I absolutely love Salon La Bottega. The owner John Veraza is so awesome and friendly. Plus he loves dogs. Yes, this hair salon loves furbys and is a very dog friendly salon. All of the staff is so friendly and professional. They make you feel welcomed. Jay has been my hair stylist for over a year and shes a gem. Shes very friendly, outgoing, has an amazing personality and shes also very professional. My first appointment with Jay I consulted with to her what type of caramel highlights and ash medium brown root color I wanted and when she was done with the final product my hair looked so spectacular like from a fashion magazine. Jay has magical hands and shes very seasoned and knows her colors and blending technique really well. If your looking for a hair salon in the White Plains area look no further and book your hair appointment with Jay. I highly recommend her because shes so phenomenal! Love her and the salon.

Ive been Jays client for over 10 years and I do not trust anyone else with my hair. If you want perfection then search no more. She will give you the most amazing haircut and color you will ever get. Her bubbly personality makes your entire day. She is super knowledgeable and will give you the best advise. She wont try to sell you crap that you dont need either like some other stylists do. I have been going to L Bottega for 3-4 years now. The service is great!I love my haircut and Blowout by Louis. Just got back to work and at least 10 customers have commented how beautiful it looks. Love being pampered there especially with a latte. They do a softening treatment for my frizz that helps me do my own hair.

Based on the positive reviews, I took a chance with Jay as my stylist. I was in town for a family event and I decided I was in need of a stylish mens haircut. Jay was very friendly, professional and the outcome was amazing. My family and friends were all commenting on my fabulous haircut. Great job Jay! Just moved to the area. Was on a mission for a haircut and they took me in as a walk-in. I was intimidated at first and hesitant to walk into another pretentious salon. They turned out to be attentive and friendly. Davide spent an hour and a half with me.I appreciate that he didnt rush through a cut and we didnt even have to do small talk:) Educated me about style and products. It was fantastic, was even offered a lovely cappuccino. Yes, on the pricey side. In the end, you get what you pay for. I love this cut, Davide did an amazing job and I will go back because Im curious on how well they will do color.

I was afraid I was never going to find a good stylist - that is until I found Maryann many years ago.She is extremely talented and passionate about what she does. She is most concerned that you are happy but is not afraid to give you ideas and suggest what she thinks would look best. My advice- trust her! She knows her stuff.She always listens to what I want - is really good about communicating what she is going to do - and then does an amazing job!! Recently, I wanted to keep my overall length, but also got some much needed shaping! Typically, after leaving a salon, I rush home and wash my hair because Im not a fan of how it gets styled. With Maryanns cut and styling I never wash my hair after - I always love it that much! The cut is always what I exactly what I exactly want (and so rarely get at other places).I always look forward to my appointments because we also have a blast. Which, as we ladies know, is a huge part of the experience.Cant recommend Maryann enough!

La Bottega is awesome and so is my stylist, Jay! Bottega Salon is so amazing! I booked an appointment with Jay because I heard how fabulous she was and she did not disappoint! I had to wait a little bit for my appointment but they gave me a free conditioning treatment and I didnt mind at all. They know how to treat their clients. I cant wait to go back to Jay- she listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me some insight- I definitely trust her opinion and cant wait for my next haircut!!

Good haircuts. Not cheap- mans haircuts are $45 plus tips to hair washer and to hair cutter. Coffee and/or water offered. My wife has been going for years. She says both the coloring and hair cutting is by far the best in her experience. These arent cheap, but the results are really excellent. U cannot tell the coloring is not natural: the highlights are excellent and what both my wife and daughter appreciate as do I .

Victoria is the absolute greatest and I am obsessed with her highlights! Ive been seeing the same person in Colorado for 12 years so I really took a leap of faith with Victoria and so glad I did! The salon can sometimes get super crowded and it does feel awkward having to move locations a few times (they do color on one side and cuts on the other) but other than that its very well kept and comfortable.

I have been a customer of Johns and La Bottega for 2 years and have been very very satisfied.Last time I saw John I told him that I look forward to going to get my hair cut and styled as a break in my ordinary routine.La Bottega is ultra clean and relaxing.The staff is always pleasant and especially those that actually wash your hair do not rush you or treat you like they are just going through the process.They offer you coffee or a beverage and probably the most important thing is they pay attention to your appointment time.I have also gone to there location in Rye Brook and the exact same attention to detail in White Plains is at Rye Brook as well.I have recommended many people to John and his staff at La Bottega including my Girl Friend who has had the same great experience that I have.Im sure anybody that goes for the first time will find a truly unique experience and will always look forward to going there.

