted at all. My appointment was also suppost to be at 5:00 and i was on time but they took in walk ins Before me even tho I was there first and didn’t get attended till 5:40

I genuinely love this place, The staff is great, excellent service from pedicures to full set designs. Will definitely keep coming back!!

Long wait. He was rude and pawned me off on another operator so I waited another 15 minutes. Lumpy fill in which you cant see until polished. I wont return. And they have a dog that is cute but not cool if youre allergic.

First time coming here and everyone was very friendly and personable. Not a huge selection of non-chip colors but they did a really good job. The woman who threaded my eyebrows was very nice and did an awesome job. Will definitely be back

I waited 30 minutes to get my no chip fixed. There was a guy in the back on his phone. I dont know why he couldnt do my fix. Dont come here if you want your no chip to come off in a few days.

I have been going to Epic Nails for about 6 years and I will never go anywhere else. Excellent nail technicians and excellent service. The owners always make it welcoming and a pleasant place to be. Id recommend this place to anyone.

I have been coming here for a while and at first I enjoyed my visits. Friendly staff, well done work, peaceful environment but lately I have found quirks that trouble me. 1. Their sign says they open at 10 am but there have been days when I am there till almost 11am and No one in sight. 2. I go here to escape work and life and lately all the owner does is complaine and complaine. 3. They also dont know how to honor or keep track of appointments.Honestly they know how to do the job but they (the owners) lack in customer service skills.

They didn’t cut my nails before putting on the set, I noticed after they had already done them. That never happened to me before. I had them do an oval shape and they were crooked on some sides. They were nice so I felt bad and kept my mouth shut.... It was also quite expensive. Probably won’t return

Walked in no one greeted me. The nail shop was full of kids drinking around and adults who didnt care what their child was doing.. I left and never recieved any services

This used to be a really good place but the owner of this place, recently, is awful. His wife is so sweet but he is always so grumpy. Anyways I was a regular customer but not anymore after I went in to take a full set off and he popped every one of my nails off. We all know thats not the right way to do it. My nails are still recovering and this was over 3 months ago. When I asked him to soak it he got rude and defensive and said this is how they are done. I didnt want a scene (because I have seen him cause a scene with other clients) so I just had them popped off. I know I should have walked out. I DO NOT recommend this place, you will not walk out with what you asked.

They said they open at 10 am but it is already 12pm and we kept on calling trying to figure out if they finally open. We haven’t had any other complains but this is unacceptable if they weren’t gonna be open they should have had a sign and saying they will not open.

So I went n got a gel set with black tips n told the lady it was my birthday today n I looked down n I could see some of the mint polish from my last set still underneath on 3 of my nails. I told her n she acted like she couldnt see it. So the guy in the first station came over n said he could see it. Then miraculously she could suddenly see it to fix it... the lady was so careless. Im not happy with the whole experience. Never going there again... :(

Very bad experience. I was there almos 3 hours ( basic pedicure and no chip manicure). Lady was very rude for me. My nails were broken after 3 days.
