The woman who always does my pedicure and manicure is so so sweet. I love coming to this spa just because she is so calming and seems like a beautiful person. But I have to be honest - the paint skills are severely lacking. The manicure is not done well either. Also, I took the polish off 5 days after my manicure, and my nails were left with a residue that wouldnt come off, shown in the picture. I wont be going back unfortunately

Recently moved back to DFW Area after two years away and the place is still as good as it was before; I love the renovations. I came back looking for my favorite tech Jenny, but she was not there on the day I went. They are doing a great job at following the CDC mandatory precautions and I will continue to do business with them. Loyal consumers since 2015!

Horrible service! Was there waiting for over an hour for a 30 minute wait. A lady who just got there was attended right away for the same service I was waiting for with no appointment. Used to love this place but service has just gone down a lot. Pedicure ladies are always cutting you or digging their nails in you with their own long nails during the massage. Will not return.

They broke my toe nail and didnt even tell me until i left the store. Just for me to come back for them to tell me that my nail was broken in the process. Very expensive, not very sanitary. The lady did not wash her hands from going from client to client also used bare hands and attempted to clean my feet with no gloves. Never coming again nor would I recommend.

I’ve been going to this salon off and on for about four years. They do good work for reasonable prices, however their attitudes are very poor. I’ve been a loyal customer, I’m extremely patient because there is always a wait even if you make an appointment, and I tip. But I will no longer be using this establishments services. I will go out of my way to find someone else to do my nails. They are very rude and they seem to have an issue when I ask for specific designs or nail style. If you are not able to do it just say that instead of telling me the price like that should detour me. But I see other clients get the designs and style they want with out fuse. I am a black woman and I urge all black women to find a black nail tech or a black nail establishment as they do not like to service black people in their establishment.

I have been going here for 15 years when steve was the owner however today was the worst experience i have ever had mai refused to do my nails while i got my pedicure when i had a 10 am appointment then proceeded to work on two other womens nails as they got their pedicure then acetone was spilt on my kate spade purse which ruined it with a burn mark and then told me i can go see someone else . Then mai proceeded to do my nails and it was not what I wanted i told her i wanted a tip she did it without a tip i told her im tired of paying for something i dont like ,i was told they will redo it but i have to pay again ! i told wendy that I am very upset and disappointed that i have been a loyal customer for 15 years and she said let me correct you you were a loyal customer when steve was owner i only took over 2 years ago and that right there was not ok when this is my first time complaining and telling you how the service was unacceptable you tell me that how unprofessional. will be taking my business elsewhere and so will the 10 people in my family who have been coming here non stop for 15 years i will also contact the cosomotology board and report this shop for the rude customer service and how they ruin personal property and do nothing to take care of the situatuon.

Maya is the only reason I come here! She’s amazing with manicures. She takes her times and makes my nails last forever. She’s the best , I wouldn’t trade her for anybody!The other staff is friendly, this place is clean and quiet. I have no complaints.

I dropped my daughter off to get her nails done and the nail tech absolutely did not care about doing a good job. She was a much older lady who did a rush job. My daughters nails were different sizes and filed crooked on some. They were also lumpy and thick. My daughter did ask for her to fix them and upon my arrival they looked the same. They were still very lumpy and wide. I advised another nail tech that my daughter nails needed to be redone. After looking at them, she advised the original tech to correct them (now for the 3rd time). While she worked on them, I stayed close to ensure they would be done right. While I had my daughters hand in mine, the nail tech yanked it down and gave me the most effed up 😡 look ever. I was in complete shock. She had the nerve to have an attitude and be beyond rude for a service I am PAYING for and that she screwed up. I immediately asked for another tech to correct what was done to my daughters nails. A gentleman assisted and did a great job in filing down the thickness of the nail and making them more narrow since they were so wide. Something that first tech could simply done since she had nexgen. Nothing was said the tech and we will never be returning. I cant believe that someone would portray such ugly behavior and in front of my teenage daughter, the behavior was unacceptable. She should be fired for yanking my daughters hand. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

My nail spot, I go to specific ladies to get my hands and toes done but everyone there does a great job. I never feel rushed and they always do a thorough job. I love coming here to get my nails done, I always feel comfortable and relaxed and know ill always leave happy.

Seriously love this place! They can get busy so try and make an appointment. :) I will forever be a customer!