La Bottega is hands down the best salon I have ever been to. Marita is the best colorist and she knows what cuts will work for each persons hair type and face. I stumbled upon salon Bottega a few months ago after reading several reviews and am really happy I did. The were able to fit me in last minute and the service was superb. I am very picky and am almost never pleased after getting a hair cut; but not here. They stylist listened to everything I said and did an amazing job. Will definitely be back!

Well not Jay at Salon Bottega in White Plains. I have been going to Salon Bottega for quite some time and finally found a hair stylist who really took the extra time to really speak to me about my hair, colored and styled it the way I wanted it. I cant tell you how happy I am with my hair and my husband even more. I have gotten so many compliments. La Bottega totally exceeded my expectations! I got highlights and a haircut with Klaudia - one of the best jobs Ive had in a while, the color came out amazing and even. The place was BUSY! They have a lot of stylists which is great, they were able to get me an appointment the following day. John, the owner, personally introduced himself and wanted to make sure my experience was great. He then asked Klaudia to give me a free hair treatment! I will definitely be back soon. Oh and last but not least, their coffee is delicious!!

When you have naturally curly hair like mine, its hard to find someone who knows how to cut and style it so that it looks good whether blown straight or left curly. I am so lucky to have had Jay recommended to me years ago. She listens to everything I would like to do with my hair (I have been blonde, dyed it almost black and everything in between) and knows the best way to achieve those results. Shes great at everything from a simple blowout, to adding extensions, to the fanciest updo. I dont know Id do without her! Ive always felt like a valued client.

Found this salon online with high ratings so I figured I would give it a try. I normally go to the city.I was a bit anxious since I wanted to have a ombre and I never had it done before. I have really dark long hair and i didnt want it to be brassy red. when I was done, I loved it! The color and the cut flowed exactly where it should and most important the color was perfect! Kayla (i hope I spelled that right) did an amazing job. Shes very skilled and detailed. The staff all around were friendly and Ive found myself a new salon!

I like the services there but I do have a serious complaint about Jon Verazza, the owner. I overheard him speaking very rudely to one of his assistants. He was condescending and disrespectful to her embarrassing her in front of clients making me uncomfortable and made the salon appear unprofessional. There is no excuse for his behavior. The young woman has been there for a long time and has always been very attentive to my needs and super friendly to me. She is beautiful and brings class to the whole salon. He should be ashamed of himself. Especially in light of whats going on with men being cruel to women today. Shame on you Jon Verazza.

Two years ago, I started going to LA Bottega, because my colorist and hairstylis the moved from a different Salon. I have always wanted to have different colors in my hair and yesterday I finally got my wish. My hair looks totally amazing. If you want extension you need to go to LA Bottega. I feel like a movie star.There are different stylist I can recommend they will be listed below, but I want to talk about Victoria, and her amazing work in my hair yesterday made me feel like a movie star and I absolutely love my hair and the extension. If I can post a picture I will show you amazing. She actually cares about her clients. I really noticed that this morning when I brushed my hair that I actually looks absolutely amazing. Nice Salon, Been in business for a long time, and when one Salon I was with closed, and the other, prices went sky high, I came back after 25+ years to La Bottega!THIS IS AN UPDATED REVIEW......I had originally seen Jay when I first came back and she was great with color at first but then a very short haircut I wasnt happy with had her sending me to someone else. I was then working with Jackie. She was eager to remove the red out of my hair for a long time, so the orange phase was frustrating to us both.I called to make my usual appt. and was told Jackie hurt her hand and would not be back for months. I called Jackie. No C/B. Went to see Paula, but the Shampoo Assistant spent more time with me then Paula. Not happy with color. I tried Jackie again, but was told at the Salon she wasnt feeling well. Rather then finding out if Jackie was ever to return, I found out she was doing the Front Desk at their Rye location. Hmm. I took it upon myself to find a new Salon 5 min away. Owner did my hair back to its natural color, removed the red, gave me a nice trim for my long hair and was very happy with the results. Its a shame that La Bottega could not save me as a client.Jackie cld have texted, she was always unwell and I cared, and the Salon went from 5 Stars to 3 Stars. Step up with Client issues & Differing Stories. If not for the Front Desk, would have left sooner!

I landed at La Bottega after complimenting an acquaintance on their hair. Merita took all the jitters of a first time hair cut by spending time with me prior to shampoo or scissors. She removed a good five inches and gave me a style that overcomes all my problem areas. Its the first time in 20 years that i cut my hair from long to shoulder length and Im psyched. Its been 4 weeks and many compliments later and im still pleased. Cant wait to go back to the salon that was friendly, comfortable and unintimidating.