Okay my mom and I were going to go and do our nails they said they were busy and they told us to wait or comeback another day they always tell us that but we decided to wait and 30 minutes past and they finally attended us my mom went first I sat next to her they started to put foil and acetone on my moms nails and she stood like that for 25 minutes we tought she was getting supplies turns out she just went to attend another costumer my mom and I were furious we told the lady that my moms nails burnt we left the store and we had to literally go to target get supplies for us to do the work at home we always went here but it’s expensive and they are not very nice at all they are very rude and do not follow your request it might seem luxurious but it’s just a scam they do not do a good job save your money go to a different salon please

I like this place it’s affordable and the people are nice. A big down fall is that if they don’t have enough people and your wait I’d going to be long, they do not communicate. I wanted to get my mani and pedi done at the same time so I’d be there an hour max. They sat me to do my mani separately and said that they would just start and move me in a bit. Then they never did, they completed my mani at the station and then sat me in the pedi chair and had me wait 25 minutes before I gave up and left!

Unless you’re ok with waiting AT LEAST 3 HOURS and constantly having to ask them to fix mistakes, DO NOT GO HERE. You would think it’s an exaggeration but not at all. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time and went back a 2nd time, both times it happened! What’s bizarre is that this place isn’t at all packed to where you’d think it’s understandable to take so long.The problem is that they put So Much Polish so it takes such a long time for nails to dry, aside from that they are Constantly Messing Up by always leaving polish on the skin once they’re done and I have to ask them if they can please fix them, the polish and the gel were also so far from the cuticle so you’ll need to return soon for a refill, and at least a couple of lengths won’t match your other hand’s nails.WENDY did my manicure, not only did she do all of the mentioned above but she also kept watching something playing on her phone almost the whole time while using the drill! She almost cut me cause she left the drill for so long under my nail that it made me pull away fast. I mean come on! she didn’t even stop watching her phone after that!NANCY also did my manicure and she is the absolute most RUDE, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received. Don’t dare ask her to fix anything cause she will give you the worst attitude and she threw my finger back at me!We work hard for our money, so it’s nice to enjoy some time at the spa to relax for that while and walk out happy with pretty nails.Well, do not expect that at all if you get NANCY or you go to L.A Nails in Addison.YOU WON’T LEAVE L.A NAILS HAPPY AT ALL, YOU WONT BE RELAXED IN THE LEAST. Ive been getting dip powder nails with Wendy for several months now, I keep coming back to her she does a great job. Ive also gotten pedicures with Jenny she gives great massages. Had others do pedicures as well and they do a great job, but if Jenny is available i try and get her.

Once again, Wendy delivers 10 beautiful pieces of art!!!! Ive been coming here for about 2 years and am never disappointed in any service I receive whether it be nails, pedicure or waxing my eyebrows. Thank you all for always being on point :)

Mai did my acrylics i really liked how she did them they are very pretty and ive gotten a lot of compliments on them if you want to get good looking nails come to her none of my nails have fallen nor broken and usually when i go to other salons my acrylics fall in less than a week. I really recommend it, But it is kinda pricey.

Love this place. I just got my nails done and they look fantastic. Wendy took care of me and was patient and making sure each of my nails looked perfect. I highly recommend coming here.

As soon as we walked in with our reservation at 4 they were being very rude. They did not let us choose are colors before we sat down, the lady started to touch one of my sister and trying to sit us down. After all I would not recommend it as they do not have no good customer service at all.

I have been going to LA Nails Addison for almost two years, and this place is great! When I moved to N. Dallas a few years ago, I found that there are a lot of nail salons but very few that are good. Nancy has been doing my nails for over a year, and the last time I went, Nina did my toes. Both ladies did an awesome job! The salon personnel is both friendly and professional. The location is great too, between Target and Kroger. I just made another appointment and will make many more, Im sure! I highly recommend!

I have been looking for my forever salon and I believe I found it. I was looking for something close to home and found La Nail and spa. The reviews were good and I read Wendy was amazing!! I saw some of her work online and decided to reach out. I was messaged back the same day and we both were able to work around each others schedules. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was told Wendy was just finishing up another client. I was offered a drink and told to pick my color. The salon was not too busy, it was clean and very relaxing. Wendy was very sweet showed her a picture and she did her thing! She pays very close attention to her work the shape the length making sure it all looks good. She takes her time and I love that in a nail tech. I have found my place and my tech. I definitely recommend this place as well as Wendy. All the other techs did an amazing job on nails as well from what I seen. Wendy thank you!!

Cut my toes too short after I told her I just wanted them shaped. The polish is messy and not applied evenly. I also asked for a receipt because I own a business she did not give me a detailed receipt after I asked multiple times. And she still received a tip from me . Not sure what has happened, the professionalism and customer service has become poor.

Love this place!! But I really just follow my nail person around. Ellen is the best at her craft!! She is so nice and has the ability to get the ingrown nail from my toe I hurt while playing at the greatest university in the world Penn State!!!

Oh my what can I say. They are lovely at the most high regards. I felt like my parents were pampering me as a baby here. My pedicure lasted 3 weeks and was stunning. My nails lasted longer although maintenance is at best to be done within two weeks. It is a beautiful shop and the bond I formed with them and the other customer was sheer fun!

I had a an appointment for 3:30. They made me wait until 4:30. The girl started my feet then left me stating that she had another appointment. I reminded her that I had made an appointment. but she didnt seem to care. I have been going here for years and I am truly disappointed with the service.I guess she felt like my time wasnt valuable,because I am African American!!!

I had been going here for two years after numerous screw ups on my nails. Constant change of staff and it’s always the ones who were actually good that left.Four days before my wedding after my doing dip powder for malibu Barbie pink on my nails that I did not ask for and asking them to fix it they tried to charge me $20 extra dollars after I had already paid on full and tipped the girl $20.NEVER coming back and you shouldn’t either! Horrible business ethics.

Im very happy I decided to come here today. Though I was an evening walk-in, I was treated very well. Tom and Nina did a great job with my nails and pedi. My nails are shaped perfectly with no lumps and my feet are very smooth. They both paid attention to detail and I didnt need to ask for anything to be changed. I feel like a valued customer and I will most definitely be back!

I had a terrible experience some time ago at this shop and up till now it hurts, i came to do my nails but i was not really sure what i wanted to do so later i made a decision and the worker asked me to pay first before she did my nails which is is weird because whenever i come there i do my nails before paying, i think is because am black because why do i have to pay for something i havent done yet. Pls talk to your workers not to descriminate ! Since that day I stopped coming there .

The young lady who did my nails did a great job however, I was seated by someone else and she proceeded to file down my nails and wrap them in foil. She walked off and I sat there for at least 45 minutes waiting for someone else to finally come finish my nails. They were apologetic for the wait but I wont be going back.

ABSOLUTE WORST MANICURE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I stopped by yesterday around 4:30pm to have my Next-Gen taken off and have a regular manicure done. I was asked no less than half a dozen times by who I am assuming is the manager, Steve, if I wanted gel. he kept asking Are you sure? Gel is better. Gel is great. Everyone loves Gel. You should get Gel. Regular manicure is no good. I stated every single time that I just wanted a regular manicure because all the other stuff destroys my nails. A lady came over and started to remove my Next-Gen and I immediately knew she was doing it incorrectly. I told her that you cant file them down and wrap them in foil, they needed to be soaked in acetone and they would come right off. Nope. She continued to do it as she pleased. The manager came over and told her she was doing it wrong and she had an attitude about it. I paid extra to get the upgraded manicure package and didnt get anything extra. My nails look terrible because she filed the top of them down trying to get the polish off. They look worse than they ever have. I asked her to shape them into square-round. Its not an uncommon request. She did a terrible job and I had to ask her to re-do them. I was there a total of 2 hours when it should not have taken nearly that long. I will never ever go back. I am new to Dallas and was looking for a place to get my nails done frequently, but this one is NOT it.

Great finished product for my pink and white acrylics! I wanted dip nails in pink and white but my technician was honest and let me know that theyre powder wouldnt lend a good result (pink part would look bubbly). So, he recommended dip only for colored nails, which Ill likely try in the near future! 😊

This is my favorite place to go. I go to Wendy she does my eyebrows and my nails. Shes the best I always get compliments on my toes and my eyebrows. I love the selections of colors that they have. Today was a no rush basic pedicure with a glass of wine. Very relaxing. Now I dont do color on my fingernails Im just a basic clear coat type of girl. I have very healthy nails so I dont like any color on them at all just your basic manicure is all I need . I sometimes wish I did do color because Wendys dips and artwork is amazing. Pure art I tell you. I get artwork on my toes and I love it. But some of the stuff she uses for the fingernails you cant use on the toes. One thing about it when Wendy does my toes my polish never chips. Ive been going to Wendy for well over 5 years now. Shes worth the wait she takes her time and does it right. Shes a perfectionist. Shes in high demand so give her a call early so you can get an appointment. Go enjoy yourself a glass of wine and just sit back and soak and relax. Tell her Lacy Lacy sent you.

Nice large salon, weekends a really busy. I would recommend that you call ahead for an appointment on the weekend. They have like 10 pedicure and 10 manicure stations and they packem in!

They do an okay job! They pick and choose who they greet when customers walk through the door! They act like they really don’t care for blacks. They greet and act totally different when white woman come in! They talk about people in their language as well. I think it’s unprofessional to speak in another language when you CLEARLY live in America And service Americans that’s an uncomfortable feeling. I’ve had it with them. I’ll be looking for another nail salon

This nail shop looks nice but their customer service is so horrible I just couldn’t keep putting myself through the irritation. When I go get my nails done I want to be relaxed and pampered. When it’s busy they rush and your nails don’t come out right. Or even if you make an appointment they over book themselves causing you to either be there for the whole day just to get a fill or they have to reschedule your appointment that was made in advance. The organization is just unacceptable especially when you’ve been a loyal customer. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

The last time I went, a nice helpful nail tech did my nails and she did such a good job! I got dip powder and shaped my natural nails really well, loved them. But I went yesterday...and the manager I believe, did them for me, he seemed like he was rushing, he left one slanted....then another girl comes in and she asks how long would it take to do her nails and he said he would do them for her in 20 minutes and as soon as he said that he started rushing even more on doing my nails, and you could just tell, like they’re sloppy....they don’t look as good as they could of...never again!

Wendy does the most precise gel manicure Ive ever had. Jenny and all of the technicians do great work here. The salon is professional, the staff is great and the pedicures are wonderful.

I was going there bi weekly because I was liking my pedicures. After a couple of times I decided to try my nails & I did the dip . The out come was very bad. The guy that did my nails was very rough & the filing was horrible. I left the place very disappointed and I called later all the manager Wendy said “come back” , I had a full day ahead with plans. It’s very sad to not be able to have any customer service to even want to come back after several times going there. I also don’t think it’s fair to even have all the time & money spent !Think twice before coming to this location!

I moved recently a little over an hour away but since I had been coming here for years when I lived in the area I figured I would go and get my nails done for my birthday. I go and automatically am asked if I have an appointment I said no and I was asked what I needed. I showed the lady a picture of a design I wanted and she proceeded to ask the nail techs if they could do them. One nail tech starts (what looked like arguing in Vietnamese to her and pointed at someone else) lady shows picture to her and then she comes back to tell me that the tech that can do those designs is all booked up and if I could come back later. I let her know that I could wait maybe 20-30 minutes tops but not come back later because I live an hour away. She asks again if someone can do them if I wait and of course they said no. I was so disappointed that I was turned away after going there for so long as a walk in might I add because Ive never needed an appointment because they dont require an appointment. Thought they should change it to an appointment only salon if thats the way they will be with customers. I left very disappointed and went to Hawaiian Nail Bar down the road and I couldnt be happier. Wont ever be going back to LA Nails.

UPDATE: The ownerss response to my review clearly shows the rudeness I was talking about. If you cant take negative review, change your attitude and improve your service, instead of leaving terrible responses and making yourselves look even bad.they used to be really good. But my last experience with them, first since the change in ownership was really really bad. had an appt and still had to wait an hour. The nail techs were rude and kept mumbling. The manicure was pretty average, not at all like the earlier visits.

I feel really sad... this used to be my favorite nail shop. The new “owner” is very bad with customer service... they pick and chose who they greet and It seems they lean towards a specific “race” .... I hate to say this but they have become very slow and wait time has increased ( seems like they have fewer employees now) they talk bad about customers in front of other customers... when people walk in ( there’s a big sign on the door that says walk ins welcome btw) they roll their eyes and gossip why they don’t make appointments. I had been going there for years, since Alex was owner, then Nancy, and now this rude lady....I will go back to Coco’s even if I have to drive further.

The reason I rate this place a two is because of the wait. Me and my friend came in at the same time and she was attended first as I waited on a nail tech to become available. As soon as a nail tech became available her nail tech told him to help me but instead he went to do another clients nails.(that client came in after us)

The young lady that did my pedicure was great. On the other hand the nail tech that did my nails was horrible they was slanted not a square shape. He placed nails that was way bigger than my actual finger and the manager was rushing the techs like crazy to get the clients in and out. It was not about giving the best service it was more about revenue. My friend and I would never go there again. My friend actually went there before and stated oh yea I remember why I stated I would never come here again. For us it was about convenience at that time. Overall I would never return to this place again.

Today I got my nail done this place. Very bad service. Turn out so horrible job. Lady ask for tip money omg. I tell her excuse you what did you just say. She say how much tip u going to give for me.
